Absolutely stunning hotel. Stayed for a special birthday for 4 nights. Can not recommend enough both the hotel and staff. Breakfast caters for all tastes. Even has an additional small menu for other options. Plus there was always both soya and rice milk out ready which was welcomed. You could even help yourself to prosecco. Nothing is too much for any of them. Night staff were amazing. Even sent me a bottle with a lovely message. We ordered transport to St Mark's Square and we were collected via boat at the rear. The gardens are lovely and im sure are beautiful when all the flowers come out. Theres lots of little areas to discover. Ideal location to explore Venice. We had the most amazing time

The room was clean and tidy, with great decoration. We slept well in the large comfortable bed. Breakfast had a lot of choice and was beautifully presented. I would highly recommend this hotel it is in the quieter section of Venice also which helped because the other side was very, very busy with the carnival celebrations.

Unfortunately, the Valentine’s Day dinner was a major disappointment. Despite having great potential to be a special night, it lacked planning and romance. There was no themed decoration, and the music selection was completely off, with Latin music playing instead of a romantic Italian soundtrack. The only saving grace of the evening was the menu—the food was simply delicious, and I am immensely grateful to the chef for that. Without his exceptional cuisine, the night would have been completely ruined.
Another frustrating detail was the absence of live music, despite the presence of a piano in the hotel. Throughout the entire weekend, there was no performance, which was a shame, as small details like this could have made a big difference in the atmosphere. Overall, the hotel has its qualities, but the service feels more like a 4-star standard rather than a true 5-star experience.O

Excellent value and such friendly helpful staff. Rooms very nice and spacious. Beds good. Breakfast excellent.
Excellent hotel. We stayed in Venice two nights and were made really welcome by the friendly staff. The hotel is situated 30 mins walk from St Mark’s square. This should not put you off as the hotel is in a quiet area and the walk is interesting.
Poor value for money, unpleasant check in experience, cold room.
I had very high expectations about this hotel and the experience has been disappointing. At the reception the staff was busy talking to each other, very slow and rather unpleasant. Check out was much nicer but the bad impression stayed. The room was very cold and the solution I was...
I had very high expectations about this hotel and the experience has been disappointing.
At the reception the staff was busy talking to each other, very slow and rather unpleasant. Check out was much nicer but the bad impression stayed.
The room was very cold and the solution I was offered was to add a small electric heater, in a 5 star hotel ! Moreover the engineer/handyman could not speak Italian, neither English.
The interiors need a comprehensive renovation as it starts looking old and used (elevator, doors, carpets….) and, though this might be a subjective remark, decoration is pretentious and cheap.
Breakfast was ok but definitely not at the level of quality you can expect for the price. Even the espresso was at best acceptable. Staff was numerous but not courteous neither helpful.

This hotel was perfect for a romantic getaway. It is simply beautiful. The staff are attentive but not intrusive. They were always ready to help. The location is amazing on the edge of Venice. We really appreciated the tranquility of the gardens leading down to the water. The area around the hotel was gorgeous with more bars and restaurants only a couple of canals away. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of choice. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will certainly be back!

This hotel is, in a word, fabulous! We chose this hotel for it's quiet location, away from the hustle and bustle of the centre of the city so there is a walk of about 15 mins to the main sights which was great for us. The rooms are spacious and clean and our bathroom had a lovely walk in shower. The hotel decor is beautiful as is the garden with a jetty that overlooks the lagoon. Breakfast is amazing, great staff can't wait to return!

An absolute treasure of a hotel away from the crowds. Unique, opulent and peaceful with attentive professional staff. From the moment we arrived by water taxi direct to the hotel’s private dock right outside the front door, we were welcomed and looked after by the professional, helpful staff. Taylan & Martina? were especially helpful in assisting and advising us with activities (gondola ride, shuttle boat to Murano. advice on how to use the public boat from Murano to Burano, Musical Concert information and hotel shuttle boat to San Marco. Gheorghe was always welcoming at the door with a refreshing glass of iced water and lime after a long day of exploring. The garden is a peaceful haven full of beautiful blooms and trees with a restaurant seating area. At the far end of the garden is a quiet shaded seating area to relax with a drink, also the hotel’s private pier overlooking the sea, where the boat picks you up to go to Murano which takes only 15 minutes. Breakfast is served 7am till 11am daily with a wide selection of fresh foods to suit all tastes and dietary requirements. High standards of service and cleanliness throughout all areas of the hotel. Housekeeping staff were excellent in providing a high standard of daily service cleaning, providing clean linen and restocking supplies, following up in the evening with a courtesy check if anything was needed and if everything was okay. A very special place to stay.

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous! We stayed here 3 nights and enjoyed every minute of our stay.
The lobby is beautiful and smells amazing. The staff is extremely accommodating and always welcoming us as we come and go. They help with all of our bags and everything we needed during our stay.
The room was large especially for Italy and European hotels. It had a huge closet and large bathroom. The bed was wonderful and comfortable with fluffy down pillows and comforter. There was a welcome treat left for us with some special cookies. The mini bar is well stocked and reasonably priced.
The bathroom has a walk in shower, big vanity and mirror and toilet plus bidet. The best feature was the towel heater! Not only does this dry your towels quickly but the warm towel as you step out of the shower is divine! All toiletries are provided including little extras like toothbrushes and shower caps. There was a hair dryer as well. The bathroom was well appointed.
There is no detail left out at this hotel. The customer care is exceptionally good. They ensure every detail and comfort is provided.
They are always willing to call water taxis and provide recommendations for dining. The lounge and bar are also lovely and they take exceptional care of guests.
This will be our go to hotel chain especially this hotel in Venice for the lavish experience. Everything here was wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
