He made our stay even more comfortable by recommending a nicer room with a river view. It felt so nice to wake up to a nice view every morning. The hotel itself is so clean and modern & had everything we needed. Location was perfect and everything was walkable. We can’t wait to come back to the LondonHouse again!

Marcus A at the London House made sure our stay was Awesome! He was professional, friendly and accommodating. My husband and I visited Chicago to celebrate our anniversary and was so happy to share memories at the London House. The Land and Lake restaurant on the first floor provided great service and sufficient food choices. The London House Hotel was clean, safe and offered modern room designs. There were no noise distractions during our stay. We did not experience any spa treatments during our stay however, look forward to experiencing various treatments during our next stay. We highly recommend this hotel as it is steps away from Michigan Avenue and other attractions in downtown Chicago.

This hotel is the best I’ve stayed at in the city. At check in, Neil was ultra polite, helpful, hospitable, etc. everything from walking up to the main entrance to the beautiful rooms to checking out is truly top notch. Thanks for another great visit!

Lovely hotel we had a great stay. The view from our room was amazing … the staff was friendly and the hotel room clean. Shams was great at reception! I would definitely recommend this place to stay it’s in the heart of the city lots to do around!!

Anthony H at registration was outstanding! A great first impression. The location of the hotel is ideal for all tourist locations, restaurants and shopping. The king bed was comfy too! The bathroom area was smaller than desired but acceptable. Counter space could have been larger.

The perfect place to stay in downtown Chicago! Perfect location, clean and updated rooms. You can easily access your Netflix account or other streaming services. They have plush robes available as well. Their rooftop restaurant is wonderful as well. Highly recommend!

Such a cozy hotel! It was our first time to Chicago. Maeve was excellent at getting us checked in quickly and answering all of our questions. The rooftop restaurant was delicious! We felt right at home in this big city. Oh and comfy beds after a day of walking

I typically don't leave reviews--but my experience at LondonHouse Chicago was so awesome that I felt compelled! Literally the nicest staff and easiest experience at a hotel I've ever had, from the valet service to working with their event staff to propose to my girlfriend in their awesome Cupola. First, Nicoletta at the front desk helped me out a ton. When I told her what I was staying for (surprise proposal to my girlfriend), she upgraded our room to one of their premier suites—free of charge! This was very nice of them and not expected at all. It made our stay that much better. Our room was clean and had an awesome view of the skyline. Another all-star was Manny, who orchestrated our proposal at their Cupola. I had a lot of questions, but Manny was always patient and excited to assist. He provided a minute-by-minute itinerary of how the event would occur, and it went off without a hitch. Thanks to you, Manny! Overall, I couldn't have been happier with my experience. I really appreciate all of the good folks at LondonHouse who made our special occasion unforgettable. -Chris

We came to stay here for the first time and the hotel is overall nice but we didn’t have any hot water when we showered, we told them and they said “oh there must have been multiple people showering at the same time” Our room was super small and not the room we had originally booked. We are Diamond members and stay at a lot of Hilton properties, this one is not the best. The location is great but not impressed with our overall experience.

Lovely boutique hotel on the river. The service is friendly and outstanding. From check in through my stay they have been very attentive. Plus it has a great rooftop bar. The rooms are well appointed and very clean. The linens are luxury and the bed comfortable.
