Arrived at the location for an anniversary weekend. The Whirlpool in their VIP lounge was broken with exposed wires, potentially causing an electrical issue, the showerheads were full of calcium and shot everywhere but at you. Talk to Sadie at the front desk and they informed us we could move at 8:30 at night to another’s room or they would have our hot tub fixed in the morning. At 4 o’clock the next day I finally went back and talk to Sadie, and she informed me that somebody came to look at the room, but my dog was in there so they left, then Rich, the property manager told me to go back to my room. He would have maintenance there momentarily two hours later maintenance never came, and he offered to let me use a Whirlpool in another room next-door. I was grateful for this considering 2/3 of my vacation was completed so it was nice to finally get a Whirlpool to use. The following morning my wife and I are getting out of the shower and their maintenance man walks into our room while we are both completely naked. He does not say a single word to us lets the door slam and walks out. I open the door to figure out what’s going on and the guy just stares at me in the most creepy way possible. He did not say a single word did not apologize did not do anything. And if I thought this was the worst part of my stay, I was wrong. We pull the sheets off the bed to ensure that they would get changed for the next guest, and upon removing the mattress cover we noticed that the mattress was completely soaked in blood. When I presented the issue to Rich, the property manager, he informed me that that sounds like a personal issue to him. He also informed me that they would not be compensating me for any of their mishaps, and that they should be charging me for having a dog and site. Which brings me back to Sadie, the front desk clerk. Upon check-in, she asked how many adults how many children would be staying. I informed her two adults and fur babies. When I complained about the horrible conditions in the units that is when I was informed that they didn’t know I had a dog. This is a very classless place. Do not take your wife there for a romantic holiday. This is a very seedy establishment at best. Do not stay here. They do not care about their guests safety and they laugh at you when you complain. Rich and Sadie are very deceptive. They will give you the runaround and refused to give you a number to get a hold of anyone. If anybody would like photos, please reply to my review I would be happy to share photos of bloodsoaked mattresse, exposed in broken wires in the whirlpool, toilets that do not flush properly, this was a very disappointing experience.

I would like to say thank you for the upgrade room . The original reservation was for the Las Vegas theme room there were a couple mishaps . But I don't like complaining at all . An she offered a upgrade which I greatly appreciate. Will recommend to my classy people.

We were on an impromptu trip to Wis Dells and stayed two nights in a one-bedroom on the lake at Delton Grand. We were in #430 which was comfortable and spacious for just the two of us; the shower was amazing with great water pressure. The view of Lake Delton from our balcony was just gorgeous and a great way to wake up. Plus, we were there mid-week in late August, so we got a great deal ($150/night). Some suggestions. There is some deferred maintenance, at least in our unit, that needs to be addressed. Several of the outlets/switches were loose or not working at all, and it was confusing figuring out what controlled what. We learned the hard way that we plugged our phones in overnight into outlets that needed a corresponding switch turned on. Additionally, we know hotel towels can be small and scratchy, but the bath towels were threadbare. The bed, which was comfortable, needs sheets that fit. Even a tiny movement meant the fitted bottom sheet popped off a corner. The pillows could be more substantial. Finally, the indoor pool was under renovation, which would have been nice to know on the website, and we had no idea where the outdoor pool was. We didn't ask about the latter upon checking in because we figured it was just around a corner or down the way, and then it became too hot to be in the sun, so it wasn't a dealbreaker. We are used to staying in rental communities like the one managed at Delton Grand and know these units are individually owned. But the job of the management company is to ensure everything works the way guests look for.

Fabulous hotel! Beautiful suite with nice patio overlooking the lake. We were even able to go with on the beach and enjoy the sound of the lake for a while thanks to a warm Nov day. Very nice pool and hot tub as well. Only two complaints- the bed is way to firm for our preference and I’m not a fan of having to take out our own trash on vacation. I don’t mind picking up after myself, but to actually have to take all the trash out of our room down to the dumpster, at a resort/spa hotel?! Maybe rethink that policy.

Great weekend get away. Perfect location for us. Beautiful views. Checkin was easy and the condo was very nice and spacious. We used the indoor pool and hot tub and both were very nice. We would definitely recommend giving them a try........

Just a beautiful establishment… Well-kept gorgeous views of the lake and the comforts of home. We always stay at the Delton when we come to the Dells. It’s become our home away from home. I highly recommend!
