Great Resort, Disappointing Customer Service Experience at TRS Coral Resort

My wife and I stayed at TRS Coral Resort during the last week of February, and as a member of the Travel Club, we had high expectations for this trip. The resort itself is beautiful, and overall, we had an unforgettable stay. However, one aspect of our experience left us thoroughly disappointed.
On the second day of our stay, we had a meeting with Gina, our concierge at the Travel Club lobby. Unfortunately, Gina was unprofessional, rude, and not at all helpful. We were taken aback by her attitude and felt uncomfortable during the interaction. We immediately reported the issue to the sales department, assuming they would address it, as we believed they were the highest authority at the resort. The sales team filed an incident report and assured us that someone would follow up with us.
However, after a seven-day stay, no one ever followed up. I left multiple messages for Jesus Alberto and Jessy, heads of management, but despite my efforts, we received no response or acknowledgment. It was disheartening to see our concerns were ignored, especially given our Travel Club membership and the resort's reputation. On this point, I truly regret joining the membership and strongly feel that it has not been worth it.
Despite this, the rest of our stay was enjoyable. The butler service was excellent. Bryan, Adrian, and Naysin were attentive and made our stay so much more comfortable. The ability to communicate easily via WhatsApp made things even more convenient, and they were always prompt in addressing our needs. The pool and beach bar staff, including Miralbelli, Ladis, Carlos, Gerardo, Lorenzo, and Alan, went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed to relax and enjoy the sun. They even made my wife’s birthday extra special, going above and beyond to decorate the room and the Bali bed by the pool, creating a memorable occasion. This wasn’t the first time the butlers and pool staff made her birthday so special, and we truly appreciated their efforts.
Overall, while the resort itself is incredible, the lack of follow-up on our complaint and the poor treatment by Gina, our concierge, left us disappointed. For a high-end resort like this, management should have been more responsive to guest concerns.
I would still recommend TRS Coral Resort for the beautiful amenities and excellent pool and butler service. However, I sincerely hope the resort takes guest feedback more seriously moving forward.

We had an amazing stay at Grand Palladium and TRS at the beginning of February 2025. It was last minute booking as we had given up on all-inclusive resorts in Mexico and booked a condo; however the condo was not as advertised or as expected so in looking for somewhere last minute, we came across Grand Palladium.
We initially stayed in the family selection area of Grand Palladium and then moved over to TRS as we were a couple traveling without kids. Both areas were great and staff so friendly and helpful!
The food was the best we have ever experienced at an all-inclusive in Mexico and we have stayed at many. Our favourites were the Japanese Teppanyaki, French, Italian, and the homemade pizza at one of the pools but the food was all great!
There were plenty of loungers at the pools and on the beach with no issues getting them at any time. We did not have to get up early for access. Shout out to Jamie (Rodrigo) and Andreas at the TRS palladium experience/member only pool section, they went above and beyond our expectation making our stay a vacation to remember. Also, a special thank you to our butlers, Michelle and Frida at Grand Palladium Family Selection and Jose, Edwin and Misael at TRS for all their assistance during our stay! Thank you to all the other great staff at the restaurants and spa as well!
Just book, you won't regret it!

Our time at TRS Coral Hotel and Resort was absolutely AMAZING!!! The property is exquisite and the service is impeccable. My husband and I will definitely return to celebrate another anniversary.
