Good location
The staffs here are very helpful keng, nadia and anis. The hotel location is very convenient towards the malls, restaurant and a row of pubs and bars. The room is very nice and beautiful. I like the shower room which has rainbow light which i find it cute.
2 night stay
We are front Holland, we Come early and request early check in....the staff let us check in because we are very tired Come from airport long flight...thank you for the welcoming staff Cynthia, Keng and Razak at the reception...they are very friendly and helpful!
Good customer service
Good counter service. They let us review earlier. Staffs are all friendly and responsive. Environment is good and comfortable. There’s also food and laundry right opposite the hotel which is convenient. Definitely would come back in the future
Early check in and very welcoming!
The Staff were super super super welcoming and sorted us early check in. The hotel is in a great location and really cool interior. Looking forward to our stay here as a couple. Cool slide in the reception that I’m looking forward to using too.
NEAR TO MRT AND ALOR STREET
Very good condition and near to MRT access, the staff were very nice and easy to communicate. A lot of food stall near the hotel, very clean and the lobby smells really nice and tidy. There were also welcome snack! The staff named cynthia were really nice

We booked standard room and were upgraded by Cynthia during the check in. We really appreciated it ☺️ unfortunately we only had one night at MOV HOTEL and would loved to have stayed longer.. maybe next time 😃😊 fantastic budget hotel around Bukit Bintang Kuala Lumpur!
