When planning our driving trip through the Lake District, I chose this hotel for the view. And I was right. Our bedroom and the bathroom with spa bath (second reason to choose the hotel) brightly opened on one of the branches of the lake. Superb. And it was such a pleasure to begin the day having breakfast watching the lake and the mountains slowly waking up... Very good buffet breakfast with a surprisingly large choice of pastries. Not my thing for brekky but amazing nevertheless. There’s bread, cheese, scrambled eggs, fruits, etc. The bedroom was clean, bright. Large comfy bed. Very quiet location. There’s complementary tea, coffee and cakes in the lounge/breakfast room and you can also refill you water bottle. Friendly helpful staff too. For dinner, you can easily walk to a few very good restaurants on the same road. There’s also a little cafe/restaurant overlooking the bay and a small marina right down the road. Cold water in the lake but I had a quick refreshing swim...

The hotel is located on a hill by the lake, it has impressive views. The staff is super friendly and always willing to help. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious, overlooking the lake. Bed big and comfortable, jacuzzi great and relaxing. The only drawback was the stained carpet entering the bedroom....

This is the best place I've ever stayed, the view, the staff, the rooms, THE BATHROOM! Everything is so so amazing. Don't hesitate to try it. It's just some kms away from city center but you have a bus stop really near.

Sometimes you just get lucky. We were headed back to Bariloche from San Martin through the charming town of Villa la Angostura when we stopped at a coffee shop and met a young guy named Juan. As always, we asked what was interesting about this town. He suggested the Bahia Manzano area. We drove out there and noticed the signs for lodging. We ventured up a few gravel roads beyond the little wooden road signs but everything was full. We decided to try one more road which snaked up the side of a mountain and there was Alto Manzano. They had one room. It had a bedroom with million dollar views from both the whirlpool tub AND the bed. In fact it was everywhere from the front door to the breakfast room. This gets better. WE wanted to stay another night but had to move from this primo view room to a cabin. No worries. The cabin had a kitchen, sitting area, and a bedroom with a picture window. Plus a cantilevered deck. It was a beautiful sunny afternoon and, within minutes we were out there with wine and cheese soaring above Victoria Island and a beautiful cove with sailboats, kayaks, etc. Breakfast was very good with crispy croissants, cereal, good coffee and the view. Tamara at the front desk was wonderful. Just want to point out that if you stay in one of the cabins, you will have to go down some steps because it is built into the side of the mountain.

We had our own rental car and no place to stay. This place looked good, they had one room left, and the price was very reasonable. Anyway, I don't remember the service, I don't remember the breakfast, not that they were bad, I do remember it was very comfortable and...

Anyway, I don't remember the service, I don't remember the breakfast, not that they were bad, I do remember it was very comfortable and clean, but the one thing I can't stop thinking about is the view from our suite. We could have stayed there for several days laying in bed just looking through the window. Wow, what a fantastic scenery. The place is outside town, so having a car was convenient for us to go out to dinner, and exploring around.

I stayed in a double room, all with and excellent view and jacuzzi looking Bahia Manzano, correct continental breakfast, very nice atention. Just one thing: they don't have mini bar on rooms, but we spent a very nice time and I'd stay there again for sure.
