Some good some not so good

The location is great nice rooms with fireplaces unfortunately not very clean ..housekeeping did not wipe counters stovetop vacuum or wash floors..mold on the bathroom ceiling bathroom sink needed a good scrub.the top of the dishwasher had inches of dirt I think they just replaced towels..the hot tub was lovely...

Excellent Problem Resolution

Just returned from my first trip to Banff. (Mountains are spectacular). Stayed at Hidden Ridge. Nice place. Close to town. Had an issue with the heat (too hot in the room on our first night). Spoke to manager Brittany who was quick to make things right. Will stay here again...
