Great location, great staff. DJ, Carlos and Arnold stood out to me. They went above and beyond for us as we just got engaged. The lady that checked us in at 1230 night was nice but didn’t give us enough info for the WiFi and when I kept calling the front desk she didn’t answer. I called multiple times and even called the main customer service line for Hilton. I was pretty annoyed that I had to walk down at 130am to get it after driving for 12 hrs! There were some things that needed maintenance but DJ was kind enough to write them down on a piece of paper for upper management to deal with. Sometimes you need to let a hotel know what’s wrong so they can make it right. The parking is free which is a plus as most Hilton hotels charge you $15 or more for. The pool and gardens were nice. You get a view of the mountains. There’s also bbqs on the property which is a plus. They also offered us their shuttle with a driver to take us to dinner and dessert. I haven’t been impressed by any hotels (we travel a lot and sleep in different hotels) in the past year like the way this one impressed me.

The hotel was outstanding. The location can't be beat and made for getting to the park easy. As a member, We were upgraded to a suite that enhanced our stay. The front desk staff was accommodating and we enjoyed our breakfast at the restaurant. Would recommend!

The location is phenomenal. You can easily walk to the park. You are next to the shuttle stop. The pool and hot tubs were a great way to relax at the end of the day. There were seemingly always leaves in the pool but it generally seemed clean. The fire pits along the river were also a great surprise and the grounds were well maintained. You had great views of the park as well. The only issue is rooms seemed very poorly maintained with cheap fixtures and decor. There was peeling paint, cracked mirrors, beat up furniture, and a faucet that fell off in my hand. It didn’t seem up to par for the price.

Stopped here for a night on our honeymoon and got a king river view grand suite. The tub drain wasn't going down (to hold water in the tub) and maintenance wasn't able to fix it. Not even a big deal! But Hilton comped our ENTIRE ROOM FEE. HILTON FOR LIFE...

Highly recommend!

We booked the hotel due to its high ratings and walking distance proximity to Zion NP! We received an upgrade from two queens to a Suite (gorgeous) and it made our trip to the Narrows that much more memorable. The service was wonderful and we really enjoyed the grounds - especially the smaller wading pool/hot tub. (There is also a large pool with cabana area as well) We enjoyed the wildlife - momma deer and fawn, lizards and chipmunks. This property has everything you need to be comfortable and overlooks the view of Zion and the river. The fire pits are an added bonus. I would stay at this hotel in a heartbeat! Highly recommend.

This is a beautiful complex with landscaped grounds, a pool, and riverfront chairs and firepit. The units are 2-story, no elevators, but staff eager and ready to bring bags up. We were able to ride through the back of the property to access the park. The pool was great for an end-of-day cool off, but no one skims off the water and the lounges were not up to the quality of the property. The rooms are quite expensive.
