Grand Hotel du Palais Royal

Recently visited for our wedding anniversary and there were 2 balloon hearts and a chilled bottle of champagne in the room waiting for us. Bed was comfortable, bathroom clean. Good selection of food at breakfast and all staff were very attentive and pleasant.

Do yourself a favour and stay at this magnificent hotel! The location is perfect - it is so central to everything yet lovely and peaceful, the rooms are sublime and the service is beyond exceptional. We will never stay anywhere else! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This hotel is in an excellent location, beside the Louvre and close to many great tourist attractions. We had a fabulous stay and the staff were all friendly, helpful and courteous. We will stay here again and I would highly recommend this hotel. The private jacuzzi with champagne was lovely...

The breakfast was perfect and we had dinner in the hotel as well. All the food was delicious. A perfect 4 night stay, in a quiet and very comfortable room.

Excellent hotel with exceptional customer service and an unbeatable location. My wife & I stayed for 7 nights. From the moment we checked in (fresh off a red-eye flight) to the day we checked out, every member of the staff we interacted with was incredibly courteous and eager to help make us feel at home. Just a 2 minute walk from the metro and central enough to walk to almost all of the touristy destinations in Paris. We will no doubt stay here again on future trips!

The service is outstanding, from welcome drinks to the concierge making sure you never have any issues. I would highly recommend this hotel, and would love to stay here again. The location is excellent, blocks from the Louvre and the Seine. There are ample cafes and restaurants around. The hotel breakfast is also excellent. I couldn’t ask for more from a hotel. The rooms are also very quiet - I couldn’t hear anything from the street or neighboring rooms.

We chose the Grand Hotel on a bit of a whim - we only had one night to stay in Paris, and so we wanted to stay as close as possible to those attractions we planned to visit. As soon as we set our feet inside, we were warmly greeted, offered a drink and a snack, and felt right at home. Of particular note was Ella, who noticed me taking a liking to the orange-infused water and had an entire carafe sent to our room - which was splendid in itself: the bed was comfortable, the pillows felt great, and the linens felt very nice. In addition to Ella's gesture, the rest of the service experience was also impeccable: we were provided the steamer we asked for instantaneously. The breakfast at the on-property cafe was absolutely delicious, capping off a fantastic twenty-four hours.

We had such a great stay at this hotel. The staff, especially the reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was small but had everything we needed with a lovely balcony. Would highly recommend. In perfect location to visit all the big sites.

We only stayed one night (in the rootop suite) and really liked this great hotel due to the wonderful service and the amazing location. The breakfast was delicious and the staff very welcoming. We will defintely be back the next time we are in Paris!

Everyone on the hotel staff from housekeeping to front desk staff to dining staff to the concierge were exceptionally helpful and accommodating. The facility was well appointed and extremely clean. The hotel is very conveniently located bear ghe Louvre.

The location is excellent with many attractions within close walking distance. The Louvre is a few minutes away. Also some great restaurants and fine shopping possibilities. We found the staff very attentive and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable although a bit on the small side.
