A very few hotels are rated amongst the best in the world and Le Bristol is easily in that rare and select group. Fabulous hotel with an amazing team across every department but a special thanks to Hélène in the concierge team who was an absolute star when my wife was ill. I wouldn’t wish her illness on anyone but if you were poorly anywhere then there is no finer place. It’s also absolutely superb when you are well too! Beautiful room overlooking the garden, meticulous attention to detail including a nespresso machine and kettle finished in matching cream leather. Overall, the hotel effortlessly manages to convey intimacy and care in a building with 100+ bedrooms. Fantastic.

Our entire stay was lovely from start to finish. We stayed for 3 nights in an Executive Room. Our room was ready when we arrived (which is always a plus), and they had pastries and chocolates waiting on us. (The L’Epicerie on the property is fabulous! Everything I tried was delicious.) Our bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was a nice size for 2 people. A lot of European hotel rooms feel tiny, and this room was a great size for a couple. It also had ample closet space. The concierge team kindly helped us with dinner reservations and it was so nice not having to worry about doing it ourselves. The American Breakfast at Cafe Antonia was wonderful. Every staff member we encountered was kind and courteous.

This was our fourth stay at Le Bristol in seven years and it truly feels like our Parisian home. What makes this hotel so special are the people who work in it. We stayed at the Four Seasons George V in the past and while it is excellent, it felt like a formal business hotel. Close friends, who in the past had stayed at the Ritz, recently stayed at Le Bristol and said there is a special intangible quality which elevates it above all the rest. We met the prior Hotel Manager seven years ago and while she now works in a different capacity, during subsequent visits she has stopped us in the hotel lobby or restaurant to chat and ask how we are. We have also repeatedly spoken to the new Hotel Manager and Head of Guest Relations during our stays. It’s no wonder that returning to Le Bristol feels like a family reunion. From the housekeeping staff to the front desk staff to the doormen - their warmth and friendliness make you happy to return. While we were at Le Bristol this Christmas, a friend sent an Instagram video showing a dazzling Christmas tree at the Ritz and asked if there was a tree like it at Le Bristol. What she didn’t realize is that this type of tree can be found at any department store or shopping mall, but this paled in comparison to what Le Bristol had to offer. In the lobby of the hotel was a beautiful, yet understated Christmas nativity scene designed and constructed by an Italian artist. In its simplicity, it depicted the true meaning of Christmas. At Le Bristol you get understated elegance and not ostentation. While we lived in Los Angeles, it was easy to get to Paris. Now, living in Hawaii, it is quite a bit harder with two long plane rides. Despite this, we plan on returning every year or two to visit our home away from home. Thank you, Le Bristol, for another very special stay.

Le Bristol has such a warm and personable staff. They go out of their way to make you feel very special and are happy to go the extra mile to make your stay memorable. About nine years ago, we had a romantic dinner at Epicure around Christmas and a picture was taken at the time. Before our recent visit, I forwarded the hotel the picture and requested sitting at the table to recreate that touching moment as a surprise to my wife. When we checked into our suite, on the dresser next to the bed was the picture of us, framed. So thoughtful! We loved our spacious suite so much and especially enjoyed the fresh fruit and late afternoon treats and surprises delivered each day. One sweet treat was a trio of different chocolate Olympic medal medallions to celebrate the games during our stay Le Bristol lovingly embraces you during your stay and you truly feel as if you are part of a large family while here. It definitely feels like our home away from home while in Paris.

It was with great anticipation that we returned to Le Bristol Paris. Our previous stays had been nothing short of amazing and this time the hotel surpassed in every way. It is difficult to put into words exactly 'why' Le Bristol stands head and shoulders above other 5 star Paris Hotels. We think it is because of the sense of 'quiet luxury' that prevails. It is also the sense of absolute security that leads to deep relaxation. It may also be the impeccable rooms that create a sense of calm beyond any others. On this occasion we did encounter an issue with our room. Not the fault of the hotel, more a consequence of the old Paris plumbing ! The team at Le Bristol acted promptly and resolved the situation admirably. It is a 'can do' attitude that seems to be the hallmark of everyone who works at LeBristol. Once again the smiling face of Leah Marshall was on hand to greet us. Aurelie Martin (Hotel Manager) is the epitome of grace and professionalism and Dylan made sure everything regarding our room was perfect. The LeBristol breakfast is the best you will ever experience and each morning we welcomed a chat with Oisin and Max. They are living proof that 5 stars plus can also be accompanied by genuine warmth and humour. Our week at LeBristol was filled with highlights and any request or assistance with reservations was handled with ease by the best concierge team you will ever experience. It was also great to meet some new friends including the wonderful Charlotte and re acquaint with old friends , like Jimmy the concierge. I now realise what makes LeBristol stand out. It is the 'generosity of spirit' that we experienced from all these people. They make it a great Hotel and a place we are sad to leave ...but cant wait to return !

We can't say enough about this great hotel and the stellar experiences we have enjoyed while residing here. It is a brilliantly managed property, offering the very best in hospitality, services, and guestroom quality - with exceptional and varied dining and remarkable public spaces- uniquely grand and yet comfortably intimate. Throughout several visits, Le Bristol's lobby staff, including front desk, concierges, and guest relations, were deeply engaged, providing a rare level of care and consideration in a consistently friendly manner. It was apparent that they were taking a genuine interest in our stay - thoughtfully making extra efforts to maximize the quality of our visit. At this landmark, you can even count on the doormen and valets for graciousness during all your comings and goings. We wish to make special mention of the truly special guest relations team- Jean-Marie and colleagues Lucy and Charlotte, who have been simply amazing. And during this visit we had, as always, great service from the outstanding group of top-notch concierges. By example, we mention Guillaume, who cheerily traversed several city blocks in a cold rain to procure a taxi for us when none could be found during the grand reopening ceremonies of the Notre Dame Cathedral. Service with a capital "S" and an "!" We dined in all of the hotel's three restaurants during our stay : Antonia's, 114 Faubourg, and the Michelin three-star Epicure. Each were spot-on and superb during our entire stay- including breakfasts in the beautiful Epicure dining room. As for Epicure, it is a treasure not to be missed for anyone who appreciates the best in French fine dining. Our dinner here was flawless, and we further appreciated the young, energetic staff who not only performed remarkably well but with a refreshingly unaffected manner and good humor. We dined on the best and had a great time doing so. A brilliant experience. We'd be remiss if we didn't again point out how great the guestroom staff of housekeepers perform their duties. Our rooms here are always spotless each and every day, and no detail is overlooked. This is such an important aspect of the guest experience and they do a really fabulous job. Thanks to one and all! We are thrilled to be returning for more- sooner rather than later.

We are very selective travelers with high standards, and this hotel exceeded every expectation. But the real standout? The shower. Hands down the best we’ve ever experienced—luxurious, spa-like, and incredibly relaxing. The on-site restaurants were top notch, offering exceptional cuisine and ambiance that rivaled some of the finest dining experiences we’ve had anywhere. The location was also perfect—convenient, scenic, and ideal for exploring the area. We were referred by our travel agent, and we’re so glad we listened. This hotel is a gem. Five stars all the way. Can’t wait to return!

I don’t usually write reviews, even though I travel quite a bit, but I felt I had to for Le Bristol. This is, hands down, one of the most special hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The feeling of understated luxury is something you don’t see often anymore. It’s elegant, warm, and truly Parisian, without ever being flashy or over the top. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, with that classic charm you want in a place like this. The pool was nice to have, though it’s not really a standout. But honestly, what makes Le Bristol shine is the service. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel completely at home. They remembered our names, preferences, and were always present without ever being intrusive. It’s that rare balance of formality and genuine warmth that’s so hard to get right—and they’ve mastered it. If you're looking for high-tech gadgets or a hyper-modern space, this probably isn’t your place. But if you want an authentic, luxurious Paris experience with some of the best service you’ll find anywhere, Le Bristol is it.
