We stayed 4 nights in a Terrace Suite, we were really happy with the size of the room and it overlooked the top of the aquarium. We used the Club Lounge every day, they had Moet Champagne and a good choice of snacks. We had dinner in Nobu, Hakkasan, Seafire and Ayamna all were excellent. We would really recommend using the hotels transfer for arrival as they great you after landing and get you through security very quickly.

This was our 5th stay at the Atlantis since 2016 All of the previous stays have been amazing However this visit made us feel as if it will be the last Since we started staying at the Atlantis we have seen it change and evolve over the years which is a good thing as nothing stays the same But we felt that this time the hotel was focused only on the family visitors and not so much on the solo couples or friends staying at the hotel It would benefit the hotel greatly if there was more adult only areas in the Imperial Club Lounge and beach areas definitely There was a sign for one section of the beach saying Quiet Beach however this across from the childrens games area so not very quiet or relaxing Please do remember not all guests are visiting with their famly and us solo travellers couples and adult friends need to be catered for Other than this The Atlantis is still the most amazing and beautiful hotel as it has always been We stayed in an Imperial club room facing the Palm It did cost alot more than the rooms facing the Gulf but the view day or night was awesome House keeping was really good We had a small issue with the room one day but it was swiftly rectified by the house keeping team Would we stay for a 6th time not sure at the moment as only arrived home last night As adults staying without children we need to feel included as much as the families

Sasant at Imperial Beache is a great help, gave us tips on things to do in Dubai and the upmost attention. Great beach, great weather, beer nice and cold, very attentive. The music is very good very relaxed and laid back vibe. Food was expensive but great.

The stay was very successful, the hotel was luxurious. The room was perfectly cleaned by Anish Kafle. The service was exceptional, and every detail was taken care of with great attention. Our sixth visit to Atlantis The Palm and the hotel is as amazing as ever! The level of service from every member of their team is absolutely exceptional. Special thanks to Adi and Niken who kept our bedroom immaculate. We cannot wait to return to Atlantis.

As this was our 10th stay with Atlantis, we emailed the resort in advance to request our preference of a high floor. Last year we encountered erroneous bills that we had to sort out twice before we left. This was obviously disappointing. We were advised to mention this (error) on any of our future trips to Atlantis as we did this year upon check in. I must point out that we didn’t expect VIP treatment, although maybe a nicer room or perhaps a better view is always a hope. And perhaps it may have been noted on our account emails, as we are repeat guests. So onto check in. We mentioned that this was our 10th trip, along with the problems encountered last year, to which she replied that there was no note on our account and basically making us feel like we were asking for something that had not been promised to us. This was not the case! We simply hoped for a little understanding and maybe, just maybe, a full balcony or perhaps a central view of The Palm from our room. The lady went off to speak to someone in the back office. Ten minutes later, we were still at the desk, tired, just wanting to get to the room and settle in. She came back, no explanation why she had left us for so long, apart from repeating there was nothing mentioned on our account! Anyway, she said she had given us a ‘really nice’ room. Well, I had to disagree! The room was fine. No bigger, no full balcony and definitely not a better view than on any previous years we had stayed. We had paid extra for a Palm View and it was, however, a side view, not central. My gripe is that if guests keeps coming back to the same resort and giving you their business time and time again - and it is certainly not cheap - perhaps Atlantis should consider treating these repeat guests with a little more care and attention.

I like to thank all the staff especially Kiran and Ganesh that made our room very very nice and most of all our frient from last September Riz the driver how is realy very worm kind and remembered us and our country Greece that he like to travel to. Thank you.

Time and time again we are amazed at Atlantis The Palm , Dubai . The friendliness and politeness of the staff to the cleanliness of everything and everywhere . It’s still as fresh as it was ten years ago but has new touches to keep us returning . .

Everything is great in the hotel! The best staff, nice rooms, always something to do. We enjoyed the room service, went to the Aqua Park, relaxed on the beach, at the pool. It's so nice here that you don't even want to go to the city. Breakfasts and dinners at the Imperial Club were very tasty and your glass was always replenished, they will bring you everything you would like. Special thanks to Nivanjan Mishnah from the cleaning team for the absolutely clean room, his kind smile and those wonderful compositions that he made from towels. It was so nice to come back to the room. We booked the hotel for 2 days, but stayed for a week and even that was not enough.

Our stay at Atlantis was exceptional, was very impressed with the level of staff customer service from all departments but was very happy with Amos from the concierge team and he definitely made our experience even better with the tips and recommendations. I must said that Atlantis breakfast buffet was the best I had so far in a hotel, so many choices and all of them fresh and food was always kept in the right temperature all morning.

This is our 3rd time here with no children. We are pretty much the only ones without children. The hotel has so much to do and you can never be more. However I was unwell for most of my stay and didn’t drink alcohol, stayed out of the sun because it was so hot so we put it oden to the bottled water which I drank a lot of. I filed an investigation with the hotel. As did other customers because they experienced the same symptoms. The staff were very attentive and helpful

Great service, In our room we are very happy with Faruk in our room, great attention and care to detail in everything! They make you feel special in every way. Also TBJ burgers is 10/10 , best burger we’ve ever had ! Please try it as is a MUST in your visit.
