My wife and I just returned from a one-week stay at Body Holiday at the end of February, 2025. We had an absolutely marvelous time from when we first stepped on the property until we left. We were greeted at the entry with a very warm welcome and a nice cool drink. We had requested an ocean front room and it did not disappoint us. We had a beautiful view of the beach and ocean from our comfortable patio. We had three delicious and ample meals each day of our stay.
We had most of our meals in the Cariblue restaurant. We had one lunch at the Wellness Cafe and one very special dinner at the Tao restaurant. The choices of entrées at each meal were exceptional. Breakfast and lunch were very ample themed-buffets. For dinner, there are upgrades for some items, but we always found something we liked on the regular included menu.
There is just so much do at the BodyHoliday resort! You can keep busy all day or just sit on the beach and relax if you so desire. I did intro to tennis each morning and enjoyed several runs (albeit rather tiring because of the hills!!) and working out in the gym. I also enjoyed the Wellness Trail each day. My wife did a stretch class each morning followed by personal training with Felix, which she really enjoyed, even though she was worked very hard!! Afternoons were spent relaxing and reading on the beach. The beach never feels crowded. There are lounge chairs with umbrellas that the staff prepares for you. If you want to order something for the beach, you just put up a red flag and a member of the staff will come by to take your order.
We had an included treatment each day. The massages we chose were all very relaxing and enjoyable. The staff at the Wellness Center were all so kind and professional.
All of the staff at Body Holiday are just wonderful. Each staff member we met was very friendly and helpful and showed real concern for our well-being and enjoyment during our stay.
I strongly advise that if it is your first time at BodyHoliday that you take advantage of the tour that is offered each morning in order to get the layout of the resort and restaurants. We will be returning next year for a longer stay.

Spent 5 nights here and despite some minor issue absolutely loved the place.
Food: Best buffet food we've ever had. The amount of healthy options was amazing. Having a pickle station with all kinds of pickled vegetables was unique and fun. We also ate at Tao, Cariblue Windows and did I-Tal experience for dinner. All were very good. You MUST do I-Tal for lunch or dinner, you pay extra but it is a great view, amazing atmosphere and just something you have to experience while there. The healthy smoothie bar was also great. They also served good food.
Staff: The fitness instructors are called bodyguards and every single one of them is mean and nasty, and I love them so much! They are not mean and nasty, but you will hate them during some of your workouts but when it is over you'll be so glad they made you work hard. The enthusiasm and energy they have is never ending. I did the daily AM walks, the High Intensity Training class, combat fitness, archery, yoga, aqua fit etc. and it was all phenomenal. The waitstaff was great, the beach attendants were awesome. Really every single person from the concierge to the cleaning person to the manager was nothing but great to us.
Issue resolution: We had our A/C break (seems a recurring issue here) and they immediately got us into the room next door. It helped they were only at like 55% capacity. Found out after sleeping the first night the A/C in THAT NEW room was also not working right, it just blew cold no matter what. Maintenance came and fixed the wiring and it was fine after that. We also had a large wood/tree spider in our sink, within 1 minute they had someone there to take it away. When you have issues you want them taken care of and they did. Did not reduce our experience at all having these issues because they were handles perfectly.
Room: Had the Grand Oceanfront room, highly recommend, despite A/C issues the room is great. The second room the shower did not seal all the way and water would run outside the shower but minor inconvenience.
Activities: Activities are endless, we love an active vacation and don't an to sit on the beach and drink all day. This place fits perfectly for us. The massages included were fabulous. Therapist were all really good. You can upgrade your included massage to a paid wone at a discount, highly recommend doing that at least once.
What could be improved:
-Wine selection is limited. You can buy wine at dinner and there is a wine room where you can do tastings and buy bottles of wine, We never did that as only available certain hours. Would be nice to have 6 reds and 6 whites instead of 3 and 3 included.
-It's an older place, the maintenance must be non-stop. So I would continually expect possible maintenance issues due to age and the environment.
-Pricing is getting expensive, the same week in January 2026 vs 2025 is currently 40% higher despite being at low capacity for that week in 2025. The prices have gone up a ton the last few years and discounts for returning guests are modest and can only be seen by creating an account. I worry they will price themselves out of a return visit.
Overall:
One of our favorite resorts that we've ever visited and really nothing else like it. Great food options, awesome activities, friendly and helpful staff with a beautiful setting!

I have been to body Holliday about eight times since 2008. I first one is a single and since then always has a couple. Overall, this is my favourite place in the world to go on holiday. The combination of beautiful beach, weather, inclusive spa treatments and sports activities, plus amazing food make it truly unique and relaxing!!
The last two times I went, there were two people who really made the holiday special. Firstly, Hiley gave me whole new ways to understand how to stretch my body in order to relieve pain. I got one-to-one sessions with him that relieved pain in my neck that I’ve had for decades. I really can’t thank him enough for his advice and support!
Secondly, Donna gave me the best facials I’ve had in my life! She has an absolute enthusiasm for skin care, her knowledge and professionalism are fantastic. I left with my skin feeling and looking amazing!
I have booked to go back again next year and can’t wait!

Our issues began shortly after we had made our booking and we wanted to reserve treatments via the Webroom (the resort's on-line booking engine). The Webroom wouldn't let us register, we reached out to Body Holiday repeatedly before someone sorted the issue out and got back in touch with us. After we were finally able to access the Webroom, each time we attempted to make a booking, we received an error message saying 'the time was not available.' We would select another open time slot from the 'available times' only to receive the same error message. You can imagine, by the time we arrived at the resort, most massages, treatments, etc. were booked up and we had trouble scheduling anything in person.
The resort itself is nice, but I would hesitate to say it's luxury. (also, it is worth noting that the resort is on the northern coast of the island, and the airport is on the southern tip. Which means you have a two-hour drive over some narrow, windy roads to get to and from the resort) It is located on a lovely private beach that provides wonderful scenery and sunsets. There are multiple pools, restaurants, activity areas, etc. to enjoy sprinkled throughout the resort. It is so large that every morning they offer a new guest orientation tour to familiarize you with the property, which we found very helpful and I would recommend to first-timers.
Our favorite aspect of the resort, and indeed why we chose it, was the variety of activities offered every day. Not only were we able to try/learn activities we had never experienced before such as archery or pickleball, but the instructors who are there are at the top of their fields. The man running the volleyball clinic while we were there was a two-time olympian. The man giving golf lessons has represented St. Lucia internationally multiple times. The list goes on. My point is that receiving such instruction from experts is nearly unheard of and would be expensive, but it is available at Body Holiday. Additionally, they offer numerous activities off of the resort such as hiking the Pitons, daily runs, etc.
The last thing I want to mention is the restaurants. There were five, I think, some more casual and others fancier that required a reservation. (I found this irritating also, there are five restaurants, but not a single one has a sign of any kind. As first-time guests, we had no idea which restaurant was which, some of them are adjacent to each other, and some change to be different restaurants at different times. We found it confusing) The fancier restaurants we ate at (Windows and Tao) were very good. The atmosphere, food, and service were all fantastic. The casual restaurants; Cairblue, The Wellness cafe, and the Pavillion Grill leave a lot to be desired. The staff at these restaurants was indifferent and did the minimum. We felt as if we were inconveniencing them asking for anything. Additionally, the food at these restaurants was average at best. The portion sizes were small and nothing we had during our stay was particularly good.
Over all we had an enjoyable trip and we would recommend Body Holiday to anyone looking for an active/relaxing tropical holiday in the Caribbean.

Reading some of the Tripadvisor negative experiences I wondered if those reviewers stayed in the same hotel that we did!
From the welcome from staff when stepping from our taxi though to the staff who saw us off 10 days later EVERY member of staff we came into contact with was polite, helpful, attentive and friendly. Passing any staff member in a corridor would be met with an appropriate greeting.
The food offerings are varied and consistently good with a choice of restaurants.
The all inclusive package was just that. The option for slightly more exotic food e.g. lobster was there for a reasonable extra cost. The no tipping policy with the option to tip when checking out was a breath of fresh air and, contrary to one of the negative reviews, is shared annually amongst all the staff except the management.
The all inclusive drinks were comprehensive and freely available with the staff never leaving you with an empty glass without asking if they can get you anything.
The watersports staff are helpful and friendly and, most importantly, constantly watchful of guests in the water, responding quickly to anybody in difficulty with a Hobie Cat or Kayak, etc.
The fitness activity instructors, known as Bodyguards I think, were knowledgeable, encouraging and humorous with it.
The daily all inclusive treatments and carried out by skilled therapists with more exotic treatments offered at an extra charge.
Everywhere was spotlessly clean.
A telling fact is that a vast number of fellow guests were returnees. One gentleman I spoke to was on his 16th trip! Another lady was on her 2nd trip this year.
My wife was looking forward to the treatments, I was a little concerned that I might get bored. However, the daily activities, mostly at no extra cost, started at 7 a.m. and continued throughout the day meant that I rarely sat around wondering what to do with my time.
My only mild negatives:
The rooms, while large and well equipped, are looking a little tired in places.
The hotel website is cumbersome and did not work properly when trying to book treatments before leaving the UK.
We were not told that we needed to visit reception after arrival to authorise a credit card to gain access to our program of treatments, pre-allocated by the hotel. When we visited reception to do this after breakfast the first morning we then were informed our first treatments had been scheduled for 10 minutes prior to arriving in reception! The treatments were quickly and without fuss rescheduled but do visit reception soon after arrival.
Overall a fantastic 10 days made so in no small part by the fantastic staff.

The staff make the holiday they are helpful ,charming ,& there are a lot of them! Our room was the cheapest but it is comfortable a/c works well & the king sized bed very comfortable. The food is very varied tasty & the seating area overlooking the sea is perfect. It is all inclusive so you can enjoy without worrying about the cost. There are a lot of things to do that were also included like gym classes water skiing tubing tennis scuba diving to name but a few there are 2 swimming pools & aqua fit was a lot of fun.!After aqua fit we usually headed for the swim up bar.
The staff really do their best to make your stay special I loved it & will come back when I can .I met several people who have been coming for years that says it all I guess.

We were booked for a week starting Dec 14 travelling from NJ.. Unfortunately the day of, due to snow in NJ we missed our connecting flight to ST Lucia and our airlines couldn’t provide us a flight . We had no other option but to cancel. When I contacted the reservation office in Body Holiday they said they will cancel the reservation and forfeited all our payment. We had paid in full and they refuse to provide anything back. I understand that could penalize for a day , but to unfairly charge a week’s payment in full is unacceptable . We even offered to use our funds towards a future stay and they refused. Never experienced such rude and unfriendly behavior from any other vacation resort and we have travelled the world. Lady by the name of Genna was most disrespectful , instead of being empathetic ti our ordeal where our vacation was cancelled due to no fault of ours . Be careful of this place.

My wife and I visited BodyHoliday in early December to celebrate our anniversary and it was our first time at the resort. We left feeling genuinely rejuvenated and are already discussing a return trip.
The dining was exceptional. While every meal was high quality, Tao and Cariblue Windows were particularly memorable for both the cuisine and the setting. We also found ourselves frequenting the Wellness Café and it became a favourite for healthy lunches.
The Wellness Centre was another highlight. The treatments were professional and organised, perfectly complementing the relaxing environment. We also really looked forward to the sunset entertainment on the beach every evening, which was a lovely way to end the day.
On the active side, we made great use of the water sports. The Hobie cats and tubing were excellent fun, and the 'Body Guards' foster a really encouraging atmosphere. Mindy deserves specific praise here as she led several of our classes and was outstanding and clearly passionate about her work. We also appreciated the turn-down service which was excellent and fresh towels were always at hand.
There were a few frustrations, however. Beach service was practically non-existent and we were rarely offered drinks while spending time on the beach. While a digital detox is important, intermittent access was frustrating when we need it. Finally, the golf facilities were disappointing, though Edwin was friendly and helpful despite the limitations.
Minor issues aside, we thoroughly enjoyed the stay. I would highly recommend BodyHoliday, especially to couples seeking a balance of relaxation and activity.

Steps, steps, steps and more steps, but as this is a wellness resort, it is to be expected!
At Body Holiday you can be as busy or as relaxed as you wish. We 'Vegd' but there is a VAST assortment of activities.
The worst part of this resort is the 2 hour winding, grid locked, narrow road from the airport to the resort, although, for the wealthy, a helicopter is available.
The best feature of this resort is the the incredible staff all of of whom are friendly and helpful and obviously well chosen.
STAFF:
In no particular order:
Simone, Cariblue Restaurant Mgr. was amazing and greeted us by name and hugs
every day.
Erwan, Food & Beverage Mgr. was totally guest orientated and a great guy.
Patricia, Front Desk Mgr. was a delight.
Yvonne, Concierge. always friendly and greeted us by name.
Moe Moe & Shirley, Restaurant Supervisors. Always cheerful and welcoming.
SPECIAL MENTION is deserved for Chefs Pravin and Jamal, who catered every day to my unusual eating habits and made me special meals. They bent over backwards!
Lastly Yasmin, The General Mgr. is efficient and doing a great job!
ROOM:
This was our second time at Body holiday [11 years ago], and frankly the room
seemed tired, although they were kept spotlessly clean.
Our room had very little drawer space for clothes. There is a safe, step in shower, excellent lighted make-up mirror, 2 sinks, fridge, room darkening drapes, electrical plugs for both 120 & 240 volts + computer and cel phone chargers.
Various pillow types and Mattress toppers are available.
Wood plank floors and bedside bath mats complete the picture. [I didn't care for the mats for hygienic reasons]
One bothersome thing - the shower took about 1 1/2 mins for the water to run hot.
[Ecologically a waste of water for the resort]
Our biggest complaint would be that our ocean view room [257] was blocked by a palm tree which prevented us from seeing sunsets from our balcony!
SPA:
The daily spa assortment was of your own choosing and all the therapists were caring and professional.
Dee, Roshawn, Shaline, Crystal, Madaline, Tricia, Shanta, Celia & Misha were my therapists ... thanks for getting rid of my 'knots'.
The reservation Website asks you to choose your treatments and times during the day.
It is the worst Website we have ever dealt with, and even when phone calls & emails with our choices were confirmed, they were changed when we arrived!
BEACH:
Cariblue Beach is cleaned by the staff every day, although some regular visitors seemed to feel that cleanliness was slipping this year.
It is a lovely beach, not too long but walkable with lovely views.
There are plenty of lounges on the beach, even if you sometimes have to reserve them by going down early. [If you want the same position]
My wife's only complaint was that the lounges did not allow for a more upright position which she prefers.
An excellent resort with phenomenal Staff and facilities. Would highly recommend !!!

Such a unique experience (again). The transfer from the airport is not great but as soon as we arrived we received a wonderful, warm welcome back. The staff are amazing and make you feel so special. There is a very relaxed atmosphere throughout the whole hotel and you can do as much or as little as you want, without being judged. There are so many activities to choose from and to try out new ones. I added tai chi and kayaking to my list this year and loved them both. Activities are very enjoyable thanks to the body guards, who as well as instruct and encourage, make activities great fun.
The hotel is exceptionally clean , however the bedrooms could benefit from an update. The restaurants serve high quality food and drinks.
The daily treatment is something to look forward to.
At first glance it seems quite an expensive holiday but when you experience it and all that is included I think it is good value. We never go to the same place twice but have just been there for our second holiday and plan to return.

This resort is truly different from any resort I have ever been to. Starting with our arrival at 8:00 pm, thé lady at the front desk had us sign some paperwork and told us we could come back and finish the remainder of check in in the morning so we could settle in and go for dinner quickly. We love that there was never any push to sell us anything at anytime which often coincides with the start of most vacations in other resorts.
We loved the daily spa services and found them to be blissful. I loved the numerous and higher quality selection of athletic activities where you can pick just the right ones to suit what you like. The beach was lovely and the food selection was good with many dietary options available to suit every taste. Our favorite was the TOA restaurant for dinner.
The staff were all so kind and amazing. I, personally, enjoyed everything about the resort. It is a great place to unplug while still being active if you wish.

We returned to The BodyHoliday after a fantastic stay nearly three years ago, and this visit was extremely disappointing. Senior management are letting the resort slide, and it shows everywhere.
The Webroom still doesn’t work nearly 3 years later, (see my other review from my last visit!) yet guests are emailed repeatedly to use it and to make reservations. 3 years with the same excuses is unacceptable!
Because of this, none of our restaurant reservations existed on arrival.
When I suggested turning it off until fixed, reception said they “have to pay for the system” — not exactly guest-focused.
Our room was tired, the shower was faulty, and around the resort the sun chair cushions were mouldy and the cocktail menus peeling — hardly 5-star.
There aren’t enough Body Guards; they’re constantly rushing around. That being said they are trying their best. Deano was incredible and really cares. The variety of classes and quality is also still very good.
But the classes that are charged as extra such as reformer Pilates are extortionate.
Sherman at the water sports centre and the female dive instructor with short curly hair at the Dive School were both brilliant.
Other service was inconsistent, with some restaurant staff rude or uninterested. The buffet fruit never changed — melon, melon, and more melon. The buffet fruit never changed — melon, melon, and more melon — and both the buffet and lunchtime grill food were often disappointing. It felt like the challenge was how many different ways they could serve kingfish throughout the week.
The spa was good, but when I asked for slightly more pressure during my included massage I was told it would cost extra!
Our final impression was just as poor as our first. The departure changing room showers were dirty, cold, and barely trickled water. It felt like ending our week at Faulty Towers.
The BodyHoliday should focus on what it’s known for and stop being distracted by their new resort in Portugal. Right now, it is nowhere near 5-star as it’s too inconsistent and leaves guests feeling disappointed.
We also spoke to numerous other repeat guests who felt the same — disappointed and frustrated at how the resort has declined.
The price of staying at the Body Holiday has shot up but it feels like management are cost cutting everywhere.
Major changes are urgently needed and I’m gutted to say I won’t be rushing back.

Just returned from a 10 day Body holiday - very different experience. Some of the points below may seem like first world problems, however The Body Holiday is an is billed as an all inclusive 4 star experience, and that is what you are paying a lot of money for. Overall we were very surprised and disappointed in the second visit, it felt like a different resort and here’s why.
Beach - The Body Holiday has a no reservation policy for sun beds because there are insufficient for all guests to reserve a sun bed for the entire day. This worked well 18 months ago because people used then vacated the beds when they went off for treatments etc. and staff enforced the rule. Now at 0600hrs. 80% of beds have a carefully placed book/flip flop/suntan lotion placed upon them as guests have claimed their territory - More Benidorm than Body Holiday and mainly Brits, Canadians and Americans doing this. It led to conflict between guests. There was also lack of towels on the beach - one day there were no towels at all as the staff had not put them out. Beach drinks service was very slow too and this was a regular complaint from guests who had witnessed staff more interested in using their mobile phones than serving guests.
Restaurants - Caribou Windows (the premier restaurant) - We fancied a change from the house wine and paid for decent glass of Chablis that arrived warm, the Malbec we also purchased was poured to taste, however before tasted was being poured - never experienced this is any other high end restaurant. Tau - (the other upmarket restaurant) not a great experience. This restaurant has a fantastic location overlooking the ocean, however our food was brought out very quickly, no sooner was one course finished and cleared the other was brought out - it was clear the staff wanted us out as quickly as possible. Other guests reported cold food and surly service - total contrast to our experience 18 months ago.
Food and drinks - The body holiday’s wine buyer has made some excellent choices for the house wines, however these are regularly ruined as the Cava, white wines and rose are consistently served warm. With the exception of Tau (white wine/rose perfect temperature) this was a consistent problem. The buffet food at breakfast was very good - nice selection, very fresh, excellent egg station. However the evening meal in the Cariblue restaurant was regularly very poor - The food was not well cooked, sometimes cold, poor quality eg small portions of tough beef, bland king fish. The king fish seems to be a staple (served every day bar 2) for the Body Holiday menu - surprising when research reveals it to have high levels of mercury and is not recommended to be eaten by some people. The staff in the evening were extremely slow, one night after not clearing our mains for 45 min we gave up and left. Another couple sat for well over an hour with not even a drink.
Spa - Some of the therapists were excellent, however others clearly were disinterested and going through the motions. On the first day I was assigned a room for my massage and went to the room. There was no person there so I knocked the door and a therapist came out with a face like thunder and told me to wait. Apparently the protocol is to wait outside the room to be asked in. I didn’t remember this from last visit and no one told me when we booked in for the massage. In any case there is no need to be discourteous to guests.
Concierge - When we arrived we were shown straight to the room and our bags soon followed - great. Then received 2 phone calls in quick succession to attend the front desk as they “Needed to take credit card details” I appreciate this needs to be done but 2 calls in 5 minutes - it was not like we were on the final day having not registered any card. There was minimal instructions given when we attended reception - An opportunity to clarify policies like sun bed reservation perhaps.
Body Holiday spa booking portal - Don’t bother it is rubbish didn’t work at all this time, couldn’t even log in. Luckily as returning guests we contacted the resort a few months out to enquire why we couldn’t log in to book any treatments or restaurants. They then did book us in via email but we spoke to numerous guests who either thought the booking portal had worked or weren’t aware of the need and ended up with inconvenient timings of treatments restaurants. Not what you expect.
On one of the days of our holiday the service in the restaurants drastically improved and we mentioned this to fellow guests (all of whom were equally dissatisfied). One guest explained that the owner was visiting on that particular day, hence the improvement. If this is correct then clearly the staff can perform to a better standard, however for some reason do not on a day to day basis. It seemed to us that the ship was rather rudderless most of the time and no one was setting and reinforcing the previous high standards.
We also went on the whale watching trip. This was fantastic the crew of the boat were courteous and knowledgeable and we saw numerous dolphins and a sperm whale - excellent trip.
To conclude after our first visit we thought we had found a holiday that we could simply book every year with complete confidence that we would get a great, high end experience every time, however this is not the case. Based upon numerous conversations with other guests and our own direct experience we will not be returning next year. To be fair The Body Holiday is a fantastic concept and can be an amazing holiday experience but at present it is far from that - We will monitor the forums closely and if reviews become drastically better maybe will give it another chance.

This was our fourth visit to Bodyholiday, and as always it was amazing. The class schedule is full, October is Yoga month so there is the additional focus there. You can be as active or as lazy as you like. The beach is lovely and clean, water is clear and resort overall beautifully presented. The butlers we had; Zeane, Shenelle, Ricky, Dilan & Paulinus were all extremely attentive and helpful, a fantastic team. All the restaurants (Cariblue, Windows and Tao) are great - the tasting menu at Windows could easily be compared to a Michelin-starred restaurant; Jamal the chef should be very proud of his team there. Brittney who was head of house at Windows was also really friendly. James, the sommelier, is delightful and really knows/loves his wine. Although I need to give him the heads up next time we go to make sure his rum menu is fully stocked, lol. The spa treatments are amazing, although after 85+ steps (I kept losing count) you definitely need one :-)
Absolutely would recommend this hotel/resort - it's our favourite place to go. and we will definitely be back.

I cannot thank BodyHoliday enough for their help, love and attentiveness.
Firstly big shout out to Dion (Dijon) for being a stellar, stand up guy. My ex partner had needed to move hotel and booked into BH. D sensed his sadness and gave him the time of day and then continued to do so. So when I visited a day later, D checked in with me. You could sense the genuine empathy and it made us quite emotional.
Orlando and Vijay were as kind too. They gave us insight into St Lucian life and made us smile through a really difficult time.
Unlike the Royalton where we both originally stayed, staff were super attentive without needed to be asked. They just took it upon themselves to go the extra mile. Grabbing towels and making up sun loungers, refilling water or seeing if they could take a drinks order.
Another big shout out to Marie in the watersports team. We asked to use tbe kayaks and due to rougher waters, she paddle boarded to us to ensure we were safe and have us some advice so we didn't end up floating out and getting into dancer. Whilst there we also snorkelled (which was a scary 1st for me as I have a fear of deep sea and fish touching me) which was out of this world. I am so happy I did it because what I saw under water cannot be explained.
We also went on the Ring O's which was being sat in a ring and pulled at speed by boat. We screamed and laughed ao much. So thank you Marie, AJ, Andrenus, Chad, Donell, Kerby, Marie, Peterson, Shanicus, Thermal, Yakima and Zach.
You were all so amazing being on the beach, on boats and looking after us jn the blazing sun.
This hotel truly felt like a hiddem gem, going to show that big names might be well known but they are just corporations with less care for the consumer.
Its also a testament to BH that out of tbe guests I spoke to, every single one had visited more than once. It ranged from it being someone's 5th time to someone's 35th time. You offer so much variety that the few days I spent with you, were not enough. The only reason we left was because there were no more cheaper rooms, otherwise we would not have moved onto our third and final hotel.
The food was soooo good. I particularly loved the West Indian (saltfish, salad, a carribean roti wrap, hot sauce and pickle salad) and Asian Bento boxes (tuna sashimi, vermicelli noodles, a mix of sushi with wasabi and soy sauce and salad.) The jerk chicken wrap was amazing, as well as the the chimmichurri and goats cheese and the Vietnamese summer rolls.
The food was such good quality. Even the buffet food was tasty and warm (unlike the Royalton where it was tepid, watery and time consuming.)
I felt like a queen when staff asked if I wanted another drink. And when we did visit the bar, the wait was fast and effortless.
I only experienced one night of entertainment as my experience from the royalton had drained me and I needed early bed times. But we saw a brilliant singer (who I didn't write down his name) with a 3 piece band. They were incredible and made what they did look easy. Playing and singing an array of songs for all, getting people on their feet.
I barely got to fully explore this hotel and have just dipped my toe into the potential. My ex was offered free wellness treatments and staff continued to visit him at his room to see if he was ok.
Unlike the Royalton too, BodyHoliday really made an effort to celebrate his birthday with a mini cake, cava, tea and biscuits.
I can't explain how polls apart these two hotels are.
The fan in the room was powerful. The amount of activities you had were jaw dropping.
I really cannot thank you enough for giving me some rejuvenation after a really traumatic time at the other hotel that I dont even like writing their name.
Keep doing what you are doing because you have it spot on.
Ohh one last mentioned to the lovely lady who encouraged me to have a prosecco with my afternoon tea. Her name sounded like Setseema or Sepseema. She made me smile so much when she asked me what my name was and said she loved my energy. It made me smile because the Royalton had completely zapped me of my happiness and energy and it just went to show that BodyHoliday can restore the body and mind.
To everyone I encountered, may you be blessed. There are still good people in this world.
