We were blown away by every part of our experience at the Lirolay. For the cost we paid, we expected a decent destination hotel. Lirolay exceeded this in every way. We cannot recommend it enough and will be eager to stay here on our next visit to Bariloche.
A few highlights:
The Team
Alejandro, Augustin, and the whole team went out of their way to make our experience comfortable and to help us get the most value out of our trip.
When we arrived earlier in the day than we expected, Alejandro helped us plan out a jam-packed experience, recommending a nearby hike and connecting us with a great driver to show us around the area.
Later in our trip a guide for a pre-planned full day hike canceled last minute. Augustin swooped in and connected us with an experienced guide, saving this part of the trip for us.
Throughout the stay, the clearly busy team took the time to make us feel welcome and show us around their home. Their passion for Bariloche was infectious and their hospitality made such a difference.
The Accommodations
The property is very pretty and the views are breathtaking. We stayed in a suite with a sweeping view of the lake and the mountains from our jacuzzi. The suite was well-furnished and was a great place to come home to at the end of a long day.
Food
We ordered room service a handful of times. It was prompt and the food was good. Even better were the breakfasts the team whipped up as we ran out the door to start our day, despite us having only asked for them last minute.

Lirolay Suites provided my girlfriend and I with the absolute best experience possible in Bariloche. The room was very comfortable, decorative, and fit the setting. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful and it was an amazing place to relax at all day, or return to after excursions in Bariloche. However, the best part of staying at Lirolay was the staff. 3 different front desk employees rotated by day and each provided excellent service that over exceeded the norm and made the trip a special experience. We waited until we arrived in Bariloche to plan excursions and these employees were excellent resources and did so much to help us out. They even went above and beyond to help us out when we had a 6 hour layover on our return back through Bariloche. Truly making Lirolay Suites feel like a second home. Recommend to everyone! We are certainly looking forward to returning to Lirolay in the future.

We booked Lirolay Suites hotel based on the photographs of the property, the view and the unbelievably positive feedback on staff.
My wife was totally blown away with the location and the views from our room and the jacuzzi. The suite was lovely, the bed comfortable, kitchen had more than everything we needed and Wi-Fi was reasonably good.
The staff Alexjandro and Jose could not do enough for us. From ordering takeaways, booking our bus tickets to San Martin de los Andes to orgsnising tours and the numerous requests we had for our suite. They have an agreement with a driver Gustavo who is very reasonable for a 3 or 5hr private tour and we were so glad we used him.
We opted for the light continental breakfast for all but the last day. It was fine and did the job.
We would most definitely recommend this to our friends and any TripAdvisor people interested.
I would strongly recommend pushing the boat out and getting a suite with a jacuzzi as it was fantastic sitting in the jacuzzi drinking a glass of bubbly while having an uninterrupted view of the lake.
We would also strongly recommend Gustavo such a lovely genuine person!!

This included everything from restaurants in the area with great views, the weather for the day, or room service. Our room was very clean and offered amazing views of the lake and mountains! Plenty of hot water n a large jacuzzi in the bathroom. Living room was large enough to host our friends staying in smaller rooms (same hotel) for wine after dinner. Kitchenette had a
microwave, dish soap n sponge n plates/ glasses etc. bathroom had soap, shampoo/conditioner. Room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. Bfast we got room service..had a ton of food n was delivered promptly. Room darkening blinds n a comfortable bed with extra blankets n pillows made for a great night's sleep. We stayed for 3 nts n wish we could hv stayed much longer.

Alejandro spoke excellent English and went above and beyond by taking the time to help us trip plan our visit in Bariloche and surrounding cities. Lirolay has some great room service amenities for in suite breakfast, snacks, meals and drinks. There was a pretty nice wine list with bottles to purchase for a cozy night in with fire wood. We didn’t have much time to enjoy a full body massage but what a perfect place to have one.
It is located near some beautiful and walkable restaurants and stores.
We clearly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back in the future. Thank you for having us and your excellent hospitality.

My husband and I found the Lirolay to be a perfect home-base for our trip to Bariloche. The staff were all so friendly, spoke perfect English, and were very hospitable and friendly. Our room had everything you'd expect and the bed was SO comfortable. The location was quiet, close to the center but not in the hustle of things, and it was an easy drive to the mountain activities. But, the view, THE SPECTACULAR VIEW is what you stay for. We would definitely go back!

I had some trouble booking excursions online, and Alejandro was incredibly helpful and just fun to talk to. All of the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. I'm working on planning a trip for my family to return! They're an incredible staff and the resort is unbelievable. IF you're okay taking a cab to get downtown, this is where you MUST stay!
