We have recently returned from a 10 day visit which has become an annual trip for the last 5 years. Great facilities and fantastic people including of course the fabulous Concierge Oy who assisted in booking our boat day and provided wonderful advice and assistance. An all round excellent experience.

What a wonderful stay we had! The staff treated us with welcoming smiles. Everyone from the maids, to the bartenders, to the pool staff always served us like old friends. The room we had reserved was plenty large and was most comfortable for our stay. We would easily recommend this...

We had the most wonderful experience at the Spa thanks to Por, the director, and Mod & Emmy, our message therapists The Spa has the most incredible atmosphere and facilities, director Por ( Kattaleeya ) is so helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Our massage therapists Emmy & Mod are friendly, highly skilled. Our initial visit was so relaxing and enjoyable that we went back two more times during our five days stay. We enjoyed playing and learning with Nash as he has a long history with the game and always finds a new angle to finetune our play. The resort has a double hard court in good condition and even offers floodlights for playing in the evening. Everything was outstanding: the property, the food, the service. I don't have much to add to what others have said, so here are a few snippets: The hotel is pretty far from the bustling area of Phuket, which meant for us that our relatively short stay didn't allow for what would have been full day trips for snorkeling. The turtle rescue was best observed during the feeding sessions. The spa prices were exorbitantly high for SE Asia. The fitness center was small but well equipped and never felt too crowded. Awesome sauna. Borrow bikes for a peaceful ride around the nearby lake. A free shuttle runs every 15 minutes up to the nearby shopping area, great for snack runs and last minute forgotten items. The breakfast is an absolute do not miss, possibly the best we've ever experienced (and there are many good contenders here). A perfect, peaceful stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this fabulous resort! Thank you so much for looking after us. We would particularly like to thank Oy, the phenomenal concierge for her wonderful customer service arranging some amazing trips for us! Oy gave us really helpful information, she was so professional helping us to decide on where to visit and then expertly arranging them for us. Each trip worked perfectly and were all fabulous experiences, we loved the Elephant Sanctuary, Phi Phi Islands and Phuket town. These all really made our holiday. Oy gave us so much information that really helped us to get the most out of each trip, what to take, wear, what to eat etc. Oy was an absolute delight and we enjoyed some great conversations. She’s always so cheerful and helpful, it was a real pleasure to deal with her and she’s a fantastic asset to the resort! Thank you so much Oy! 🙏

He truly elevated our experience and ensured we had a fantastic time on the court. The service level throughout the resort was exceptional, even compared to other 5-star resorts in Thailand. As soon as we arrived here after a long flight from Heathrow Airport London we were exhausted but we was greeted by reception staff with a smile refreshments on Arrival, which makes lot of difference, and after checking in on Arrival, the food and Beverage Assistant Manager Abhinau he recognised, us from our previous visit it made us feel welcomed by him. All the reception staff are welcoming too. The next day we most certainly remembered by Rechen one of breakfast waiters he’s so hospitable and friendly to us an he knows our preferences to have for breakfast and his colleagues and welcomed us nothing was to bother for them to do for us we will definitely come back to JW Marriott Phuket in the future we both loved our entire stay here. We both recommended this resort if anyone wants to come stay here for a five star holiday here, in Phuket Thialand.

We have stayed here 6 or 7 times since 2018 and it is always a pleasure. The staff here are professional, gracious and friendly, the rooms are spacious, a beautiful beach, and there are plenty of loungers by the pool. We especially like the breakfast service and food choices at breakfast. We also like the proximity to the airport, just a short ride to the airport, but far enough away that you don't notice it. This is a great stop while traveling in Thailand.

I would say they gave me a good birthday surprise with the stay I loved the Italian restaurant the most, i would thank GOLF for taking care of us and ensuring we are enjoying our dinner, so far she was the loveliest between all restaurants, special thanks to her that i would come visit again and ask for her to take care of us She even made us some special drink to make sure we like everything And they went extra and beyond to ensure we’re enjoying our stay, thank you team leader Brijesh for looking after us on our yearly annual vacation They have amazing JW signature French toast , the most thing i loved here to eat, they even show you a video to watch how they cook it, loved the salt they provide for the bath always ask for it i recommend it For the pool i recommend the adults only pool as they have no noise rule there If you want to take tours, i also recommend going with marriott, price is not so much different with local tours outside, more organized I visit thailand with my work alot and i would like to come again thank them personally

We came back and stayed a few more days. Tatiana was awesome and so were the JW Cafe staff (Rachen, Ladda, Dada, Gift, May, Mookmik, Nik, Aun, Mod, Bam, Pol, Ake, Sopa, and the rest), Earng at the Sala Sawasdee Lobby Bar, and Gig at the Siam Deli. Other than the wonderful staff, the part I enjoy the most here is the breakfast spread. The best in Phuket! Thank you all for another wonderful stay. We will see you again! ❤️
