I recently had the pleasure of staying at and it exceeded all my expectations! The moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional customer service by Malia. She made me feel at home and welcomed. The room was immaculately clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The only kick back is that it doesnt have a lanai. We can't wait to come back!

Good hotel. Pros - good location, nice small gym w/2 pelotons, 2 treads, 1 bench and a few others, nice hot tub open till 10, small but good rooms, comfy beds, concierge makes it easy to get beach chairs, towels and umbrellas starting at 5am - very easy to take...

Pros - good location, nice small gym w/2 pelotons, 2 treads, 1 bench and a few others, nice hot tub open till 10, small but good rooms, comfy beds, concierge makes it easy to get beach chairs, towels and umbrellas starting at 5am - very easy to take to waikiki or better beaches up north Cons - no real pool area, small baby pool that is mostly useless, very few pool chairs not protected from wind - no reason to use pool - head to nearby beach. Parking in garage is $45/night - prob can't get it cheaper.

The Hyatt Centric Waikiki Beach is located in the heart of downtown Waikiki, in the center of many restaurants and shops (ranging from many affordable ABC stores with trinkets to tourists to luxury designer goods stores). This hotel provides travelers with all that they need to be comfortable in Honolulu. The lobby, located several floors up in the tower in which the hotel is situated, is spacious and has hot and cold water available. You have to go down to the first floor in order to rent beach loungers and umbrellas. There was a reasonable amount of parking available, but you have to drive up several steep ramps to access the hotel's parking and it is a bit tight for anyone who is thinking of bringing a larger car. The rooms were a bit old, but spacious and comfortable. The hotel provides cute on-theme Hawaiian Tropics amenities. Whether you're visiting as a tourist or for business, the hotel provides all that you need to be comfortable and enjoy your visit.

We had an amazing stay at this property! The location is unbeatable—close to everything you could need. Upon check-in, we requested a quiet room away from the elevator, and Anastasia at the front desk went above and beyond to accommodate our request. She even acknowledged the special occasion we were celebrating, which made our stay feel extra special. Our room had a beautiful view and came with thoughtful amenities, including reusable, branded hotel water bottles. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. We opted for self-parking and didn’t encounter any issues. While the lower ceiling in the garage might be a bit tight for larger SUVs, valet parking is available and a great alternative. The lobby area offers water refill stations and beach towels, which we really appreciated. The entire property was clean, stylish, and welcoming. Special thanks to Anastasia—she was incredibly kind, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable stay. Highly recommend!

Thank you especially for the thoughtful touches which made celebrating my birthday feel very special! In our hotel room, we received a basket of treats and a hand written birthday card from Diana. My fiance and I always felt very attended to and cared for throughout our visit. Overall, I have only amazing things to say about my experience here. Already looking forward to coming back and visiting the island and this hotel specifically in the future.
