Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta

Our stay at fiesta America was wonderful! What made our stay memorable was the excellent service provided by the team sonne club. Ignacio, Rafael and David thank you very much for your excellent hospitality! We will be coming back for sure!

I find that many of the reviews of this resort are name dropping of employees, and although there were many outstanding employees I would like to actually review the resort. For context,this was out 16th all inclusive trip and the 12th resort we have stayed at. Upon arrival we were quickly given room keys and asked if we wanted someone to show us a bit of the resort. At first I thought this would be a timeshare push,but it was not. We spent a few minutes just being shown where the restaurants were located. Even though it is a smaller resort, a map of the resort would have been appreciated. We spent most of our time on the beach, but the beach is only steps from the pool if we wanted to take a dip to cool off. The pool was warm enough and had many shallow ledges to lounge on. There are signs on the loungers that saving is not allowed but the regular on the beach were up early to get their spot. This did not seem to beat problem around the pool. My one complaint of the beach was that many of the loungers were in need of being replaced. Hopefully that is done soon. Food was better than most all inclusive. For breakfast the buffet had a good selection. For lunch the buffet was open as well as the Mexican ala cartes as well as a casual burger snackbar. There is also a coffee shop that has sandwiches, ice cream and some desserts. They did allow food to be taken to the pool or beach seats, but this did cause a bird issue. A trained hawk would definitely help with this. Evening meals are allala carte and require reservations. This was easily done the night before with their app, although I did see some people just showing me what it up and it was never an issue. Our favorite was the Italian. Unlike most resorts there was no dress code. Entertainment was lacking compared to most resorts,but I expected this since it is a small resort. They did have a Mexican night on Friday, and although the entertainment was good it was indoors and very loud. They do have a premium service package and it is offered for day pass of $110 US. This gives access to seating on the veranda of the buffet and access to a rooftop area with 2 infinity pools and 2 hot tubs. The area only has about 30 loungers so it is very small. Although we did enjoy it for the day It would not be a place I would want to be everyday it was too small for my liking. They do have a lunch menu and the food was excellent. Overall I would recommend this resort and we may return in the future.

La Cevicheria was amazing! The staff was very kind and attentive from our server Felipe to our chef Ramino who prepared some of the best seafood dishes I’ve ever had. Perfect weather while dining next to the beach with a view of paradise. 10/10 would definitely eat here again.

This all-inclusive resort was the perfect 5 day getaway. The pool facilities and swim up bar were perfect for relaxing and soaking in the warm Mexican sun. The pool staff were very attentive and constantly offering to refill our drinks and bring us food. The restaurant on site “CEVICHERIA” was amazing. The tacos and ceviche were very good. The head Chef Ramiro and our server Rubi were excellent. Ramiro made us a special series of dishes that were incredible. Ramiro prepared a 3 course meal that included a delicious and refreshing salad with a raspberry/blackberry balsamic vinaigrette. The second course was an amazing seafood medley with Octopus and Mahi Mahi cooked to perfection, with a wonderful assortment of vegetables and a chipotle cream sauce. Lastly for dessert we were served a beautiful assortment if fresh fruit paired with a tiramisu pastry. I would definitely recommend this Hotel and its restaurants to anyone.

The service team of Luis, Giovani & Sergio provided the most fantastic service. Some of the best service I’ve ever had at any resort outside of the United States of America. Friendly fast service that made being by the pool enjoyable the entire week.
