A great holiday and the hotel is superb. Food is good. Italian / grill are great 40% bill charge on these but it’s worth it and is very cheap. Buffet in main restaurant is good enough, plenty of homemade food and plenty of choice. Staff are world class. Ahmed on the pool bar is a legend and he creates a great atmosphere. Real top guy. Muhammad and Aziz the towel guys look after you. Mohammed our room cleaner does a great job. The staff in general can’t do enough to help. Rooms - we had a beach view room and can’t complain was clean and spacious. The shower was amazing. Facilities - bottom pool is great although a little chilly. Gym is good, plenty to do Entertainment - is very average and catered for the a select type of guest. Soho square is 5 mins away go there and out the way of them. Night club after the piano bar shuts at 12 is an interesting experience leave that there Only slight downside is the constant hassle of people selling things although you can put a do not disturb sign up. Although the gents selling these excursions are really nice people, it can get a little too much at times when you’re having a bad day perhaps. Although they are always polite. The other downside is that some of the other guests are the rudest humans on earth but this is no way against the hotel. Overall great hotel great atmosphere will definitely be back in the future

We had a fabulous holiday. The hotel was very clean, our room was great with a massive bed, the cleaner was friendly & efficient, the staff are lovely, very friendly & good at their jobs, especially Ahmed at the pool bar, Aziz & Mohammed at the towel station & Waem & Kareem waiters in the buffet. The guys cooking omlettes in the mornings do a great job & are a bit cheeky lol. It was a 5minute walk to Soho Square where there are bars, restaurants & shops. Cant wait to go back

Just returned from 10 days at the Concorde. What a fabulous holiday. Staff couldn’t do enough for you. Extra special shout out to Ahmed at the pool bar who works single handedly all day long and has a constant smile. Main man!! If you like premium drinks, buy them duty free, local spirits are not good!! Food was ok and we could always find something although it eat, although the only food which was piping hot was from the pasta bar and egg station. All in all a fabulous holiday, great value for the price.

We had a fabulous 10 days at the Concorde el Salam. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are a bit dated but very clean. You can always find something to eat but mostly the food is lukewarm. Alcohol is abysmal, I would advise buying from duty free if you enjoy a drink. We used the inDrive app for taxis, great service and far cheaper than the hotel taxis. We booked trips with Ebra who can be found round the pool area everyday. Reasonably priced and we enjoyed the 2 trips we booked - day boat trip and desert safari. Mohammed at the towel hut by the pool laid towels ready for us everyday. The pool is freezing so remained empty most of the day. Special shout out to Ahmed at the pool bar. He works the bar alone all day everyday, always smiling and very friendly, chatting to everyone. All in all we had a fabulous 10 days and would definitely return.

Basic but very clean room. Moved us to a quieter room on first day when it became apparent that our original room was too close to the main pool and that there would be regular loud music/poolside games during the day and evening. Much better. It's a bit of a party hotel which wasn't clear from our initial research. Staff were very friendly, especially if you tipped regularly, which was fine by us. Many thanks to Wael who made sure we were swiftly seated and catered for in the main restaurant. He greeted us every day and was happy to serve us coffee and drinks, checking that we were happy with the food. He had the banter (well practiced) which made us feel welcome and looked after. The beech was fine but often played loud Euro pop. However there is a quieter spot to be had further up the terraced front beneath the towel collection hut. Room was cleaned every day with fresh towels if needed. Tipped cleaner at start of week which was rewarded with fresh flowers and various animals crafted from towels and bed throws. We were able to extend our final day by 5 hours from check-out as we had a late flight for $50 (£41). From day one there were a number of staff working for the spa who regularly pressurised us to have various spa treatments which was a bit of a pain but done with some humour and eventually they realised we weren't interested. Access to the gym was good and the gym instructor was very happy to show my partner how to use the equipment, once a small amount of cash changed hands. Personally I wouldn't do an all-inclusive again but it was easy and on the whole a relaxing experience if you are looking for some late winter sunshine.

Outstanding service at Italian restaurant by Mahmoud. It exceeded my expectations how he found us always the best table and created such a welcoming atmosphere for us that we wanted to come back for lunch every day. Would recommend his restaurant 120%

Just returned from another fabulous week at this hotel. We are never disappointed with the level of hospitality from beginning to end, and the standard of the hotel never waivers. As repeat guests, we are treat superbly in all.areas from check-in, concierge, restaurants, and the beach. Thankyou for another super holiday. We are already looking forward to the next two! We would especially like to mention Ayman and Mamoud in the buffet restaurant. Abdo in the Italian restaurant and Heysham and Ahmed on the beach. They all went above and beyond and made our holiday the fantastic week it was!

Restaurant staff are on hand at all times to make even the buffet feel personal. Loved this hotel so much have booked to come back next year, we have only returned home 2 days ago 😂 Shout out to the main hotel restaurant manager who spoke to us every day and got us drinks etc from the bar.

I’ll be back in a heart beat. Very clean, all the staff were really friendly. The area is beautiful. My pregnant partner and I didn’t feel unsafe at any point. A massive thank you to Ahmed at the pool bar who just made the holiday special. All the staff were very attentive running to your aid at the drop of a hat. Food was good, we did eat out at soho square a few times throughout our 7 night stay but it wasn’t necessary to do so. I do think I will revisit this hotel once the kids come along.

Can’t fault the cleanliness-immaculately clean everywhere. Check in was a bit poor. Don’t expect a welcome drink or information on where the bars and restaurants are. Had to ask for a map of the resort and find our own way. Rooms are basic. Had a faulty safe, so didn’t get off to the best start. There is no iron in the room, but quickly got one from reception. Main restaurant is ok. Food was varied and usually hot, but was very hit and miss when the main chef had a day off. No kids corner. No ice cream (which we all love when we’re in holiday). And no service with a smile. 3€ for a glass of fruit juice at breakfast or just have the squash. We went to the Italian a couple of times which was good. You have to pay extra for the Al a Carte restaurants so it was virtually empty on both occasions, but the food was good there as it was cooked to order. Beach is tiny and you’re packed in like sardines in a tin. It opens at 7am, and by 8am all the sun beds are reserved. You have to be quick or pay the life guard to put your towels out every morning. This is normal procedure here, and the same for the pools. Soho square is 5 minutes walk away but if your mobility isn’t great, then ask at reception for them to take you and pick you up in their buggy. Had a trip to Cairo which was very well organised by our Sun international rep, Alladin. Definitely recommend flying rather than the bus. It was still a long day, but well worth it, especially to see the pyramids and sphinx. This hotel is definitely not a 5* hotel. If this was all I could afford, I would return, but with my eyes wide open. Would rather pay a little extra for a proper 5* hotel, like Sensatori or the Savoy.

We loved it! This was our second year visiting the same hotel.The hotel is lovely, very clean everywhere. The food is fantastic, there is something for absolutely everyone! There is anything from roast chicken, lamb beef to jacket potatoes, fish, sushi, salads and even fries. Desserts are amazing and all the foods are so beautifully presented. The staff are just great, so attentive and nothing is too much trouble for them. The beach is literally steps away, there are stairs to it so not suitable for wheelchair dependent people. The main swimming pool in January, February is freezing! The sea is lovely thought, great snorkelling. Soho square is a very short walk away for restaurants and shop if you want to look around. 10-15 minutes drive from the airport. Rooms are very comfortable, we had no issues with ours at all. The kettle stopped working one day and within 5 minutes they had brought a new one to the room. Fantastic service. Would recommend to anyone who wants a relaxing break.

This is the second holiday that we have had here and both times we have not been disappointed it’s a lovely hotel and the amenities are excellent with Soho Square on the doorstep the restaurants offer plenty of different food for all we often went to the Italian restaurant in the evening where we enjoyed fresh cooked pizza to die for and all the staff are absolutely amazing so polite and nothing is too much for them especially Mahmoud ABO Fattah Mahmoud who was so welcoming amazing place would definitely recommend

Nice hotel a bit dated in places not a big selection on food but you can always find something to eat. Rooms are spacious we’re in a ground floor garden room right outside is a warm pool with a gym in it ideal the main thing is because the sister hotel can use the facilities it’s hard to get in the beach and around the pool. Even though you pay less for that hotel they still have advantage of all the amenities without being asked we have seen them take there bands off and charm the young lads.

The hotel was very well kept and clean. Everyone was really friendly and the little things really do make the difference. We arrived very late at night (around 23:00), check-in was quick and easy. We had a long day and assumed we were too late for dinner, they sent a plate of meat and cheese with rolls to our room free of charge which we very much appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable and we slept really well. We found the food more than adequate, similar to every all inclusive buffet, we always found something to eat. We did have a lazy day and ordered room service the steak sandwich with peppercorn sauce was delicious. Snacks were available near the pools (only for a short time each day) and being able to go to the beach front hotel on the shuttle was good. Pools in both sport and beach side hotels had swim up bars :) The beach was lovely and when not too busy the snorkelling was amazing!! So many fish! This week was all about relaxation for us we got a really great deal for the spa and had 3 massages each over the week and a pedicure for far less than in the UK, very good value for money. The hair salon at the spa was good, we both made use of this. We booked this last minute and for what we paid this was amazing value for money. We have stayed at other hotels with many more dining options but these were far more expensive.

First time to Egypt & we chose this place, chosen due to it's price & location. Location is excellent & is only a 10 minute walk to Soho Square ( which was a godsend) & is right on the beach Can't fault much at all apart from the food & cocktails ( local spirits are vile) the food isn't really aimed at the British market & i am a fussy eater but we got by. There are 2 restaurants, an Italian & one called flame, we didn't try the Italian but apparently it's really nice. We went to Flame & it was lovely, the food was spot on as was the service so I'd highly recommend a visit there. The room was clean & spacious & the bed was massive! ( we upgraded to a sea view ) well worth it imo We had good sleep every night as it's very quiet. The cleaners make brilliant stuff with towels ! Had no problem getting beds by the pool but the water is freezing! But worth it just to get to the pool bar, the lads serving on there are brilliant ! There's a life guard by the pool at all times which is good 👍 We didn't bother with the night club & only really used the piano bar. That guy on the piano is absolutely superb & his piano playing is on another level, spoke to him & he said he's been playing since he was 3 years old & it shows ! I had a little issue with a member of staff in the bar but the bar manager ( Mohamed Farag ) soon had it sorted & was highly professional in the way he handled it. The hotel is lucky to have him so thank you Mohamed 👍 We'll definitely be returning there even though the food isn't to my liking

A week here at this lovely hotel was not enough room was lovely we had a gardern view little walk to the pool an restaurant short walk to the beach room was cleaned and fresh towels ever day food was plenty could be a little warm but wot I seen this was due to ppl leaving lids of food all the staff were so lovely and friendly you could just walk out of hotel turn left short walk and your at soho square shops restaurants the music fountain lights are Amazing

Absolutely fabulous hotel. Staff were all very friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. Special shout out to Mahmoud at the Aqua Gym pool bar for making the best mojitos and Dr Adly in the clinic for fixing me up when I was poorly! Would 100% recommend this hotel
