A superb romantic getaway is all in the details, and within minutes of beginning your Hotel Yountville Resort & Spa honeymoon, you’ll appreciate just how far the resort has gone to ensure your comfort. Impeccable stylish accents are everywhere you look, from the exposed timber beams to mosaics comprised of Napa river rocks. As a destination for unwinding and enjoying the company of your partner, the 80-room resort is both an oasis in its own right and centrally located for enjoying all of Napa’s wineries and exciting activities.

When it’s time for a delectable meal, you’ll simply stroll along the flower-lined path to Heritage Oak, which offers some of the most delicious dishes and wines available in California. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all served at the beloved restaurant, which will be happy to serve you in the refined dining area, our by the pool, or privately in your suite. For lunch, the grilled cheese or steak sandwiches are the perfect options for filling your stomach before a winery trip. At dinner, pair the sustainable cod or organic steak frites with a bottle of Napa wine or a Mandarin Rosemary cocktail.

Every room is an experience in luxury, though honeymooning couples will not want to resist one of the resort’s premium suites. From private balconies to vaulted ceilings, each suite is phenomenally spacious and stocked with high-quality amenities. After a luxurious shower in the free-standing rainfall shower or a quiet evening in the spa tub for two, don your plush robe and slippers and nestle with your loved one in front of your private field stone fireplace. After a nightcap out on your private balcony as you take in the beautiful Napa vistas, there will be no need to further hold off on diving into the Bellora Italian linens on your four-poster king bed. Be sure to add on the romance package that comes complete with the best accommodations, breakfast, a rose petal turndown, red wine, chocolate truffles, and a soy candle.

After a refreshing night’s sleep, you’ll either want to head out to the wineries or be fully pampered at The Spa at Hotel Yountville. Couples spa suites feature Swiss showers and double hydrotherapy tubs, and with expert spa therapists trained in a plethora of treatments like massages, facials, and Cabernet baths, heaven will have never seemed so close.

Expected much more

Booked this hotel for a 30 year wedding anniversary while also attending a wedding in St Helena and a little business on the side in surrounding areas. No bell service during our 5 night stay. Chris the bartender was great. Housekeeping mediocre. Breakfast staff and food very good. Management unseen...

Beautiful Hotel

I stayed here over 4th of July and found the hotel to be outstanding on every level. I was surprised at the negative reviews I read. First of all the hotel is beautiful and the grounds are perfectly landscaped. Our room was gorgeous as well and we even had a...

Great location, but not up to potential

The location is great. The room was a good size and the bathroom was quite nice. The physical plant is pretty, especially by the pool. But our room had no desk at all. The internet was out in half the rooms for several days while we were there. The staff...

Fancy Best Western

Our experience was quite pleasant, but I felt compelled to write a review because if I had known more, I wouldn't have stayed here. The hotel is lovely, but it's mis-priced -- feels like it should be around $250-300/night, and that mostly due to its great location in downtown Yountville...

Not as great as she used to be.

We have stayed here since the hotel opened. It’s really always been about the location for us, and we used to love this hotel. The property is still lovely. We did take a couple years off because we didn’t love our rooms last couple of times and tried again this...

Nice hotel, convenient

Overall nice stay at Hotel Yountville A bit expensive for low season December at around $1000/night. Quality of the hotel, rooms and amenities is a solid 4* like a Sheraton or Marriott. If you go in with the expectation of a solid Sheraton type stay for $1000/night, then you will...
