Gorgeous Location, Massive Beach. Bring Money.
If you have the money, this property is wonderful. Excellent service, all sorts of extras, outstanding facilities. right on the wonderful beach. We were on the sand 7 steps from our room. We are Four Season junkies having stayed at 23 of their properties world wide and done an around the world trip on the jet. Although each property has been fantastic, this resort is on another level from most. The setting is idyllic, the rooms fantastic, but the most amazing thing is the staff. Special shout out to Marco, an assistant manager, and Tram in the dinging room. Alex, the visiting masseuse was amazing.

Four Seasons in Vietnam is absolutely amazing. The resort itself felt like a little slice of paradise—stunning scenery, beautiful Vietnamese lanterns everywhere, and a great mix of luxury and culture. Every detail was so well thought out, from the peaceful music playing around the resort to the little touches that made the whole experience feel special. The food was incredible, and we loved how fresh and flavorful everything was.
One of the biggest highlights was our butler, An, who made us the best Vietnamese coffee every morning—seriously, it was next-level good. He made sure everything was perfect, and his attention to detail really stood out. We also had a blast riding the bikes around the resort, which made it easy and fun to explore. It felt like the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure.
There was also plenty to do beyond just lounging around. The gym was solid, and we had fun playing paddleball, tennis, and basketball. One of our favorite parts? Having a few drinks and then playing some late-night ping-pong—such a fun way to end the day. Overall, the Four Seasons nailed it—luxurious, welcoming, and just an all-around perfect getaway. Can’t wait to go back!

This resort was for us ‘faultless’, from
the moment we walked out of the airport to the moment we left Hoi An, the four seasons team impressed us at every stage.
A huge special mention must go to An, our amazing butler who offered such attention to detail, kindness, and incredible service made all the difference, and we felt so well looked after the entire time.
We were met by various management of the hotel who showed a genuine interest in what we thought and what we were up to.
The food was delicious and breakfast offered almost everything you could possibly want.
We took part in some activities which were good fun and even got to enjoy the guest chef (2 star) almost exclusively.
The spa was great and we enjoyed two blissful facials overlooking the spa lagoon.
We absolutely adored our one bed pool villa, with a totally separate lounge we enjoyed many our our meals in our room.
We’re so grateful for all that you did to make our stay special four seasons.
This resort is now our current favourite in the world.
(Minor point, move the pool covers from the end of the pool, it’s blocking the amazing view)

My wife and I are seasoned travelers, from backpacking days 30+ years ago to more planned and elevated stays around the world as we matures. The Rooms and amenities at this hotel are among the best we have encountered, with beachside pools and restaurants 5 star plus. The staff and manager, Marco, went above and beyond to ensure that certain food allergies were navigated with grace and thoroughness. While a quite expensive alternative to most 5 star SE Asia offerings, our two nights there were restoring and refreshing. Highly reccomend.

The best FS that we have stayed at so far! Each and every staff member should be employee of the year! We stayed 6 days and we did not want to leave. So peaceful and perfect in every way! I also visited the spa and had an amazing 2.5 hr experience. I also had a session with their Naturalist which is a must if you are looking to gain some insight into your health. Pool time was an absolute must in the afternoon! Our pool attendant was Ty ( forgive me if I did not spell correctly) and met all of our needs. We will definitely come back to see you all! ❤️

We stayed here for four nights in November 2024. This is a beautiful hotel located on the beach about 15 minutes from Hoi An city center. We stayed in an ocean-view villa with a private patio that opened straight onto the beach and looked out over the ocean. There was also a sitting area inside with the same view for when it was too hot or buggy to be outside. The service, amenities, and staff were excellent, as you would expect from a Four Seasons hotel, as was the breakfast. There is an excellent white-sand beach and three gorgeous and huge infinity pools that we thoroughly enjoyed for both swimming and lounging. One of them is designated the “quiet” pool, which we particularly appreciated, since we were traveling without children. We found Hoi An to be crowded and over-populated with tourists and were happy that we chose to stay outside of town. We easily made excursions into the city for food and shopping. There is a shuttle bus that runs a few times each day to and from the hotel, but we just took a taxi for about $5. We highly recommend this hotel as a luxurious basecamp for your adventures in this area.

I stayed at your resort for 4 nights with my friend. It was a great experience I’ve had with your services, especially with the dining server. The breakfast was good and the dinner was amazing.
I also stayed in Four Seasons Hong Kong and Singapore, not compare but your server is kind, they’re careful and give me a lot of recommendations on starter-main course and dessert.
I remember that night I had dinner at a restaurant somewhere in Hoi An and it was horrible. Then I came back to eat at the Vietnamese restaurant, the food was perfect and the server (Mr. Anh or An, I have no idea) was so professional when he recommended wine pairing with food and so surprised that he knew a lot about different cultures. So I believe the employee was trained well.
I’ll come back next year if nothing changes. Great resort to relax.

We visited in November, which meant we had really mixed weather but that didn’t stop us enjoying this fabulous hotel. The property is vast with lovely public areas and incredible villas. We loved ours and really enjoyed riding between the various sites on the bicycles provided. The pool was really nice and loved the cabanas. We used the spa which was special.
The food at breakfast was very good and the service throughout our stay was fabulous. One of the restaurants was closed for renovations which meant a revised combined menu in the remaining one which meant a weird mix of options. The good was good but not amazing and quite expensive for what it was. It’s the people who really make this a special place, they’re all so amazing.

My most favourite hotel anywhere in the world, and we have stayed in the best of the best, but the nam Hai still tops our list. It is one of those very rare places where I truly relax, even if it just a shirt 3-day weekend trip away from Kuala Lumpur. This was our 19th visit and the constant improvements are noticeable and the best just keeps getting better. This stay off 2 nights was not long enough but was determined by work commitments. Already booked for 5 nights next year for a proper holiday. Thank you to all staff at Nam Hai as you really do look after us so well. Special thanks to Marcel, Michael, Marco and Debbie. Can’t wait to be back for a longer stay.

The Nam Hai is a beautiful property. It is inviting and feels very warm. The staff are incredible and they quickly get to know your names . Sometimes the service is a bit slow. But when you the the staff’s warm and smiling faces they go above and beyond to accommodate you. Everyone from the front desk to the pool/spa are amazing wonderful people.
It’s the little things though that brought this down to a 4.
Not changing the sheets. Flies all over the room. Air Con outdated and warm on humid nights. The room itself is outdated with outdated technology. Turn down service after 8pm.
Would I stay again , absolutely. Could they be much better given your paying European prices in Vietnam , certainly!

This place is crazy.
I've stayed at many Four Seasons such as Sydney, Asia, and even Europe, but this Four Seasons is the best in my mind.
The resort is so beautiful, and all staffs are so kind.
There are many activities in the resort such as different types of yoga and meditation; I was surprised that some activities are even free. They also provide various tour programs and culinary experiences which can be personalized.
SPA offers a relaxing atmosphere and a range of good treatments. The SPA here is quite popular with many guests. You should be if you stay this Four Seasons.
They have three beautiful restaurants in the resort, La sen, Cafe Nam hai, and Nayuu.
It was very nice and convenient for me that I could enjoy variety of food such as Vietnamese, Indian, Japanese and even Korean food in the resort. The atmosphere? Stunning.
The most impressive thing for me was a butler.
You would have a personal butler if you book a pool villa. (Other privileges are pick up/ride from/to the airport, complementary breakfast/laundry service up to 6 pieces every day etc.)
Our butler, Nguyen Nhi, was so amazing and attentive.
She exactly knows what guests would want. She provides outstanding service but protects our privacy.
We had no problem at all during our entire staying, because she always answers immediately and takes care of everything whenever I text her.
She is also so sweet.
She gave us hand-writing letters several times and put a recipe of coffee 'suada' with coffee bean after she recognized we love that coffee.
Another day, I saw that she was sweated all over to make beautiful decorations in our room for celebrating our anniversary. We were deeply impressed that she took care of us with sincerity. She made our entire vacation perfect.
This Four Seasons is amazing, but the most amazing thing here is people.
Most Four Seasons' staffs all over the world are kind and friendly, but this resort goes much more.
Michael Casey and Nguyen Thanh Phong are very nice manager who carefully listen to their guests. John oh, executive chef, is also really considerate.
Phuong, the butler only on the last day, was so attentive and kind. His smile made us happy.
The score of this resort is 5.0. I believe that's because every staffs here is exceptional than any other resorts in Hoi an/Da nang.
Was a really great experience, and definitely wanna go to this Four Seasons for our next vacation again.
