The service is wonderful, especially the dining service. We received many insider hiking tips from the awesome wait staff at breakfast and dinner.
Valet service is exceptional.
Location is excellent, close to hiking and the village, but far enough away to feel remote and quiet.
We will be back!

We had a fantastic five-star stay at the Four Seasons for our anniversary. We stayed in a one bedroom suite that had a wonderful view of the valley. The suite was quite large with a comfortable and well appointed living and dining area (huge couch; dining table for four; mini bar; fireplace; bose speaker), two full baths, and a wonderfully quiet bedroom. We slept like babies in the Four Seasons bed which we were able to customize on the app to our levels of firmness and comfort. We greatly enjoyed the deep soaking tub with the Le Labo products (omg the hinoki smell is to die for!). We opted for in room dining all mornings and it was beautifully presented and so relaxing to eat in front of our fireplace.
We felt that all of the small touches were never overlooked. Housekeeping noticed we had long phone cords and provided us little leather clips to help keep them neat, for example. In the Ascent Lounge we were playing cards and the staff brought over a notepad for us to keep score. Things like that showed they were observant. Everyone was friendly from check in to the Speakeasy (a must visit for adults!).
I also visited the spa and my massage was well worth the price. I especially loved the steam room and cold plunge. So relaxing!
Overall a fantastic, relaxing stay.

It’s with great sadness I give a Four Seasons property 2 stars: very few hotel brands are as consistently good, but this one is a flop.
The location and property are great, but the service and detail orientation is average. I had several bill mishaps (aka: being charged for bottles of wine and ski rentals that weren’t mine) . And a general lax attitude to any general questions. No welcome drink, no map or general property tour, no personal acknowledgment- which is a big departure from the brand. Examples:
Questions about ski details were delegated several times (example: I was told to walk to the off property pass office to get them answered as the staff hadn’t skied and didn’t know). Compare this to the Four Seasons Whistler that provides an epic ski Conceirge service along with heated boots.
This pet friendly property didn’t acknowledge the existence of my dogs,: compare that to the Four Seasons Seattle that gives pet beds and water bowls unprompted in the room.
Room service is painfully lacking and overpriced, although meals in the restaurant were solid.
Several of my daily interactions were with management, so I assume this hotel has a different tone from the top.
Lastly: don’t call me “Mr” by default, women can afford your hotels too.

Spectacular. From valet to housekeeping, and front desk to restaurant servers -- the staff was incredible. We unknowingly went during their slow season to celebrate our honeymoon, which turned out to be a benefit for us instead of a downfall. We were able to rest, relax, and reset after a very stressful time of wedding planning. The resort was quiet. The beds felt like heaven, and the in-room body care, Le Labo, was the highlight of, well...perhaps, my entire life. They set up an arrival amenity in our room, which was a sweet gesture. The on-site restaurants were wonderful, and room-service was as well. Housekeeping was top-notch. I can't really say enough positive things -- it was just a magical experience overall and we're grateful for our time there.

I had a great stay at four seasons Teton village. The location is very nice, close to all the summer and winter activities. The room was a little outdated, the furnishings were kind of old. And there was no charger on each of the bed side. However, the bed is very comfortable. The take out restaurant serves great selections of food, snacks and drinks. The room service food for breakfast is…. Really bad and doesn’t worth the money. They also stamp your post card complementary which I thought is very nice. The service received at checkin and checkout weren’t top notch, I didn’t feel like walking in to a 5-star hotel. There are other options of lounging in grand Tetons that I may consider next time.

Check-in: Marcus checked us in and was very helpful and found us a room that accommodated all of our needs. The welcome drink is a huckleberry lemonade.
Room: We had both rooms 734 and 829. 734 is a valley view and very big with a balcony. I preferred 829 even though it was a smaller resort view because we like less light in the room in the mornings. The beds are THE MOST comfortable beds I've slept in at a hotel. They are many times more comfortable than the beds at Amangani.
Concierge: Taryn S. helped me from start to finish. I spoke to her before our trip and she was very knowledgeable about all things hiking and sightseeing. Her opinions are honest and straightforward and she genuinely cares about the wants/needs of the customer. She goes out of her way to deliver a high quality of customer service. Her passion for what she does shines and her positivity is a warm welcome to a new place. She is excellent at problem solving and making things happen. She is an asset to The Four Seasons Brand (which we trust).
Valet: always quick, efficient, and sometimes funny. They are all very personable and make you feel at home. Luke was our valet for most of our stay and we enjoyed his positive attitude.
Housekeeping: I did not get the name of our housekeeper but she was by far the best we've had in a long time. Turn down service was always done and not too late. She was very thoughtful in her cleaning. She left me a lens cleaner next to my glasses and neatly organized my skincare which I appreciated. She always replaced my coffee and even had maintenance come by to fix something. She is thorough and thoughtful.
Service: Overall, top-notch service and staff who genuinely care and love what they do.

My wife and I had a wonderful trip through Yellowstone and JacksonHole. We stayed for 2 nights at the Four Seasons in Jackson. We like the chain and have had great experiences in other placês. But the one in Jackson Hole was really frustrating.
Their breakfast service is very bad. Rude service, few bread options, no variety of cheese or ham , which is unthinkable for a 5-star hotel. And they also charged us different prices for an espresso on the 2 days we had breakfast.
And in the end, the checkout experience was very unpleasant. They made 3 pre-authorizations in my credit card for expenses (since the accommodation is prepaid). The pre-authorized total was double the actual expenses. And the worst thing is that they lied and said that the 1st pre-authorization had not been completed. Really unnecessary and unpleasant. We left the hotel very disappointed.

Epitomizing the John Muir quote, Going to the Mountains is going Home.” The Four Seasons didn’t disappoint. Our stay was brief, yet memorable. The highlight was dinner in the Grill, primarily due to our amazing server Shannon. I am especially critical of meals, expecting service to be equitable with the price. Shannon was top-notch, professional, and left a lasting impression on our overall experience. On many occasions, one negative incident sets the tone for the entire stay; this was the complete opposite…one positive dining experience will be forever remembered and will always be associated with the Four Seasons Jackson Hole.
