Best location and terrific value right on the beach. Staff very helpful and kind.. Super clean hotel. Great to have a full kitchen. Balcony view was tremendous for great sunrise pictures. Grounds well kept. Walkable to so many shops and restaurants. Parking was safe and convenient.

Great View & value, room was terrific, easy access to Boardwalk and beach, would highly recommend, tiki bar had delicious drinks, would definitely return with family, they also have a coffee bar in house that was also good, shower had plenty of pressure and hot water

Room decor is a bit dated but in good condition. Rooms are clean, suites spacious and grounds well kept. Outstanding location, plenty of bars & restaurants easily walkable. Nice pool & oceanfront bar. Great staff. Would definitely stay here again.

Well appointed rooms. The efficiency rooms are a fave. Everything you need to dine in. Close to everything, dining, shopping, boardwalk. Easy parking.Friendly employees. Great views. What’s not to love! ❤️ Thank you for another great vacation.

First of all, there was mold or something on the mattress pad. Whatever it was, it was gross. The place was really clean otherwise just really old carpet. Bed was very uncomfortable. The room was very dark and dreary. It needs some serious upgrades. The bathroom door was coming off...

First of all, there was mold or something on the mattress pad. Whatever it was, it was gross. The place was really clean otherwise just really old carpet. Bed was very uncomfortable. The room was very dark and dreary. It needs some serious upgrades. The bathroom door was coming off the hinges they had no place to put your soap or shampoo in the shower. The shower had pretty good water pressure overall but they had a hose in there that was pretty messed up. I'm not sure why they had it in there. this place was just so inconvenient even though it's old they could've made it better. They had a couple of USB ports, but they were not convenient at all. They need to put some serious money into this place since they are charging people a high price per night. The tiki bar was no good because everybody smokes and blows it in your face and if you're not a smoker, that's not fun. The pools were very nice, but I think they were kind of dirty. It was also very loud in there with loud music playing all night and people smoking on the balcony, but the location is good because you can pretty much walk to any place. I think that's the only thing they have going for them is that they are close to the ocean and the beach and all the restaurants. The front desk staff need to be retrained on courtesy and customer service. They were very rude. We also had to park a mile away because there was no parking on site. Some good things were that It had a microwave, refrigerator and stove. The thing I liked most was the view and its location.

Great value for the money!!! The best part of our experience was starting off with Dee who rented our room to us. She was very courteous and kind. I wish her the very best in life. Location and amenities were perfect. View from second floor was not full ocean front....

Location and amenities were perfect. View from second floor was not full ocean front. Mattresses were ok including the Murphy bed! Kitchen was stocked well including dishwashing liquid. I wish they can change the carpet to smooth flooring because the smell was a bit intolerable, ie mildew.

We stayed for a quick 3 nights. This is the perfect location on the boardwalk! Everything was nearby! The staff was friendly, the views were awesome, room was extremely clean, and we felt safe with the friendly security guards there! Will definitely stay again, but for a week next time!

We stayed a few nights; loved that it is close proximity to the beach, within walking distance. The patio is a big plus because of the privacy walls that you don't see your neighbors, so you can sit outside and relax watching the beach. The hotel is located on the main ocean blvd so you will hear some street noise. The rooms are decent with a mininature kitchen (stove / oven / microwave / sink and misc dish set). It is a older hotel that I'd recommend some updates to it inside. We didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool area but got to it out see it; seems pretty cool and private. The parking lots are across from the hotel which seems pretty safe. There is also a security guard on site 24 hours, so that's a plus. It is also family friendly as well. We would recommend this place!

On our second morning we discovered a plumbing leak. On our way out to breakfast, we told the folks at the desk and it was repaired before we got back. The hotel is well located, and because of the nearby attractions can be a bit noisy, but overall, it's a great place at a reasonable price.
