A bit of a late review but think it’s worthwhile saying how amazing this hotel really is. The staff make this hotel amazing and nothing is too much trouble. Food was amazing every night and a very varied selection. Snack bars were also very good. Great selection of branded drinks as well as cocktails. The beach bar was being built whilst we were there and it started to look amazing.
It is very rare that we go back to a hotel but we are coming back in March 2025. We genuinely can’t wait. Big thank you to Gökhan Sari that responded to our emails last year and made our anniversary special.
If you are thinking of coming here then don’t hesitate to book

Apprehensive as ive never been to Turkey before but i neednt have any qualms as Jiva beach resort was fantastic. We went at the beginning of november for 2 weeks , the weather was fantastic, not overbearing heat but great for shorts and t-shirt and didn't come close to raining .
The hotel was spotless, staff were polite and really worked hard to make our stay something special.
Food was unbelievably good with a huge array of fresh food for breakfast ,lunch and dinner served at the main restaurant.Plus the two 'snack bars' which also offered some really tasty burgers, salads and wraps. Not forgetting the 24hour bar offering soup, sandwiches and a dazzling array of desserts. There are 3 al a carte restaurants also which you need to book on arrival, these were top notch too.
The drinks were free flowing and all to easy to indulge at the 6 different bars offering 2 lagers ,a superb cocktail list as well as wines and spirits.
The room (attic room facing the pool) was air conditioned, bed very comfy, shower was great, terrace to sit and chill (or not as it was a sun trap 😎) a small fridge which was restocked daily . The room was cleaned daily and special decorations left for when we arrived and for the wife's birthday which were lovely and really appreciated.
The beach was right there with lots of sunbeds, a bar and a 'snack bar'. The sea was clean and lovely to swim in. There was an independent firm offering different water sports although these were quite pricey in my mind.
There is a gym, sauna, steam room and relaxation pool with spa and massage on offer.
As well as the main pool there is a pool with water slides and a smaller pool.
There are fun activities through the day from water aerobics class to darts, fun for all adults and kids to join in. On a night there is entertainment either live acts such as a gymnastics team ,bands and solo vocalists.
All the staff from the cleaners to the manager were super friendly and very accommodating.
If you fancy going out a 15minute walk up the coast is calis and from there a water taxi to fethiye. Regular buses and taxis are also available.
Without doubt this was one of our best ever holidays and will return.
Thank you Jiva beach.

Went August 2020 . Fabulous hotel. Food was excellent.Staff friendly.Lively clean and fresh room, good entertainment.
Went back again May 2023. BIG Mistake.
Staff very unfriendly and not welcoming at all.
Room 126 had a dampwall and weeds growing on the swim up room patio. The swim up water was never cleaned properly. Grit was always left on the floor in the water.
The restraunt had been updated. Food now bland and boring. No fresh fish cooking. Now dried out, cooked elsewhere. Not one meat course was cooked well. All dry and tough and fatty. The deserts all colourful, but tasteless. The speciality restraunts are a waste of time. The food was awful and not cooked freshly in my opinion.
The lake feature outside was overgrown and tatty looking.
The only good feature was the beach section, nicely updated,
This hotel has shifted upmarket on the price. But has gone backwards in quality, service and cleanliness.
Look elsewhere.

This hotel has some of the best staff I've ever come across in many years. Our regular cleaner made us the most amusing towel sculptures I've ever seen. The restaurant staff, always smiling and remember which drinks you like with your meal. The food was always impeccably cooked and there was always an enormous variety of hot and cold dishes to choose from. As a returning client we qualified for a discount in the spa. I greatly benefitted from a wonderful Balinese massage. Also it allowed you to have premium drinks at the bar. Evening entertainment every other night was amazingly loud but very enjoyable bands. Finished quite early though so didn't keep people awake. Lovely walk along the back of the beach to Calis where you can take the public ferry to Fethiye. We love that trip. Fethiye has some lovely souks and a busy harbour. Great town for a good wander. Calis Sunday market is also not to be missed. I have never seen such magnificent displays of fruit and veg!!. Needless to say we've booked 2 weeks at Jiva Beach for next October.

Returned from Jiva Beach last Sunday after a weeks break as a couple. We paid for the couples room which was a good room and we thought the shower was excellent.
The food was very good and all staff in restaurants attentive.
We were shocked by the lack of dress code at dinner with some people in shorts and flip flops .Also the way some British people behaved at dinner especially the table of 6 that were shouting and wanting an audience due to their drink was actually selfish and rude with no respect for others. Just because it’s an all inclusive doesn’t mean drinking so much that it spoils someone else’s experience.
We won’t be returning due to this and will return to the Classic yatch hotel in Fethiye. We had wanted to experience an all inclusive aa it’s nice not to pay for coffees/ teas etc or lunches but we feel that in some cases people abused this package which is a shame . This is not the hotels fault although they could be stricter about dress code for dinner.
The sun beds on the beach are comfy and free for guests to use. That was a positive for us.

This as the title says was a last minute end of season getaway. This is our 4th visit to this hotel. We were here in April too. Again this hotel exceeds itself, we stayed in an attic room, the only issue was at this time of year the rooms are cold and there's no way of heating them. Loved the boheim beach party, the lighting and fire pits were just magical. Loved the live bands, again you have to wrap up warm as it does get chilly at nights. The beach bar restaurant is a good idea, although the few times we used it the food was often cold, we also found the main restaurant food was cold too. We also found when talking to some staff they seemed a bit down some a little irritated, again 2nd last week of season, we'll put it down to tiredness. We would like to give special thanks to Tayfun at pool bar/lukka at nights, Yunus in the main restaurant, Cemil in main restaurant who has now served us for the past 8 years, Tolga in beach bar restaurant and again to Rodney aka Bahadir. Also to our lovely housekeeping lady Sevilay who had a huge smile everyday and made us some astonishing towel art. We hope to return at Easter time, but probably not end of season due to it being a little colder.

Excellent stay. Rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We had a swim up room however didn't have the sun all day which was a shame but that's no fault of the hotel.
Pool areas were clean, staff were always happy to help. Lots of places to sit or sunbathe so no need to rush out and claim any early sun beds.
Location was great. Private beach bar was fantastic to watch the sun set. Onside nature reserve was great!
The food was amazing! Lots of choice, fresh and tasty.
Can't wait to go back again! Already booked up for August 2025 with the kids.

This is the 2nd time we have been to Jiva Beach this year, and for good reason.
To begin with, the hotel is very easy to get to by transfer, we were first stop on both occasions. Check in is as always slower than you would like after a long journey but it is painless and efficient.
The rooms are large comfortable and immaculately clean. We didn't go for an upgrade on either visit and we had amazing rooms.
The cleaning staff(both rooms and grounds) are amazing, never seeming to stop and the ladies who do the rooms were always leaving towel animals for us which was an excellent surprise. It was my wifes birthday whilst we were here and although we didn't mention it we came back to a room filled with balloons, petals ,towel animals and a hand written card. A little later there was a knock at the door and a staff member was there with a cake and plates. Great stuff !!
All the staff are amazing, I'm not a party animal but the shows they put on had even me tapping my feet.
The hotel is laid out around it's lagoon and there are loads of places to sit and even the annoying towel people (yes, you) didn't need to get up early but they still did.
There is a new beach bar, right on the beach which serves food and drink and hosts party's some evenings.
The food is very varied and freshly cooked, they make the best bread and pastries on site. A La Carte restaurants are very good and you can get soup and sandwiches throughout the night.
The only winge has nothing to do with the hotel at all! When it came time to catch the transfer home the Jet2 staff left everything to the poor driver, he had to book in and load a full bus on his own whilst Jet2 staff stood chatting to each other. Not what we are used to.
All in all we are booking again for next year and looking forward to it
Thank you to the Management for making the whole holiday perfect.

In my opinion this is by far the best hotel in Turkey! It's a great all rounder. Fabulous staff in all parts of the hotel, drinks brought to you whilst relaxing around the pool, nothing was a bother at all. Beach front location is stunning and always plenty of beds in all areas of the hotel too. Food is amazing which I have usually struggled with in other 5 star hotels. Our room was fantastic. We are back next April for our third stay and for longer with friends and family.
Outside of reception you buzz for a taxi to either the market on Sundays and Tuesdays or a trip to Calis bridge if you fancy browsing the shops. At the shops noone is pushy and locals are all friendly and live a bit of haggling and banter. Can't wait to return in April for a 10 night stay. Thanks once again Jiva dream team!
Can't recommend enough!
Thanks again from Deb and Craig.

It's very difficult to find any faults with this hotel, if you read all the way through I will nit pick at the end, but for now I would like to give my view on what some reviewers say is a problem, repetitive food. I am sitting in the restaurant at lunchtime watching how people behave
while writing this.
I paced out the length of the main buffet area, it is roughly half the length of a rugby pitch. Within that, there is a breads and pizza area, a salad bar with roughly 50 dishes available, a vegetable serving area, a pasta area, a barbecue area, main dishes area, desserts area, fresh fruit, ice cream etc. There are always a variety of beef, lamb, chicken dishes and at least 4 fish options. At breakfast there is an omelette bar, cereals, porridge, full English etc
One problem with the food being repetitive is that some British people only eat beige food, so they cater for that. I have seen someone have pancakes with chips and onion rings for breakfast, burger with chips and onion rings for lunch and chicken with chips and onion rings for dinner. That can't be the hotels fault. My biggest problem is not having the time to try everything.
To nit pick, for a hotel that wants to be environmentally friendly,I don't understand the use of plastic straws, and why they use wooden stirrers instead of teaspoons.
In summary a great break at a very good hotel.

There is much to like about the resort: the location, the staff, the cleanliness, the heated pool and the environment of the resort itself.
However, it fell short of my expectations in several ways.
There is a huge selection of food and it is repetitive but given the amount on offer, it almost can't fail to be. Nothing is hot however and only barely warm in most cases. I took literally all "hot" dishes to the microwave for reheating and only once had decent chips as I happened to be passing just as the chef was refilling the serving dish. The food at the beach bar lacks something (and is also never warm) so we went to the restaurant for most lunches as well. Service in the restaurant was good and staff often asked if we wanted more wine etc.
The place is NOISY. We aren't evening entertainment people and therefore this is the main reason we will not return. Our room was quite a way from the "party area" but the bands must be playing to the residents of Callis at the volumes blasted out. Then when they finish, all the drunk guest shout in the corridors until around 2am and every night I was awoken around half a dozen times by idiots with loud voices passing our room.
We had a pool room and the service to it for drinks ordered via the App was pretty good. The water was cold but I managed to get in most afternoons for a cool off. Our room (during the day) was peaceful with lovely respectful neighbours until the last couple of days when next door changed into loud, music playing, smokers. Just what we needed and it would have totally ruined our holiday had they been there all the time. I know this isn't within the hotel's control but was indicative of the clientele change we experienced when the late season cheap deals kicked in. Frankly they were loud, rude and obnoxious in many cases.
Not a resort for us I'm afraid, we won't return.

Seriously the most luxurious all inclusive holiday we have ever had. The food was amazing and the staff were very friendly and attentive. Will definitely return. Rooms are very comfortable and luxurious. With swim up pools . A heated pool even at the start of the season.
