We stayed at the Embassy Suites for 4 nights in February. Great location for shopping, restaurants and a quick walk to the beach(es). Hotel staff was great, rooms were clean. We stayed in the tower with an ocean view. Rooms were quiet, even though there was a lot of families with small children. Nightly cocktails with snacks was a nice touch!

I like the location on food and convenience of close stores to get some essentials. On Sunday, there was a fire work show, and it lasted 15 mins with some awesome displays. The hotel crew was very helpful, and it comes with breakfast every morning. Spend 3 nights for my bday and had an awesome ocean view corner unit. Awesome free drinks at the happy hour bar every night.

Very nice hotel on Waikiki Beach. We had a suite that overlooked the ocean and it was a corner unit so we had two different views. Made to order breakfast was great and the reception they had every night was a nice touch. I would like to give a special shout out to Gianna at the front desk, who checked us in when we arrived at the hotel on Monday. We had just came from a very bad situation at a AirBnb that we had to leave early which I mentioned to Gianna. The reservation that I made through a third party website for the Embassy Suites was not in the system when we checked but Gianna gave us a special rate through Embassy Suites. I travel quite a bit and I have to say that Gianna is probably the nicest and most helpful customer service representative that I have dealt with in a long while. Hopefully in you decide to stay you’ll be lucky enough to have Gianna wait on you!

Outstanding way I can keep property that is very popular with families and couples. Excellent rooms with comfortable beds and all the Embassy Suites amenities you've come to expect. Aloha friendly staff and management that will make your stay enjoyable. This is a busy Hotel, however, you will appreciate it's very convenient location and amenities. Exceptional pool area, made to order breakfast, evening cocktail reception, and access to Waikiki Beach. You do not need a car in Honolulu or Waikiki. Convenient location to lots of shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. Highly recommended!

We spent two nights at the Embassy suites after a cruise. I read good reviews and decided to book using points and I thought the hotel fit our needs for the short time we were there. They had a nice happy hour with 2 cocktails pp per night . The bartender made a good mai tai .We enjoyed a couple of them sitting on the patio outside. On our last evening, we got to sit on our balcony and listen to some live music out by the pool. It was a nice end to a two week trip.

This was our 12th stay at the Embassy Suites Waikiki Beach Walk. Why do we keep coming back? – Staff, Hospitality, Service and Location. The hotel is located one block from the beach and is within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. You may find more luxurious accommodations in Waikiki but you will be hard-pressed to find accommodations with a more dedicated and helpful staff. Once you step out of your car the hospitality begins with the bell staff and continues with the registration staff. That’s just the beginning – the complimentary breakfast is always top-notch and the breakfast staff is always helpful. A quick shout out to some of them including, Aldrin, Cary, Jay, Alma, and Lorenzo. It's always fun to talk with them and get updates on their families. During our stay, they were slammed just about every morning and had to work hard to keep things moving smoothly. They are also very helpful in making recommendations on places to eat or events that are happening in Honolulu. For example, Cary pointed out the time and location of the St. Patrick’s Day Parade during our stay. The pool staff, especially Otto and Jaden, was extremely helpful to us. I also witnessed Otto reaching out to a family of five to offer some special assistance to them when they return for their next visit. It was pretty special to see that! The daily complimentary evening reception is great with the drinks, snacks and live entertainment five nights a week. Keola and Maile, the bartenders, are a great team and do a great job of keeping the long lines moving quickly. It’s always fun to watch Keola interact with and entertain the guests and it’s always interesting to watch the reactions of the guests to him. He’s the best and it’s always a delight to see him and Maile work. Also, we would like to thank Justyn for everything he did for us during our stay. Everything was very special during our entire stay and we hope to return for the 13th time soon.

Before checkout, I asked also if we could do a late checkout and Rika helped us. I highly recommend this place. The staff were very helpful. The amenities like shampoo, conditioner, lotion and body wash all smell good. The breakfast buffet was so good, Michael who makes my omelet is so friendly he did pretty well with our omelet.

My partner and I had an amazing time staying at this hotel! The ambiance, the aloha spirit from the front desk. Check-in was quick and the staff very friendly and special shoutout to Tyler for making sure everything was perfect. We felt like family members. The room was in pristine condition, well kept, and it smelt nice! We had a corner room and the view was indescribable, sunset was mind blowing! We will be returning!
