This was an all inclusive , quite the experience, they have grill food by pool side during day , all day desert and ice cream available in parlor , breakfast in Restaurant incredible all you could want in breakfast , Dinner was delicious , for additional cost you can have lobster tails , however everything on menu was a delight . Sat nite we had live singer at dinner and it was Lovely evening . If you want change scenery sereval times thru out day Shuttle is offered to sister property Alexandra , which has similar restaurants with grill overlooking beach with pizza and burger options . Every one both properties so friendly and helpful , they have people both properties to assist in all local activies . Our suite overlooking Pool at Blue Haven was just Gorgeous , recommend for families since they have kids club and fun activities and adults can definitely enjoy bed cabanas by poolside or on private beach, water rentals available and lots to enjoy for family or as couple

Had the most amazing experience with both the blue haven and Alexandra resorts for our first time in Turks and Caicos! The resorts were super clean, food was fantastic, and the beach was phenomenal! The staff and Ayeisha were super kind and made sure we were taken care of! 10/10...

Everyone was very nice and helpful. It was great to stay at a place off Grace Bay for a more relaxing experience but have an easily accessible shuttle to the Alexandria every hour. Food and drinks were great! Fire & Ice was our best meal on the island.

Best staff around! Makayla in the front office, Smiley with activities, Tishane, Natalie, Pediro, Raymond, Harryson, Benz, Woodrow, and Tange. Every single employee was so friendly and helpful! Highly recommended this resort. Small and family friendly.

My wife and I stayed at the Blue Haven Feb 9-14. We arrived on Super Bowl Sunday and the game was shown on the big screen outside. The atmosphere was great as they had a variety of food, wait staff taking orders, and fire pits set up to keep everyone warm. The food was great quality as we did not have a bad meal. We stayed in the one-bedroom suite with balcony. It was great to have a cup of coffee every morning looking at the beach in warm weather. The staff was great as we had to get our air conditioning fixed. The staff responded the same day and they offered to put us in another room until the problem was resolved. Due to our inconvenience, my wife was given a complimentary massage. We took the complimentary shuttle over to the Alexandra. Once for dinner at Black Rock Grill and the other was to attend the Thursday Fish Fry (Five-minute walk). The people at the resort were awesome. We would like to pass on a special thanks to Natalie (bartender at pool bar who was exceptional. She was always working with a smile and had a great personality. Her exemplary service delivery made our stay memorable and has us starting to think about returning in the future ), Pedro (keeping the beverages and food flowing on the beach), and Janet (providing exceptional service at the restaurants). If you want to relax, eat great food, and be treated well, this is the place for you. While the Alexandra was nice, we are glad we picked the Blue Haven.

Blue Haven was wonderful. Exceptionally clean. We had a suite overlooking the bay. Stunning morning and evening views. Staff friendly and accommodating. A few stand out. Brandon & Andre waiters. Tweety entertainment, Daphne and Kellie

Overall we were disappointed by the Blue Haven. The hotel is in need of an upgrade, it has a tired appearance and is quite old fashioned. On the plus side the food was very good as was the bar choice. Salt and Fire and Ice both excellent. The pizzas at...

Overall we were disappointed by the Blue Haven. The hotel is in need of an upgrade, it has a tired appearance and is quite old fashioned. On the plus side the food was very good as was the bar choice. Salt and Fire and Ice both excellent. The pizzas at Salt are not to be missed. Sadly service could be hit and miss and was often slow and chaotic. The general areas are clean although we had to report a few issues with our room . The hotel seems expensive for what it is and is not good value. Also bear in mind that the location , whilst beautiful, can be windy. We didn’t expect the day time to have so much entertainment and if that’s your thing then fine. Personally I’d have rather been able to hear the sound of the sea. Nighttime entertainment was to a high standard and we enjoyed the singers and the Caribbean night. Thanks to Pedro who really has the guests well looked after.

What a great small resort. We didn’t have any issue getting beach or pool chairs. We had fun enjoying the poolside water aerobics and trivia contests. The food was really good and we enjoyed interacting with the servers. They were generous with their alcohol servings. Recommend bringing a sweater or sweatshirt for evenings around the fire pits. The only downside was we got a tired of the constant strong winds on this side of the island. Loved the large two room suite. Housekeepers left us extra waters and sodas when we asked. The bracelet that also held your room key was really convenient. We renewed our wedding vows at the gazebo and everyone was very helpful in getting that arranged.
