Older age group hotel

We stayed here during a cloudy and often rainy week in early March. This of course is not the fault of the hotel. The weather was disappointing and as we could not get full use of the pools, it highlighted there’s not much else to do at the hotel apart...

Great break with a nice relaxed atmosphere at meal times.

Had a great relaxing break at the Riu Arecas. And it was so nice to be able to go down to the restaurant of an evening and not have to dress up like a dogs dinner. The food was good with ample selection for both Breakfast & Dinner. And the...

Superb Holiday

We loved staying here. Hotel is beautiful, staff great, food great - probably a bit too great! I don't understand negative remarks about the food at all. Never heard such nonsense! The cleaners always did a great job in our room, and always seemed happy. So did the rest of...

Disgusted and Disappointed

Suits us down to the ground...

This was our second visit to this hotel and we love it. It's in a great location, with access to the beach, (stairs to negotiate) a bus stop very close by and a supermarket across the road. Two huge pools, plus the infinity pool in the sister hotel. Never a...

Hotel strike across the island

The hotel is as described, albeit the rooms are dated and could do with being refurbished, service before the strike, good in general although lacking around the pools (we couldn’t work out if it was waiter service, they seemed to avoid eye contact to order round the pool, but insisted...

Good hotel for a reasonable price.

We have been coming back for years mainly because this is a value for money holiday, the staff are friendly and the food is good. However the rooms are starting to look a bit dated and the paviours around the top pools need replacing. The surface is worn and horrible...
