Although its a 5star resort, the friendliness and experience is a 10star. From the booking (they responded to every question pretty quick and helpful) to the checkout (which was well provided) every day was special. Little treats and lovely surprises everywhere. They also have a rainy day program that was really welcome. For every taste there is a restaurant, the beach and pools are great. But the real deal are the lovely people❤️. Everyone of the guests is treated as known forever and they know exactly what you like and what you are up to👍. Each and every employee was over the top friendly, can only recall the name of the buggy driver Kasir and our welcome lady Mariana. But also the ladies where we had a relaxing massage, the guys who made our room (and showed us towle folding technics!) are here to mention so as every member in every restaurant that we have been to. Thank you so much for making our stay abolutely perfect🙏🙏! Cornelia and Johann

Banyan Tree Bintan was excellent resort and we enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff and great service. Our room had a private pool with ocean view. The spa service was superb and of course all three restaurants were pretty good and we enjoyed our time there.

The villa we stayed in was beautiful and the pools were fabulous too! We recommend booking the Dinner of the Reflection for a unique and romantic dining experience. The waiter Rio was very attentive, helpful and friendly. The food was delicious too, especially the beef, it was cooked to its perfection. We also did a 90min massage and both Esther and Lucy were excellent! It is one of the best massage I've had experienced todate! We truly enjoyed our stay here!

We enjoyed the room very much indeed and felt very pampered. David and Putri were fabulous housekeepers and very friendly and obliging. All round excellence and made us feel very welcome. Our holiday has been wonderful and very relaxing thanks
