We stayed here for 2 weeks for our honeymoon either side of a 3 day safari trip. From the moment we arrived it was wonderful. We were upgraded to a cottage with a large terrace overlooking the sea. The room was decorated with a Just Married sign and fresh flowers. Every single member of staff from reception to dining room/ bar staff to housekeeping and security were so friendly and helpful. A special mention to Daniel on reception, Masoud and Verajoy who brought beachside drinks and David and the lovely team of women who welcomed us into dinner each night. The food was fresh and plentiful. The freshly cut fruit at breakfast was the perfect start to the day. We don’t eat meat so did find there was not a huge variety of choice over the 2 weeks but the curries were delicious and the salads were varied and imaginative. On the all inclusive package you get one meal a week at either the Chui Grill or Lemongrass a la carte restaurants. The food was great in both but the service was very, very slow in Lemongrass and the outside locations away from the sea front meant they were unbearably hot. Lots of reviews mention the beach boys and hustlers. If you treat them with respect and humour and a kind but firm no if you don’t want to buy anything they are fine. We never felt unsafe or intimidated at all. They are just trying to make a living in a country with high unemployment and poverty. Any small purchase or tip / donation is really appreciated. We would absolutely love to return for a future visit and would highly recommend.

We have just returned back from the beautiful Kenya. We have stayed in the Leopard Beach and Resort for a week. A beautiful resort located on Diani Beach. Upon arrival we were greeted by reception and concierge. Everyone we encountered was lovely to us. Especially John in the restaurant he is an absolute gentleman and took care of us every single day that he worked. Made sure we had drinks, always checked in on us during dinner. We were on the all inclusive package, food was good, a lot of fresh fruit and quality of food was good. We were lucky to have dinner on the beach one night as the hotel does different themes etc. Bar drinks were fine. Sometimes the white wine was nice and then other times we did not enjoy it but I suppose it was just a preference thing. You could do a la carte lunch by the pool which was nice with standard pizza burgers. The let down was the room, we stayed in a Deluxe room which is located on the ground floor and as much as the rooms seem to be renovated there is a very bad smell of mould which really impacted my breathing which meant I tried to stay out of the room as much as possible. I did ask to change rooms and to even pay more but unfortunately we were first told we could move to superior rooms and then that they were not available for the duration of our stay, but the villa is available we went to have a look and honestly we did not find them appealing for the extra price demanded. Instead we spend that money on 4 different trips around Kenya.We did have friends staying in superior rooms and these were not impacted by mould so I would probably recommend to just book those rooms over the Deluxe. Bathrooms require renovation. The rooms are located in the garden where the monkeys live, we were woken up by one trying to open the door to our room which we found funny. Just would be very careful they will take food in your hand and will jump and take it from you. I went out to the balcony with my banana and it was gone in one second they are very quick. We did not see them as a problem and found them entertaining they made our mornings. We will be back again, I do recommend the hotel especially for someone who is looking for a relaxing get away the views are breath taking and the staff are lovely.

Lovely room ( smelt a bit damp but got over that) Room was cleaned every day clean towels and bedding hairdryer in room. Monkeys are everywhere but I love them, so funny to watch and very cheeky. Lovely pina coladas, food hit and miss but okay. Lovely meals on the beach and entertainment team amazing, loved it when the staff sang happy birthday to guest's so atmospheric and felt traditionally African. People so friendly and always smiling and a jambo jambo from everyone we stayed 8 nights and had a 4 day/ night safari. Fantastic experience. Yes you do get hassle on the beach but I found them pleasant and they offered great conversation and maybe a little of our cash, remember they are poor people this is there home and they are trying to make a living.

We had a wonderful 5-night stay at Leopard Beach Resort and Spa. The service was exceptional, and our beachfront room provided stunning ocean views, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The resort’s serene atmosphere and attentive staff made our experience truly memorable. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at leopard beach resort & spa. The surroundings and pool were stunning, was always easy too get a sunbed by the pool or on the beach. We had a massage in the spa which was lovely. Lots of variety of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We had an issue with the safe, but within 10mins someone turned up and sorted for us. The staff were very friendly, always smiling and making sure we'd had the best day. The entertainment crew were wonderful and we had so much fun. Westley helped me out with the dance moves and aqua aerobics, but Kenny really put himself out for us to which we made some lovely memories, he will always hold a special place in our hearts and we hope to come back again soon.
