Don't go here my wife and I were both sick when we left. We hadn't ate or drank anywhere else for over a week. The drinks are terrible. The specialty restaurants were not good everything in a sauce. Even though they have a sign saying that you can't save lounge chairs people were getting up at 3 am to save chairs. The adult pool was just a bunch of drunks loud and obnoxious. The breakfast was good omelet and fresh fruit. The room was decent , the beds uncomfortable. the beach is really nice but be careful swimming in the ocean ,one day there was a Crocodile in the ocean to the left of the resort and the lifeguards made everyone get out of the ocean.

Best spa experience. We had deep tissue massage twice and it was the best one I've ever had. Thanks to the staff there, so awsome!! On the flip side, just want to say it's very disappointing when people get up at 5am to reserve a chair by the pool and then don't show up until 8 to 10 hours later. Should be a rule how long a chair can be empty for with a dirty sock or a towel on it. You know who you are Keri and Bryan!!!!

Felipa was the best maid. She left us little towel animals everyday. The room was spotless and the bed was always turned down at night with chocolates on the pillows. We were here for 11 days for our 24th anniversary and the hotel staff made it a very special one.

Beautiful resort with hard working staff. They claim there are 7 restaurants on the property but there are really two buffets (sometimes only one open), a snack shack type by the pool, an a la carte Italian, and an a la carte Japanese (sushi only). Food in the Italian restaurant...

Beautiful resort with hard working staff. They claim there are 7 restaurants on the property but there are really two buffets (sometimes only one open), a snack shack type by the pool, an a la carte Italian, and an a la carte Japanese (sushi only). Food in the Italian restaurant was pretty good. We didn’t know that the Japanese was sushi only until we were seated. Not our thing and we wouldn’t have chosen it if we knew. Also for a 7 night stay you only get to dine in the a la carte restaurants twice. Buffet food is sketch? I got sick twice but wife was fine. Good selection but not kept warm enough. We didn’t get our minibar serviced 3 of 7 days. No wash cloths without asking. Extremely weak pours in the bars. We didn’t hit the club at night but pool bars are pitiful. Again, these folks work hard and the place is clean but overall it doesn’t add up to a good review.

We had a wonderful ten days at the hotel -- have stayed there several times over the years. Would highly recommend upgrading to the "Premium " level -- there are lots of perks, including access to a nice lounge and priority booking for the specialty restaurants. The hotel is older but has been well maintained. The location is wonderful -- on a terrific beach and across the street from a golf course. The food has been consistently good (and occasionally very good in the specialty restaurants) every time we have been there. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The hotel has always been good to us. We have visited it at least 4 times in the past. The service by the employees and the quality and presentación of the food is consistently excellent.
