We had an amazing time in Sedona thanks to Kris and Nicole of Canyon Villa Bed and Breakfast. Our room was quiet and very comfortable with spectacular views of Sedona's Red Rocks. The breakfasts were hearty and delicious; Kris and Nicole were attentive without being intrusive. Their suggestions of where to go/what to see were spot on. We had an unfortunate flat tire and Kris went above and beyond to inflate it for us and keep us moving. We can't wait to go back!

Canyon Villa was a great place to stay. View from our room and breakfast room were spectacular. Breakfasts were excellent and the hosts very helpful as we planned our day. We enjoyed having takeout pizza from Lisa Pizza by a fire on the patio. Other good restaurant options are nearby.

I haven't been to Sedona in about 25 years. My husband had never visited there. I am so happy we chose Canyon Villa to spend 3 nights. The village of Oak Creek (just a few miles south of Sedona) was the perfect place to stay. It is beautiful, peaceful and a perfect way for us to end our 10 road trip. As everyone has said, the views, the food, the accommodations and the hospitality were terrific. I've included a few of my many photos!! Thank you Sheila for everything. FYI, Sedona has become very commercialized, hectic and crowded but certainly worth visiting. But, if you want a more zen-like experience, I strongly recommend staying at Canyon Villa B&B.

Absolutely wonderful stay! Such a top notch Bed and Breakfast. The whole stay was filled with wonderful delights. From the amazing view of Bell Rock to the Hummingbirds flying around by the pool. The breakfast each morning was over the top and so yummy. Fresh baked cookies as a surprise...

Absolutely wonderful stay! Such a top notch Bed and Breakfast. The whole stay was filled with wonderful delights. From the amazing view of Bell Rock to the Hummingbirds flying around by the pool. The breakfast each morning was over the top and so yummy. Fresh baked cookies as a surprise and the light appetizers served around 3pm just added to the whole experience. We felt very well taken care of. The hosts, Nicole and Chris, were truly attentive. They even helped arrange for a cake to be waiting in the room to surprise my partner for his birthday upon our arrival. Everything was seamless. Would highly recommend this stay to anyone coming to Sedona. We didn’t even have to drive to hike as there were trailheads steps away. We truly got to relax and restore. Everything you need is either right there or less than a mile away. And P.S. if you book the Spanish Bayonet, you have a perfect view of Bell Rock through the French Doors right from the garden tub. So dreamy!!

Truly a wonderful weekend! Inkeepers Nicole and Kris were excellent hosts! The service was perfect, views were spectacular, nice and quiet, place was lovely, the location perfect and it was a great value! We will be back soon with more friends in tow!

The room was great and it had a beautiful view of the various rocks, especially Bell Rock. Bird watching here is just amazing each morning. The best time is early in the morning while it is still cool during the summer months. The distance from Sedona is just right too to avoid the touristy crowd and there are a lot of trail heads along the way. We’d love to be back for winter.

Our stay at Canyon Villa B And B was fabulous. Innkeepers Nicole and Chris were hospitable and friendly creating a great atmosphere to enjoy the surrounding beauty. Our room Strawberry Cactus overlooked Bell Rock and we could walk to several surrounding trails. In the afternoon, the solar heated pool was a good place to cool off, meet other guests and have afternoon appetizers. Every morning we had a full breakfast of baked goods, yogurt, granola, hot entree, and fresh fruit. Happy to stay in the Village of Oak Creek with its restaurants rather than the hub of Uptown Sedona which was less than a 20 minute drive. Highly recommend! We are missing it so much! And the musical playlists…awesome!

Very nice accommodations, beautiful view of Red Rocks, excellent service and breakfast. Beautiful pool and nice amenities. Snacks and beverages available all day and appetizers at happy hour. Friendly accommodating staff. No negatives at all for us.

Spacious, comfortable room with an amazing view and a wonderful breakfast, and an easy walk to several hiking trails. We could watch hooded orioles, hummingbirds, and gambel's quail from the balcony. Did I mention that the views are amazing?

We have stayed at Canyon Villa B &B four different times. Each time has been wonderful! The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated and have everything you could possibly need. The views are unparalleled! We sit on our balcony and look right at Bell Rock. Breakfast is fabulous and we also get an afternoon snack and an evening dessert! Everyone who works there works hard to insure all guests are happy and well cared for. The location is also great, in the Village of Oak Creek. Many restaurants and hiking trails are close by.

What a quite, charming B&B in spectacular Village of Oak Creek! Unobstructed views of Bell Rock and Courthouse Butte greeted us from our cozy second story room. The location is ideal for us because it is outside the bustle of downtown Sedona and within a short driving distance to fantastic hiking and restaurants. The Inn is clean and spacious. The breakfast was spectacular with fresh pastries, fruit, yogurt, homemade granola, eggs cooked to order and even a fantastic vegetable quiche one morning. Sheila and Lisa were attentive and patient with our food requests and went out of the way to make us feel welcome. We made a last minute decision to drive to Grand Canyon before breakfast was served one morning and Sheila whipped up a spectacular breakfast to go for us. The guests were interesting to chat with and the Inn felt like a home away from home, but with someone doing all the prep, cooking and clean up for you! When I return to Sedona, this is where I will stay. The only con is that the interior lighting is not conducive to puzzling or card playing in the evening.

This B and B is exactly what I expected and I expected a lot. The house is beautifully appointed and in a perfect location at the foot of 2 amazing mountains. The setting is serene and the B and B is peaceful and calm. Breakfast was delicious. This is the cleanest property I have ever been in and that means a lot to me. So happy we stayed there.

This is a beautiful property in a good location. There are great views of the buttes right from the rooms. There’s also a nice breakfast each morning and the staff is very friendly. We highly recommend staying here.

The rooms are very nice with spectacular views and beautiful pool weather permitting. The inn keeper and chef are so welcoming and knowledgeable..highly recommended
