We were consistently impressed by the exceptional service, the top-notch food and drinks, and the immaculately maintained grounds. The variety of activities available, the stunning beaches, and the impeccable cleanliness all contributed to a wonderful experience.
While we personally prefer a more tranquil atmosphere, we understand that the hotel's popularity can sometimes lead to higher occupancy. Despite this, we had an unforgettable time and highly recommend Four Seasons Punta Mita

We enjoyed 5 days at this beautiful property. We had an ocean front casita with plunge pool. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The grounds were beautiful with beautiful pool and beach. The bars and restaurants were fun. We borrowed bikes one day. Also enjoyed the tortuga, sea turtle release on the beach sponsored by a conservancy group. Staff were outstanding. Everyone very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed great massages in the spa. Four Seasons arranged transportation for us to and from airport and to dinners off property. We loved it.

This is our third visit to FS Punta Mita. We had not been since Covid and were excited to return. The views and property are magnificent as always. The sunsets on the Pacific Ocean horizon are second to none. The employees exude warmth and helpfulness, remembering your name, your drink and breakfast order all the wonderful personalized service you expect at Four Seasons. Our biggest disappointment however was the pools and lazy river. The water was easily 95 degrees. Not refreshing at all. Yes, it is July in Mexico but for all of the money spent updating the pools, please invest in pool chillers so guests can use the pools in the summer. I do not ever recall the pool water being so warm that it was unusable on previous visits.

A Four Seasons that falls a bit short, but not by much. Still the best "5 star" in Punta Mita.

A fairly good Four Seasons. They need to improve greeting area... sat outside while checking in because the front desk is inside what looked to be a store, and the head person was dressed in casual, personal attire-- not a very professional look. Nonetheless, the staff was very eager to please and very hospitable. Special kudos to the poolside and beach staff... they were excellent. Same for Vania as our wedding anniversary hostess at Bahia. She was amazing. Food overall was very good, especially the Asian and Middle Easter fusion cuisine. Cocktails a little watered down. Suite was smaller than expected, but modern. Fantastic views. Some mold issues at the adult pool, but the lazy river was pleasant enough. If I could give it 3.5 instead of 4 stars, I would, but only because I expect only the best from a Four Seasons resort. Am willing to go again to see if they can improve on the few shortcomings we encountered.

Parrot Fish ….outstanding!
We had dinner this evening at Parrot
Fish in Punta Mita Mexico & the
experience was amazing! A lovely restaurant with delicious food, great
ambience & attentive waitstaff. Lobster with fettuccine , their version of fried chicken, apps & dessert….amazing!
A luxury and wonderful stay
What an amazing place to stay! Such beautiful beaches, amazing facilities and welcoming staff. We had the best time and enjoyed a luxury level experience with excellent food. The spa, massage and gym were fantastic too although it gets very busy in the afternoon.

You are not at the Four Seasons when you book a birthday dinner with your wife at a hotel restaurant, call ahead to make certain that they have it noted, and they forget. You still don’t feel like you’re at the Four Seasons when you sit down for dinner the next night at a different restaurant at the hotel and they bring your appetizers just after delivering the entrée. The third time was not a charm sitting down in their Asian eatery, just couldn’t eat it.
You will feel you at some random all inclusive when they cancel an activity that was booked weeks in advance, 30 minutes before it’s to begin to start, giving you no other alternatives, and leaving you with an evening to plan without notice.
I did feel like I was at the Four Seasons when dealing with the staff. They were well-trained, courteous, friendly, and very helpful.
The property is tired and will remind you of a Florida condo development.
Overall, we are big fans of the Four Seasons, they just almost always deliver, but a big swing and a miss here.
