Fantastic hotel . Really enjoyed our 3 nights in the Stockholm suite . Comfortable bed , beautiful furnishings and great view of the water . Breakfast was great with lots of choice and excellent service . Enjoyed the sauna and the cold plunge was invigorating!!! Had a bar snack and drinks in front bar which was great too . Hotel is well located in old town but walkable to Vasa and Abba museums .Lots of restaurants in vicinity . We tried Tradition ( hotel recommendation) on first night which was great. Handy also for royal palace and just across water from boat trips (Stromma tours). It was cold whilst there but we still had a fantastic time .

We loved this hotel, the location, the staff and the facilities were all excellent.
Special mention to the sauna and plunge pool which were both superb.
Our room was clear and really well equipped.
Our 3-night stay cannot be faulted.
Thank you ☺️

This is a lovely, comfortable hotel situated in a central location ideal for exploring the city. The check in and check out processes were painless. Our room, Delux with balcony, was spacious with a great bathroom and all the facilities you’d want for a city break stay. The restaurant serves good Swedish food, breakfast offers a wide selection and the two bars are well stocked. We’d definitely stay here again.

Great location and very easy to walk everywhere or catch ferry or train. I booked a room with sea view and well worth the spend. Rooms are a bit small, especially the bathroom but very well appointed. The heating was a bit warm and adjusting temperature did not seem to change anything. Bed disappointing as I requested King and we had not very comfortable two king singles pushed together with gap in middle. Hotel service was excellent and please thank Filip for always having a smile ready and for all his great directions.

No overnight guest here, but very good drinks in the bar!
We were staying elsewhere in Stockholm, but we were in Gamla Stan and found the Reisen Hotel where we had a drink in their bar. Very nice drinks and great, talkative bartender which we really enjoyed. Lovely bar evening when being in the Old Town
Great stay for our long weekend!

The location is great - right in the old city center, waterfront in a historical building. The breakfast had a great healthy choice, very good coffee and the staff all were very nice. We also received a complimentary upgrade to a room with a partial view, but with the private sauna. The private sauna in the room was great - very clean, modern and we truly enjoyed it after all-day walk in the city. The size of the room was also very decent and had all amenities including fancy Nespresso, plenty towels, etc.
The bed was way too soft for us and we expected the pillows to be of better quality. Nevertheless, this was not a big deal as we could request to arrange harder mattress cover from the reception though we did not, but in case if someone will have similar situation could find this helpful.

Beautiful views excellent location!
Had a wonderful stay! Room was spacious with beautiful views of harbor. Very well appointed and comfortable. Nespresso coffee! Nice big bathroom. Excellent location. Would stay here again. Didn’t try any dining. Too many good restaurants are nearby.

We checked out today from a fantastic two-night stay at this excellent property. Everyone was very friendly and genuinely eager to be helpful. Rooms and common areas feel high-quality and relatively recently renovated, perhaps in connection with the Hyatt rebrand. Food and bev quality was terrific. Goes without saying that the location is unbeatable. Globalist recognition was terrific. Room service is available 24/7 which is great for night owls (but be aware that the late night food menu is currently limited to pizza/ham sandwich).
Couple of minor quirks to watch out for, all quickly remedied by hotel personnel: air conditioning did not work well initially, but the hotel quickly deployed a front desk agent to our room (despite arriving very late at night/early morning) and supplied a high-quality quiet fan (also: windows open fully without a window stop). And some newer agents weren't fully familiar with the WoH guaranteed late checkout benefit, but they quickly resolved it by inquiring with a senior colleague.
Overall, the property is very elegantly designed and personnel/customer service are all top-notch. We will seek out this property next time we are in Stockholm.

Both a classic hotel and a modern amenity. This hotel is very welcoming and very comfortable but hasn't aura a refinement and old world charm. It was the perfect place for us to start our trip in the Baltics. We enjoyed the incredible comfortable room, the very helpful and energetic staff, the modern spa and Jim and you can't beat the location. We enjoyed using this space as a leaping off point for a harbor cruise, a walk around the old town, and an easy walk from the train station upon our arrival from the airport.
Can't wait to go back.

We stayed at the hotel July 2022:
The spa was best what I've experienced in any decent priced hotel around Scandinavia. It felt more wellness retreat than a hotel. Especially compared to any, and I mean any, "chan-type-of hotels". Spa facilities are top-tier, the sauna, cold plunge, and full spa circuit are worth the stay alone! Music, calmness, no child's yelling, no loud noises. Everything is clean, modern, and clearly designed with care.
I had read that the normal rooms are quite small so we took the Deluxe King Room with "in room" Sauna. That was like 35m2 and was large enough for a kind of stay cation. The hotel, lobby and breakfast were all top notch.
If I have to complain about something: Street noise is loud from garbage trucks early in the morning, they begin their operation around 6am and those noises really can be heard into the room, even at the 4th floor. So if you're kind of sound sensitive, I suggest booking a room away from the "side alley".
Hotel has no AC but even during a 26 C heatwave we had no problems with the heat in the room (4th floor side alley).
I would stay again any time! Lovely place, most suited for couples.

Great hotel located in the midst of town, perfect location to make excursions. Breakfast was more than good. Only thing missing was an airco during the night, it was too hot at night
The Hotel Reisen is conveniently located in the center of Old Town.
It's a small boutique hotel - with modern, comfortable rooms.
The staff is friendly & helpful.
They have a nice lobby bar and an excellent/extensive buffet breakfast.
Great location, minuscule bathroom, no AC
The hotel is centrally located with lots of attractions, bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. The bathroom is exceptionally small (you can sit on the toilet and wash your hands in the sink) and there is no air conditioning in the room, only heating. We had to open the...

Despite its booked and paid the hotel 6 months ago for a kingbed seaview specifically and I got the confirmation; when we arrived the hotel; there were no seaview room available due to a technical issue! they offered me a room with some view and a sauna! In 30 degrees! I only had one special night to spend there and what should I do with the sauna! then they even charged me for the 35 krona (3 eur!) difference that was missing from our agreement; although I couldnt get the room in our agreement! at least they accepted the to provide a free vale parking just on my request! No other proposal whatsoever! then Eric the receptionist, offered water and ice to be sent to the room; nothing in 1,5hrs. In the room there was no air conditioning for 30 degrees! on the day to depart; the young inexperienced lady at the reception was asking me for my credit card for payment! I explained that all is closed months ago, no chance, I had to wait until she clarifies with her boss for 20 minutes for something I paid 6 months ago and anyways didnt get what I booked! the manager said ok finally; without any apology... just ok… I believe this is a disastrous service quality and they all need to look into who do they work with and how do they train them.
