Booked this hotel for 40 th wedding anniversary half board as it says a quiet and relaxing experience but far from it .on the plus side had chocolates and sparkling wine left in our room which was a nice gesture but too many minus points .we had a room overlooking the outside bar ,entertainment area and was so loud couldn’t sleep so was offered a room at back of hotel over looking building site which we declined as promised music would stop at 11 pm but often carried on with private parties.everything in hotel geared up for a weekly stay as food and entertainment exactly the same the second week so we knew what the singers would be singing and same food .same night each week in the restaurant.my wife is vegetarian and not a good choice mainly pasta and pizza which was served cold . We asked if there was a coastal path to marina in Santa Eulalia which there was but a death trap only 3 feet wide in most places and slippery when wet and tree roots so had to look at floor so didn’t trip up so safer to book taxi ride around 11 euros into main square You can walk to hippy market in opposite direction which is about 15 minutes but again very tight in places. In our opinion not a 4 star hotel .better off staying in hotel near marina where there are concrete and well lite up walking areas near sea front. With lots of great restaurants and bars .If you like loud music and only going for a week ideal.we also reported to management that in the evening when dark .you could see people from our balcony naked showering from side facing rooms as the type of glass they used didn’t offer any privacy but the hotel didn’t appear to believe us so would not want my wife or daughter showering when dark . Our 40 th wedding anniversary was spoilt and if we wanted loud music would have booked hotel in San Antonio .ok if you want to sit by the pool all day as on its own in wooded area and listen to loud music .this hotel should not advertise as quiet and relaxing so be warned and I have stayed in many hotels in many countries and normally do not have to complain

Our visit to Iberostar Santa Eulalia was pretty much perfect. It is a beautiful hotel in a stunning setting and we found it hard to find any faults at all- not that we were looking!
Rooms-
We upgraded upon arrival (it was our honeymoon after all) to a sea view star prestige room with priority location. The view was incredible and the room extremely clean. Our room was always done up to a fantastic standard by the maids. Normally it had been cleaned between us going for and coming back from breakfast! Minibar refilled too. The only slight issue was the aircon wasn’t great. The best it worked seemed to be in the middle of the night. Maybe something to look at while the hotel is closed for the winter season.
Food-
We went half board. We had 3 evening meals and 2 lunches as we were able to swap which was great. Loads of choices. Salad was amazing. Staff always topping up food. I thought the food was warm/hot which was good as often buffets get cold. Lovely clean restaurant with an outside area too which we enjoyed sitting in.
Pool-
We only used the rooftop pool for star prestige but it was so quiet (probably as it was the end of season). They bring out snacks twice a day and they have a selection of drinks for you to help yourself from. The pool was very, very cold however I guess that should be expected in October! We didn’t use the big pool downstairs so an unable to comment on the service and cleanliness down there.
Location-
The location was both brilliant and a slight downside. It was lovely in the day with beautiful walks and the beach on the doorstep, but in the evening it is a good walk to get to anywhere. We walked to both Es Cana or Santa Eulalia 4 out of 5 nights. Es Cana was about 20 mins away and SE at least 30/40 mins. We enjoyed the walk but I can see why others wouldn’t. We did get a taxi one day and it was here in a few minutes so no problems there.
Staff-
Can’t fault anybody. All staff were polite, welcoming and helpful and they are a credit to this hotel.
Overall, this is a clean, relaxing hotel where you will be made to feel very welcome. It is in a beautiful setting and for anyone picking fault, I would say their standards of a very good 4* hotel are far too high. Thank you so much for making our honeymoon one to remember.

The food was superb lots to choose from. We went half board - throughout the day they would come around and give you either a free drink or an ice cream which was a really nice touch and much appreciated! Can’t fault this hotel it’s been one of the best Holidays we’ve had. ALL the staff were absolutely fantastic there’s too many to name. They made us feel so welcomed and really made our stay. Will definitely be back for the right price .

This hotel was in a great location, overlooking the sea. The better beach is a walk up the beach to Cala Pada. There is also a ferry here. It’s a pretty rocky beach with lots of trees surrounding. The rooms are pretty basic and small but clean. We found it odd the toilet cubicle didn’t have a wash basin, you had to go to the shower room. The balcony too was basic with plastic chairs if you sit out in the evening a comfy chair is better. We were at the front of the hotel where building work was taking place not mentioned by either TUI or hotel. Luckily it wasnt noisy but could be by now. No coffee/tea facilities in room which was very disappointing. I thought this was standard now. We wake early and love a coffee same as last thing. The dining room was lovely, very well laid out for all meals. The food was very good something for all tastes. I think they should put the coffee /milk out to help yourself as sometimes the wait to get coffee is long you can’t catch anyone. Same with other meals, they appear a bit short staffed. The pool was good and kept clean. Again getting a drink can be difficult, catching the eye of some staff is not easy. I saw one waitress turn her back and ignore a lady, it’s rude don’t do the job if you can’t do it properly. The same one ignored me on occasion. We only had one drink and maybe coffee in the morning and perhaps two in the afternoon, one at night so weren’t excessive. Mostly the staff were good, helpful and friendly. Entertainment was the usual type but will say the Mongolian legacy was good. Reception very good and always helpful. Coffee and tea in rooms would be very good.

Me and my husband stayed at the hotel in September for 7 nights. Lovely staff, good food (we only had breakfast at the hotel), lots of lovely places to sit and chill out and the service was excellent.
The only thing i would say is that there isn't that much to do around the hotel area - we felt it was very far from everything and ended up getting a taxi to the town of Santa Eulalia every evening so that we could get a change of scenery and have dinner (although after a while even that got a little boring as the town isn't that big)
We did get to totally relax though in the hotel. Some of the evening entertainment was good but some of it was pretty bad - so i think that this needs to be looked at.

First time in Ibiza and chose Iberostar as we had previously stayed in another one before. (Delighted we did). Arrived here and Rafa checked us in and Abraham greeted us with a refreshment drink and towel which was lovely. Both staff members were warm, friendly, helpful, always smiling and made my husband and I feel welcome. We chose a star prestige double room with seaview in a priority location, room was spotless and the view breathtaking. Housekeeping very good and had room spotless, also did different designs each day with bed throws which was lovely. The roof top pool star prestige area was beautiful and again views were stunning. The bar area had a great selection of drinks and also snacks which were available 2 hrs each time twice a day. Also cocktails were given to us twice a day by the pool. Carmin and Johnathan were our servers and were fantastic, always smiling, helpful, welcoming and Carmin was a ball of energy. We chose half board and the food both at breakfast and dinner was beautiful with a great variety. The staff were amazing and so friendly and again helpful. Came here to celebrate my birthday and had a fabulous time and the staff made it special too. Thankyou to the chef's for fabulous food. This hotel and facilities is amazing but it is the staff who makes this place as well. They work so hard and always smiling and happy to help.
Thankyou to each and every staff member, your all amazing and made our holiday special. We also got to meet alot of amazing people who were staying in the hotel. We look forward to coming back again.

Gorgeous hotel, from the moment we arrived we were very well looked after. We paid for AI star prestige and couldn’t fault it, mini in our room, coffee machine, access to rooftop pool and bar, waiter/waitress service at your sunbed. (The pool is freezing) the staff are fantastic and always so helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Rafa on reception and the young man who helps with the cases. They were both very helpful and friendly, also Jhonathon, Carmin, Alonso and Ismael for serving us drinks, always being so happy, friendly and making us laugh. As some have said the rooms are small but we hardly spent anytime in there so didn’t bother us. The views from the roof terrace are beautiful. I have coeliac disease, I couldn’t fault the hotel for labelling, lots of gluten free snacks available (rarely have this in any hotel). We had a fantastic holiday, met some lovely people (staff and guests) and will definitely be returning.

From the moment we walked into the hotel we were made to feel welcome - despite a late evening arrival we were shown to the dining room for dinner, which was really appreciated.
The staff are amazing, they are genuinely friendly and just can't do enough for you and we felt really well looked after throughout our stay.
The hotel is spotless throughout and our room was clean and pleasant.
The pool area is attractive and there were enough sun loungers for everyone. Complimentary cocktails and icecreams were provided daily, which was a lovely touch and there was always a free shot after dinner too!
The choice of food was great - comprehensive selections with a different theme each night along with staples of pasta, pizza, paella, meats, cheeses, veggie options and salads. Again service in bars and restaurant was very good.
There is a small beach nearby (basic) and we walked down to it for a quick dip in the med, which was enjoyable.
We didn't pay for the upgraded prestige option which gives you a superior room with terrace and access to the rooftop pool as our budget didn't really allow, but we didn't feel we'd missed out any as we were very pleased with the overall experience of our stay.
We honestly felt that we'd never stayed in a hotel where we'd received such wonderful service - the staff are truly a credit to their organisation and we'd thoroughly recommend this hotel.

A lovely setup. Nice pool, sun loungers/beds. Quiet location but not far from the town.
You can catch a ferry to Santa Eulària it only takes 10 mins, or it's a nice walk if you need to walk off some food and drink!
The room was small but nice, we paid a bit extra to have a sea view.
The staff are really good but there just wasn't enough of them which made service very slow at times.
The food was not as good as it could be because the hot buffet food was only luke warm, I'm sure it was not being held above 65 degrees which was concerning from a food hygiene perspective. This problem would be solved if the hot food was prepared in smaller batches so it could be turned over quicker.
There was cooled filtered water dispensers on each floor and a glass jug in the room so it was easy to get water, which I liked.
The big BUT for me tho was NO COFFEE making facilities in the room and for this reason alone I personally wouldn't return. In addition the coffee served at breakfast was abominable, however if you ask for "machine coffee" they are happy to make you an americano.
There was a lovely atmosphere throughout the hotel and
poolside though and the staff were mostly fantastic.
I just had the feeling that there are a few too many cost cutting measures such as not enough staff, no coffee in room, the pool towel exchange only being open in the morning and afternoon for 2 hours.
Despite these niggles we did have a lovely week here, and really enjoyed our holiday.

What a wonderful holiday. We loved the hotel. Staff, food, Star Prestige - all excellent.
We just returned home today and I have just read a very recent negative review.
I’m not being rude but not sure if you got your hotels confused Amanda?? We also travel widely and have high standards - for anyone reading these reviews (as we did before booking) - we saw no young lads, no mosquitoes, no noise. Au contraire! What we experienced was peace, tranquility and a standard higher than we expected.
We took recommendation for this hotel from a travel agent (first time we’d used one in years as we normally book independently) who recommended Star Prestige- he was so right and we’d advise anyone to do it. We booked half board and Star Prestige and it was ideal. Met some lovely people too all very much enjoying the hotel.
Thank you for a lovely holiday Iberostar!

Just back from 5 nights at this lovely hotel. The main thing I have to complement them on are the staff. They are all fantastic. From reception to the dining room, the fitness team and the bar staff - all go above and beyond and always with a smile. (A shout out to Ismael for exceptional service and Diahna on the f+f team) The all inclusive option is well worth it, for both food and drinks, always fresh meat and fish cooked to order on the grill, beautiful paella and good selection of salads, deserts, cheeses. Also, and I'm not sure if this happens all the time but all guests were offered daily 'treats' of a cocktail, maybe an ice cream or slow cooked paella. We didn't take up the Star Prestige option so I cannot comment on that. Only very minor negative is the bedrooms are on the small side...but you spend so little time there it didn't matter to us. Would highly recommend and will definitely visit again.

Just back from a stay at this hotel on first glance is a beautiful hotel it is clean and bright with friendly staff however there's a few things that let it down. We paid alot for a sub par room in our opinion on tui website I paid for a full front sea view room but this doesn't seem to be available I asked at reception and she said it was a full sea view to me it seemed like side view and the balcony was tiny !!! The lay out of the building mean the downstairs pool is in the shade a while in the morning too and I would not have been happy if we'd have gotten a standard room with street view as it literally over looks building works and what looks like a motorhome car park so definitely upgrade. The all inclusive isn't really worth it I'd say to go half board and upgrade to star prestige if you are set on going here as you get to use the rooftop infinity pool and get better located rooms with this it is mostly self serve drinks so you do have to make your own and don't really get waited on at that pool the waiters will get you drinks but it's quite a wait although there was a lovely hostess I didn't catch her name she made me a lovely sangria so that's was refreshing but service was a bit hit and miss to be honest they either didn't come and take drink orders or if they did they took ages to get your drinks and certain cocktails will cost you !!! We were told not to play music whilst sat on our sunloungers even though we weren't near anyone and it was very low volume some very stuck up people just love to come here and throw their weight about I think also with the music you could hear coming from Nikki beach we didn't think would be a problem this was only on our last day as we were very bored !!! If they played music so you could actually here it instead of the music you constantly here coming from Nikki beach then we wouldn't have felt the need to mask the sound with our own music !!! They had a saxophonist on the Friday at 4pm for a couple of hours that was good but about as lively as it got we were in Ibiza even some chill out classical music would have been ok but there's nothing like that they do play music sometimes but it's very low and the speakers aren't near the actual pool but so you can't hear anything if your lounging in the pool apart from Nikki beach in the background !!! We caught the entertainment on Saturday which was good but stopped early, food was nice but not amazing good for all inclusive but the snacks round the pool were very poor if you wanted anything hot you had to pay !!! We've been to other all inclusives and even Iberostar in Mallorca that was so much better than this there was just to many extras you had to pay for !!! €7 charge just to bring a pizza and burger up to star prestige pool all in all over €40 to order hot food in the afternoon. To top off the experience we got stuck in the lift going up to star prestige for 2 hours on the first day but thanks to the hotel manager he did knock the price of the upgrade off for the inconvenience the front desk were only going to take 50% off but the Manger spoke with the staff and said we didn't have to pay which I thought was fair, all in all we spent £2200 on a 4 night hotel stay I just think it was a lot for what you do get considering we'd have had to spend €390 for the 3 days star prestige if not for the faulty lift !!! Star prestige doesn't seem to have many perks unless you aren't all inclusive apart from the rooftop pool I can't see the actual privileges you literally have to make your own drinks !!! Not as relaxing as you'd think and this is what this hotel prides itself on. The staff are lovely but it's just not enough to make me want to go back or recommend this hotel sorry it's just not worth it.
If you want a very quiet holiday and don't mind mostly pretentious unfriendly clientele then this is the hotel for you, I don't write a lot of reviews and do not usually feel this strongly about them but just had to speak the truth so others can make the decision

Clean comfortable hotel. Not within walking distance to much - this is not a hotel you'd stay at to party. €38-40 taxi to the airport. Remember there is no Uber on the island. Mostly Germans and Brits when we were there and they love reserving the pool chairs around 8 am. I'd recommend hiring a car or being fine with paying for taxis if you don't want to do half-board or all-inclusive. The pool is great. English speaking TV channels. Strangely water is included with breakfast but not dinner (you have to pay).

Welcoming staff at reception and a first class service from all at the hotel. Special thanks to Maribel the customer services representative and Abraham the porter who were lovely and very attentive. The location is perfect as a sanctuary for those that want to get away from it all, with the option of visiting the bustling port of Santa Eulalia which is a 45 minute walk down the coastal path.
We upgraded to a room with a sea view which we felt was well worth the extra cost for the amazing views over the bay. The food at breakfast and evening dinner was exceptional and varied. We will definitely recommend to friends and family.
