We discovered this place thanks to Google-searching for golf in Tuscany, and what an amazing find it was! We experienced true luxury with 5-star service from caring and kind staff, friendly and interesting guests from all over the world, amazing property, in a gorgeous town that felt like a fairytale....

We discovered this place thanks to Google-searching for golf in Tuscany, and what an amazing find it was! We experienced true luxury with 5-star service from caring and kind staff, friendly and interesting guests from all over the world, amazing property, in a gorgeous town that felt like a fairytale. We were there to relax, and that we did. The RAKxa Spa was incredible, and in hindsight I wish I had taken more advantage of the pool. We explored nearby Volterra and San Gimignano. The highlight of the trip was Truffle Hunting! The chef prepared a 3-course gourmet meal with our bounty. Food was also a highlight, and we were happy with the simply prepared dishes with fine ingredients. The Breakfast buffet was outstanding...almost overwhelming...reminiscent of outstanding spreads that we enjoyed in Gleneagles, Scotland. We vowed to return again, perhaps in the month of May, to experience this beautiful part of the world in a different season.

One of the most beautiful, magical and luxurious places I’ve visited. The customer service rivaled that of the top tier hotel brands. The food was delicious. The spa was stunning. The property and facilities were nothing short of magnificent. There’s quite literally something for everyone here. I’ve never seen a resort this size maintain it’s personalization and high standard of service quite like this resort. I don’t often feel I need to revisit places I’ve traveled but coming back to Castelfalfi is an absolute MUST on my to do list.

We spent 4 full days and never left the property. The golf club was also amazing. Did the 9 hole lakeside course. Marco was so helpful there. The best part of everything was the amazing staff and customer service. They all truly loved their job and being a part of this amazing village. Benjamin was a stand out who went out of his way to greet us and made us feel like home. I did not want to leave. Thank you Castifalfi for making this an unforgettable experience.

The location, the staff, the sheer beauty of the charming setting and all the amenities make this property a five star plus! Every day was a true holiday from the wonderful buffet breakfast, lunch at the Golf Club ending with evening cocktails on the patio with stunning views of the beautiful countryside . Benjamin Bowen the Guest Relation Manager made our experience a six star experience in every way, shape and form. He is a true delight and the epitome of customer service at its finest!!! It was also a pleasure meeting Roberto Protezione, the General Manager along with Andrea Mana, the Executive Assistant Manager, who went out of their way to make us feel at home. All of the hotel staff were amazing, friendly, and welcoming! We will be back!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

But above all of that what makes this place even better and so nice to stay in is the service; The customer service from the reception to the restaurants to the spa to the bell boys, on all levels was spectacular! All of that is run and directed by Mr. Benjamin Bowen 🫶 who in his gentle and professional way Makes sure every guest will get what he needs for a perfect vacation Can’t recommend more It’s the perfect place for the perfect vacation We will come again for sure Thanks you Benjamin and all your staff 🩷
