Beautiful building, quiet location but close to Parthenon and Trevi, easy walk to Spanish Steps. Nice staff, HUGE breakfast, room & bath were lovely. Near parliament so very safe. We enjoyed the area and when we got tired of walking, taxi stands weren’t far away.

this hotel is in such a great location, central to many touristy sights, great restaurants and shops which aren’t too far away. The rooms are really nice and plenty room for a couple, we had a gorgeous view of the front! Check out times are very generous (12 noon) and hotel staff were even able to have our room cleaned early when checking in (and our bags were taken up to the room for us while we were out exploring!) wifi sometimes drops out in the room, but not a constant issue!

A beautiful well kept hotel in the middle of many attractions. We spent 2 nights here before our cruise. We booked the hotel taxi to pick us at the airport on arrival and get us to the cruise port in Civitavecchia in perfect time. Scary traffic but our driver was...

A beautiful well kept hotel in the middle of many attractions. We spent 2 nights here before our cruise. We booked the hotel taxi to pick us at the airport on arrival and get us to the cruise port in Civitavecchia in perfect time. Scary traffic but our driver was very good, calm and controlled. We would advise to get the taxi through the hotel. It was smooth, easy and no worries. The hotel breakfast was very good and the room very clean. The desk manager was so sweet and welcoming. We felt like we were family staying with them. We hope to return.

The only good thing is the great location. To shops, restaurants and shopping centres Breakfast is poor not 4 star standard Rooms are small and not very clean too Male staff at breakfast are rude ! Check in staff were friendly and helpful Close to the pantheon.

Super little hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfasts were great and had some gluten free options available. The tea / coffee making facilities in the room were very welcome at the end of the day. We had a very comfortable room on the 6th floor with an amazing view across to St Peter’s Basilica, which never got old. The hotel is ideally situated just a few minutes walk from the Pantheon, and was an easy walk to Piazza del Popolo, Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain, the Colosseum, the Circus Maximus… it also felt very safe, sharing the same square as the parliament building! Thank you to all the staff for making my birthday trip to Rome so welcoming. Would definitely stay again and recommend to all.

The lovely and historic Hotel Nazionale is conveniently and safely located near the Italian Parliament building. The lovely and historic Hotel Nazionale is conveniently and safely located near the Italian Parliament building. The older building has been remodeled to serve as a comfortable headquarters for touring around the city. Our room was small, but with high ceilings, a nicely equipped bathroom, and good storage. We prepaid in advance at a reasonable rate, and received daily breakfast as part of the package. Breakfast offered a great variety of meats, fruits, cheeses, and breads. All staff were very polite and helpful. There is also a pretty lobby great for having an afternoon drink. This hotel is a smart choice for visiting Rome.
