My girlfriend and I stayed at Arlo NoMad for her birthday, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. We booked a Queen room with a sky view, and the floor-to-ceiling windows provided breathtaking views of the NYC skyline—waking up to that sight was absolutely magical! What made our stay even more special was the outstanding hospitality, especially from Brianna at the front desk. She went above and beyond to make our check-in feel extra special, setting such a warm and welcoming tone for our visit. In fact, we were so impressed that we decided to extend our stay for an extra night! The hotel’s modern, boutique feel is perfectly complemented by its prime location—just steps away from great restaurants, attractions, and public transportation. The rooftop bar is another must-visit, offering stunning panoramic views of the city, including a close-up of the Empire State Building. From the stylish design to the top-notch service, everything about our stay exceeded expectations. If you’re looking for a hotel that blends luxury, comfort, and a personal touch, Arlo NoMad is the place to be. Highly recommend!

Loved the barman Rafael… top guy, so helpful and friendly and an asset to the Arlo! We chose happy hour at the hotel because he made us so welcome! 10/10 would definitely stay again :)

I don’t even know where to begin—my experience was nothing short of AMAZING! My boyfriend and I decided to book a last-minute overnight staycation in the city for my birthday on the 21st, and it was our first time staying at Arlo Nomad. Before our arrival, I mentioned to my boyfriend how much I wished we could stay in one of the beautiful SkyView rooms, but since we had already splurged throughout the week, it wasn’t in our overnight budget. Fast forward to check-in, and Brianna at the front desk instantly set the tone for an incredible stay—greeting us with the warmest smiles and even playing In Da Club- 50 Cent to kick off my birthday celebrations! Her energy was unmatched, and she truly made me feel special. But then, the biggest surprise—she upgraded us to a SkyView room for my birthday! I was completely shocked and beyond grateful. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made my night unforgettable. The entire team—Ed, Jamila, Anthony, and Moises—went above and beyond, offering to help with my (very heavy) bags while my boyfriend took care of parking. Their kindness, humor, and genuine hospitality made the experience even more memorable. And the room? **Absolutely breathtaking.** Waking up to the sunrise from our upgraded room was surreal. The privacy, the ambiance, and even the perfect lighting as I got ready for the day—it all exceeded my expectations. Arlo Nomad has officially become my go-to for a city staycation. The location was ideal, especially with its proximity to the flower district where I spent my morning. I truly can’t say THANK YOU enough to this incredible team. They deserve a promotion ASAP!! I’ll definitely be back! thank you again!!!

Decided to stay here for a weekend and I am very glad I did. Absolutely amazing service here! Janulah, Dorian & Carlos were all very helpful during my stay and were able to make my experience amazing. I would definitely recommend the sky view rooms.

The view was amazing!! Like it was the best hotel in NYC. The room condition was perfect. And Brianna was the so nice >.

The staff is truly incredible. Kimberly, Moises and Carlos all went above and beyond to make our stay a pleasant one. I stayed here for my 30th birthday and unfortunately got sick on the way to the hotel. Kimberly helped us get situated quickly even when the hotel was sold out and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay with them, Moises sang happy birthday in the lobby and kept checking in with us to make sure we had a good time and was really hospitable. Carlos helped us get a car back to the airport in the very early morning. Thank you Kimberly, Moises and Carlos for helping us have an unforgettable vacation!

Location is perfect. Love the aesthetic. Front desk offered friendly service. We always try and stay at an Arlo Hotel if possible. This is our fourth stay at this location. We particularly love the sky rooms. Friends who have followed our recommendation have been equally satisfied.
