Avoid room 503. I’m staying here currently and the wall outside my room has multiple heat pump units on brackets. Our room is vibrating from the units. Can’t sleep or relax. Have complained multiple times with no follow through. It’s impossible to get thru to the front desk. I keep getting sent to answering machine and I receive no call back. Totally unacceptable. It’s nighttime and should be enjoying time with my spouse. Instead we are troubleshooting the noise and wishing we brought our toolbox!? Not our normal nighttime vacation routine. Feel like I’m in an alternative universe that a supposed top hotel is non responsive on this. Unrelated, street noise outside room is noisy. And morning coffee/pastries available in lobby at 7:00 am is really 7:15 lukewarm coffee with no pastry. Was only looking for the coffee at 7 am sharp because I couldn’t sleep in the vibrating room and had been up since 4 am.

Arrived on a quiet Sunday evening in October, and were surprised when we were asked to wait a few moments while the front desk attendant attended to something on her laptop. Okay, we'll wait. She eventually checked us into our Petite King and pointed us toward the room. The room was well-appointed, but there was literally no space for luggage. The closet was occupied by a fridge (set to freezing contents), a safe, and cubbies, leaving a small section to hang your clothes. The bathroom was tight, towels were very thin, definitely not a luxury. Thankfully, we were paying off-season rates, would not recommend it.

I can't say enough good things about this property and team, but not for the reason you might think. Our travel plans were cancelled due to the hurricane and the hotel staff handled it so quickly and professionally. They proactively called me and we sorted everything out immediately. I will...

I can't say enough good things about this property and team, but not for the reason you might think. Our travel plans were cancelled due to the hurricane and the hotel staff handled it so quickly and professionally. They proactively called me and we sorted everything out immediately. I will 100% stay here when I re-book my Nantucket visit.

I came with my fiancé and we both agreed this is a first class experience. The Hotel has a Beautiful patio & lounge. Friendly, helpful and attentive Management/Staff like LeighAnn and Mina. I came with my fiancé and we both agreed this is a first class experience. The Hotel has a Beautiful patio & lounge. Friendly, helpful and attentive Management/Staff like LeighAnn and Mina. They were super attentive to our room service and made our experience above any expectations. Very conveniently close to restaurants and located in town.The hotel is a quick walk from the ferry. Cocktails at Sistership were awesome. We definitely will be coming back!

Location and setting (including patio) are amazing. Service is terrible. Room cleaning is only upon request (despite paying 460 dollars / night) and anything you ask feels like pulling teeth. Never seen housekeeping leave a pile of dirty towels behind when bringing fresh ones, nor taking away full trash bags...

The last two years they have held private events excluding their patrons and this year have closed a local next door bar for one of their events . The rooms are charged in the $1000.0 area. Unfortunately we we will never stay here again. Their one time events supersede the client base that supports them.. DO NOT STAY HERE!.! Find another location .

We brought our issue to her attention and immediately she picked up her iPad and started looking for another room for us. She wanted us comfortable first and foremost. This was our first trip to Nantucket and it will not be our last!!

It had a very small Bathroom and a ridiculously tiny shower with black mold between the tiles The sink was so small you could only use it to brush your teeth. You had to pay for your coffee and we had to lug our luggage up stairs to our room. Convenient but that was the only positive.

Must have a drink, appetizer or dinner at the attached Sister Ship restaurant.

We visited for three nights, booking a room facing the courtyard and restaurant on the first floor. The courtyard played music at all hours and fairly loud. That wasn’t the biggest issue- the worst being customer service. Completely lacking. Check in process is a mess, they seem severely understaffed, and their preferred way of communicating is via text, which no one responds to. On our third day we requested house keeping- and no one came. We were told they were busy with checking people out. Meanwhile our garbage is overflowing, we needed towels etc. For the amount you pay to stay here, go elsewhere where they will include breakfast and far superior service. We will not be returning.
