Not right Value for money, Staff is not like 5 star hotels. It’s just Big nice old hotel building with beautiful beach. Condition of the hotel is just average. No lifts in Hotel Hotel was always busy with big companies seminars Only 5-6 couples or families

Polite and helpful staff, very clean all round, good food, great beach reasonable priced and overall excellent service. Only thing lacking is a lift for customers. There could be some elderly or medically disabled customers. You can’t take them through kitchen in staff lift

Our stay at Caravela Beach Resor was fabulous. Right from the moment we entered we got the warmth of the staff at reception. We were served ice tea which was a good thing, the check in was smooth, the receptionist was very helpful with patiently explaining all the resort activities and suggested us dining options. The breakfast is also decent and the serving staff is helpful. The rooms are a bit small and look older but nicely appointed. Good Job Caravela Team!

Despite complaints no action was taken by the management. Could not use the beach the beach bar or beach restaurant because of the noise.

Excellent location in south Goa with nice clean beach only a few meters from the hotel. Nice clean hotel with good breakfast and dinner buffet choice. The sunset bar is nice and relaxing with a drink to see the sunset and the beach hut serves seafood with veg choices .All the staff are very helpful and give an excellent friendly service. There also a pan Asian restaurant in the hotel but we did not try this one as the buffet and beach hut gave us enough choices .We have been to many 5 star properties in the last 10-15 years in South Goa but this tops our list to come back to.

We have just returned from another fantastic holiday at this beautiful hotel and would like to thank Sourav the General Manager and all the amazing staff for making our stay so special. It was our 13th visit and each visit is as good as the last. We stayed there for 4 weeks. The beach and grounds of the hotel are amazing so a big shout out to the gardeners who work so hard to keep the grounds immaculate. We booked a pool view room which we love and were taken care of by Genevie she did an amazing job in taking care of us and keeping our room spotless for our entire stay thanks also to Santan. We are early risers so every morning enjoyed a walk on the beautiful beach before breakfast such a peaceful time of day, we enjoyed breakfast at 7.30 am, when it's is quiet it gets very busy later in the morning , the restaurant staff were amazing Uday, Aniket, Baby Rosebud and Rabi but a special mention must go to Antika who goes above and beyond to give great service and is so friendly and helpful especially if you were an older guests who needed some help she's was amazing and deserves special recognition. Our mornings were spent at the pool where Das and his team do all they can to make you comfortable for the day, we have known Das for many years and is more like a friend to us now, and is a real asset to the hotel. We really loved the swim up island bar where we were taken care of by Ajoy who was a great barman and took care of us for the first 3 weeks of our stay, we loved his new cocktails pink passion and cupids coffee and especially his frozen Daiquiris delicious, thanks also to Ravina for keeping the beers ice cold for the 4th week, the new happy hour this year was a great addition. As it gets so hot at the pool we spent the afternoon at the beachside which was stunning and had a lovely breeze where Sachin and Lauchaman took care of us and made sure we kept hydrated,sunsets we're stunning. We spent. the evening at the atrium bar where Dillip, Mrinmoy, Mayank singh ,and Nitesh took care of us big shout out to Prem such a friendly barman who never stopped smiling and always made an effort to chat with people who were on their own which made a huge difference to their evening. There is nothing much outside the hotel except a few beach shacks which we ate in, also enjoying the hotel Beach Shack and Cascada restaurant where the buffet and menu which was very good with plenty of choices The nearest town is Cavalosom and a 20 minute taxi ride away where there is a bit more night life we also found a lovely family run restaurant outside the zuri whitesands hotel about 10 minutes taxi ride away called Barca bar and kitchen where the food ,atmosphere,cocktails and friendly staff made this a great evening out. We enjoyed our stay and have already booked to return next year Can't wait to meet up again

First I would like to explain, why only 4 Points. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel, this is the wrong place. The resort is old and the rooms should be renewed. The food was okay, but nothing special. But if you are looking for endless beach, friendly people and relaxing holiday, this is Caravela. At the beginning we were not content with the room. But wonderful Zara from guest relations, the chief lady of house keeping and the Manager Mr. Rastogi listened to us and offered us an incredible upgrade. Every morning the staff a the breakfast buffet knew what we wanted even before we thought. Uday, Lian, Babyrose to name but a few are a great team. Thank you!!! Here you are not a guest, you are a family member!

The food is amazing! A must-try is the seafood at Beach Hut Restro. The staff is very polite—Armaan, Utkarsh, and, of course, Chef Tejas greeted us warmly. Mr. Edmundo Da Cunha entertained us with his magical skills. It was truly a superb experience!

Our stay at the Caravela beach resort was exceptional! The rooms were spotlessly clean, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the location was perfect for exploring South Goa. We booked the first floor - ocean front view room, and the view from the room was just amazing! They had multiple activities for each day (some paid and some included with the stay) at the resort. I took up the golf lesson (which is a paid activity) which I really wanted to do for a while and the instructor was quite skilled, knowledgeable and very accommodating. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet where there's a room full of choices! Zara (who is the guest relations officer at the resort) was very helpful as well and helped us curate our experience to our needs both in and out of the resort. Also, really enjoyed our lunch at the seafood restaurant Beach Hut and the Sunset Bar adjacent to it is a nice spot to watch the sunset. All in all I would highly recommend this beachside resort and would love to visit again!

Would definitely return. Slight downside, no lifts to high floors( not a problem for us but could be for others)

Friendly, warm and very welcoming best describes the staff of Caravela Beach Resort. We were made comfortable during our wait and provided a room well before the 3 PM check in time. Denis and Pooja at the front office made this possible. The spacious superior room with a balcony was perfect for our 3 night stay. The food across restaurants and its service was great. The lawns, beach front of the resort and the clean & peaceful varca beach makes it very inviting for nice long walks. The Beach Hut restaurant and Sunset Bar right at the beach front means you are practically on the beach with white sand and light green water and gorgeous sunsets makes it the perfect location to chill, relax and enjoy. The swimming pools and its island bar make it ideal for cooling off in this hot season.

Property is beautifull...mr.rahul front office buggy service was excellent...all services are very good...best private beach..best sceneric view..i will be definetly visit again..................................................
