Booked for a mid week break for my birthday, to be honest still here. reception staff can not do enough for you, hotel spotlessly clean, restaurant and bar staff very professional and friendly, evening meal excellent and location perfect.

The hotel was perfect, very clean, staff lovely and couldn’t do enough for you. We had breakfast during our stay which was delicious. We couldn’t fault a thing and will definitely return!

It was my partners 40th and the staff put a card and some chocolates in the room which was really nice. It is so close to everything which is really handy and has plenty of information and a paper map for guidance. The only thing that needs looking at is the size on the towels ,hotel towels are small any way but these were very small. Would definitely recommend this hotel and if ever come back to Dublin would definitely book it again. Thank you for such a fab stay

This hotel was an amazing stay all round! Such good value for money, really luxurious feel and beautiful decor. Staff were so friendly and helpful, perfect location too for a tourist weekend in Dublin. Would definitely come back if I came back to Dublin.

Temple bar around the corner, loads of bars and restaurants. Can't recommend it enough.

From the time we arrived everything was absolutely amazing, the staff are all outstanding and so polite and friendly and cannot do enough for you, the atmosphere is so relaxed and warm. The decor is so cool and trendy and the room was just gorgeous, comfiest bed ever! A massive thank you to aisling room manager who really went above and beyond when she found out it was my hubby's birthday and we were celebrating a bit of an anniversary and the restaurant staff were amazing and really looked after us and it was just so nice to have a fresh cooked breakfast rather than the usual self service we receive 😀 So it's a 10 out of 10 on all fronts from us and it's definitely a hotel we will be returning to!!

Stayed here for a concert in Dublin i will most definately return. Fabulous hotel and very helpful staff. Great location to walk to Temple Bar and Vicar Street. Rooms are so nice, comfortable and very spacious. Breakfast and dinner was divine. Good choices on the menu!

Wonderful hotel Perfect location especially for proximity to the olympia. Staff were lovely could not recommend the hotel enough. The room was a little small but absolutely spotless and well decorated . The overall vibe in the hotel was not what i expected but we loved it

A little difficulty on check in with Nacho and Adam. our group had booked us in as a wedding present (we got married the weekend before our visit and this was a wedding gift as a mini moon) but our group had accidentally booked us in the other NYX 20 miles away! Nacho and Adam couldn’t do anything for us and was adamant we couldn’t change the booking over. They called us a taxi. We were all really upset as this was a genuine mistake, they said they had room availability and we could pay again. We would have but the principal of the matter I refused to. - so I said to them if you really wanted to help with this you could. They wouldn’t. We were just getting ready to go outside for the taxi, whole trip almost ruined when Louisa appeared, duty manager I think? And absolutley came to our rescue and saved the day!!!! We are all SO GRATEFUL to you Louisa, your customer services are impeccable. Louisa managed to change the booking for us, which really was appreciated by us all, as yes it was our mistake. As extra kindness Louisa even upgraded our room and sent us a bottle of Prosecco up! You are an absolute diamond Thankyou. The hotel is stunning, comfy beds, good shower, not noisy, gorgeous decor. And in the perfect location just off temple bar. We only discovered the bar and restaurant on check out sadly as we were too busy exploring Dublin each day. We had Breakfast and it was honestly sensational! Wish we had tried it sooner. Main meals looked amazing too. Will certainly try the restaurant again when we come back to the NYX 100% recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here next year when we come again. After check in and everything was sorted all of the team there were amazing to us all. Thankyou all. 11/10 You won’t be disappointed if you book here, my 3rd time in Dublin and the best hotel so far by miles.

This new hotel is where you need to stay when in Dublin! Very central, The room was spotless the staff very accommodating! Lovely atmosphere and breakfast was exceptional! 👌🏼 can’t fault the hotel it’s funky fresh and modern overall it’s where I will stay next time!
