The Argentario Golf Resort and Wellness Center is a Marriott hidden gem. We hope Marriott will continue to invest in this property as it doesn't quite have the feel of a traditional, funky Autograph Collection hotel. Private hotel villas are under construction on a nearby hillside and should be finished in 2026. Although the weather wasn't warm and sunny during our 5-night October stay, we enjoyed the resort and its amenities completely The staff is friendly, helpful, and efficient. The golf course is gorgeous and rates are very reasonable for hotel guests. The spa is outstanding......quiet and relaxing, offering a nice variety of treatments with skilled, cross-trained technicians and premium products. Giorgio, the manager, is very hands-on,,,,,morning, noon, and night, checking staff efficiency and chatting with guests to ensure stays are going well and expectations are being met. The complimentary breakfast was substantial. We enjoyed excellent meals and service at Dama Dama and the Clubhouse restaurant. In typical European style, no full-service restaurant is open between 5-7:30 pm. We recommend this hotel and will return.

Super hotel and magnificent views over the golf course and the sea. Golf course in great natural condition and very tough but very true. Giulia in the pro shop is very helpful and obliging and always very pleasant and the food in the golf club is excellent and well priced

Breakfast and restaurant service not always in line with a 5 star resort . . . Room was spacious with nice terrace, pillow and mattress were very comfortable, a pity for the shower as there was a lot of water going out

For my wife and I, returning to the Argentario was like coming home a bit. We took our first steps into the (real) world of work right there and I owe a lot to these people and to this place that he made us meet and fall in love with. Eternally grateful. Where's the surprise? The Argentario Golf & Wellness Resort is as if it had never stopped. It marked its evolution every year. And I'm talking about everything, from the rooms to the restaurant (Sublime the Dama Dama by Emiliano Lombardelli chef who entertains with his audacity to discover the NUMBER ONE territory. Absolutely to be tried by letting him guide you). Golf is no exception, there aren't many clubs in Italy that can boast similar partnerships (Amex, Callaway - I rented golf clubs 10 times higher than mine - golf carts, American Express registered driving range balls) up to get to Mercedes Benz and you understand why Mercedes Golf Trophy makes all its finals here on the Argentario..there is nothing better. Very simple. The design of the golf is always beautiful and the maintenance has improved a lot. From the Secretariat with Giulia and Ottavio, up to Caddy (Max and Federico - scratch player) they are very good and smiling and also in the Club House, one of the most beautiful in Italy, there is the hand of chef Lombardelli who signs a menu that is once again fun. My applause goes to the staff, a SPA and swimming pool and the Spanish waiters (all by La Roche Marbella) are nice, Rodrigo in the lead. He filled me with joy, unlocked memories and made me feel proud to have been part of the Orsini "family" and seeing you so rejuvenated in spirit made me really happy. See you very soon.

Do not stay here. It’s damp. Broken AC no queen beds. Double put together without mattress cover. We are platinum elite members and travel monthly. The AC did not work and the Managment continued to try and convince us it was working properly. However, it would not go below 77/79...

We Tried to find solutions for three days We were charged full stay after not sleeping at all on our resort vacation.

Argentario golf resort is advertised as a 5 star resort with - “Experience luxury and design in an original and unique way”. There’s no luxury about this resort in comparison to other 5 star resorts in southern Europe! It’s worn down and gives the impression of not being clean. The room we were given resembled something from a mediterranean 3 star hotel with dirty white floor, dirty bathroom and a worn down terrace with one chair and no table. We were given another room on a higher floor which was a tiny bit better but smelled of mould and with the same worn down terrace. After having had lunch at the golf club where the food was served cold we decided to have a drink in the bar - the cucumber infused home made soda water in the drink was off and tasted foul, the bartender admitted it was not drinkable and changed the drink. At this point we were extremely disappointed. The first morning we were hoping for an amazing breakfast - despite explaining how we wanted the eggs and bacon cooked it -arrived wrong 3 times - when approaching the kitchen a 3rd time the chef was screaming and shouting in Italian which made us feel he was screaming because of us. At this point we decided we could not stay there. When asking if we could leave we spoke to a lovely assistant manager who said we cannot have our money back - “policy”! When we said to escalate to the General Manager he went back and forth multiple times speaking to the GM on the phone and we were offered vouchers!!!!! The GM refused to give us our money back and wanted to charge us full price despite us being miserable and just wanting to leave. He claimed we had accepted their terms and conditions - however, that was based on this being a 5 star resort which it was not. He did not care one bit about our miserable experience and the reputation of his hotel (since he’s the owner) and did not even have the audacity to speak to us in person considering the drama that was stirred up and instead sent a messenger to deal with it. We have never experienced such terrible service in any of our travels before and we are extremely disappointed and will never recommend this place to anyone ever. The attitude of the general manager and owner was probably the most shocking. A contract goes 2 ways!

Beautiful resort. Definitely deserves 5 star rating. Staff really friendly and helpful. Lovely pool, Service in the whole hotel extremely good... From cleaner to director, we will definitely visit again. Cannot fault anything. Private beach takes about 15 mins either by car or you can use the hotel shuttle.
