Good room, but overrated. I got a light won’t turned off, causing me to stay awake at night. Squeaking floor whenever upper level people started walking. A telephone not connected. And the room control is non responsive from the iPad and was pretty hard to use by the physical switch....

My husband and I stayed in the King Bed River/Vineyard Suite. We loved every minute of our stay. The bed was comfortable, the shower felt like a heavy rain storm, we had a wrap around deck with a large table and fireplace. It was raining during our visit which gave us an excuse to stay in our room and cuddle. The breakfast every morning was flavorful and healthy. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was heated, they have a nice Spa and an outdoor bar. The views of the vineyard were so beautiful, especially in the morning. The push button lights were a little challenging but everything else was divine.

We had an amazing stay for a quick birthday trip. Once I booked Jessica, the concierge immediately reached out and was amazing at helping coordinate airport transportation, dinner reservations and even found us a vineyard horseback experience. The ground were impeccable and the staff was all not only courteous but friendly. The room was modern and thoughtfully designed. The location was walking distance to St.Helena which was a welcome bit of exercise from all the eating and drinking. The resort team stayed in communication during our stay via text to make sure our needs were being met. We will definitely stay again.

Excellent accomodations in the heart of St. Helena
Modern, spacious and comfy accomodations. The firepit on the deck was a highlight and kept us warm enough to enjoy a glass of wine outside while the temps were in the low 50s. Great spaces around the property to enjoy views and the afternoon sun after a day of winetasting....

Great spaces around the property to enjoy views and the afternoon sun after a day of winetasting. Location could not be better next to Beringer and walking distance from main street St Helena.
The restaurant is a treat with inventive italian influenced cuisine. Don’t miss the amazing Margarita’s with lime salt foam at the outdoor bar.

I can't say enough about the Service (which I know some reviews weren't high on). One of many examples is that we arrived late due to airline delays. Restaurant closes in 5 min. Receptionist sent bags to the room while we went to the restaurant where we ordered from the menu and had the food delivered to the room in about 8 minutes. Everyone from Valet, to receptionist to servers at the restaurant etc... went above and beyond on several occasions during our 4 day trip.
Also, the view from our room overlooking the vineyards (with outdoor fireplace) was very soothing and relaxing (especially with a glass of wine). Great therapy for the soul.
Fantastic experience overall.
Hotel not too busy (mid March).
Amenities were great. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious (wonderful breakfast too). Bathroom/Toilet (heated seat) were a plus. Comfy bed and quiet room.
Overall, we've stayed at many Ritz/FS/Rosewood etc... Cannot recommend the All enough (first time using this brand of hotel). Only regret is not using the Spa
Would highly recommend

What a beautiful property this is. We stayed for 3 nights in a gorgeous vineyard view suite with a massive wrap around balcony. There was plenty of water and coffee and housekeeping brought daily treats. The wetroom and bath were both huge, with plenty of toiletries and we had 2 loos, one of which was one of those fancy ones - you’ll see..
The pool area was really nice, with super comfy sun loungers, sofa areas with a fire pit and great pool service. The gym was decent, we mainly used the treadmills.. but there were Pelethon bikes and a rowing machine amongst the equipment.
The dining side of things was the only let down.. we only ate breakfast there which was ok, but a limited choice unless there’s something we weren’t informed about and we could’ve ordered something different ..… the service in there however was great ! We didn’t like the look of the dinner menu so didn’t bother..
The valet parking was efficient - our car was swept away when we pulled up and you just give them a few minutes notice and the car is brought over for you when you request it.
It’s a 10 minute walk into the charming town - St Helena. We had a relaxing time there at the start of our California road trip so the bar is set high for rest…

We stayed in a Vineyard/Pool View room. It had a bucolic view and a huge corner balcony with a nice big table, fire pit and rocking chairs. So nice. (Room type makes a big difference here.) Service is great! The housekeeping was spotless and we loved the turndown service. Everything smells delicious with Le Labo scented products everywhere. Sheets were luxurious. Robes are plush. Blackout shades were the bomb. Valet and bell services were easy and prompt and there was lots to do nearby. Even though the hotel was fully booked it never felt crowded and never had to wait for anything. There wasn't much of a "scene" at the hotel -- which suited us -- the weekend we were there.
--Music is piped in all day to the pool. From our room we didn't hear it when the glass doors are closed but you will hear it from a pool view room and keep them open as we did. We were on the top floor and didn't have any noise issues from fellow guests.
--There is a metal kettle in the room for tea. We're middle aged and drinks lots of tea. Nice touch. We didn't drink the Nespresso in the room (I never do) and they had complementary coffee at the Violetta bar every morning.
--We took yoga classes on Saturday and Sunday morning and really enjoyed them. Vivian (Sunday) was great.
--The Beringer winery is basically attached to the property. We don't drink wine (I know! Even in Napa!) but we walked around the common areas and it was pretty and lively.
--The menus didn't appeal to us though we did eat breakfast there (Globalist perk). Service was great.
--No hot tub and the steam room closes at 6PM.
All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially the balcony and the view and spotless room. The symmetry of the grape vines is strangely soothing. That along with the perfect weather lulled us into total relaxation.
