Nice attitude of the staff especially Mr Ray from front desk . Rooftop’s swimming pool can see whole bangkok . We find the peaceful in a crowded city also There is the little shopping mall near we can find some food when we get here at night . Thanks for great service.

AMAZING! The most comfortable hotel of our trip. The staff was very kind and super helpful. Ian recommended a day trip for us to the floating market and more. Rene, Sophia, Ray, Chay, and Patcha are amazing. Strongly recommend! You will not be disappointed. Take a tuk tuk while there 😁🙏🏼

Beautifully decorated tasteful hotel. Comfy bed and great facility (used the gym and pool every morning). A small drawback is not enough space for two big luggages in the room. Other than that, it’s perfect! Loved it All staffs have been extremely friendly and helpful, including Eve from front desk.

Everything is clean and beautiful! Also staff are so nice. Location is good. Near the stations, and town. There is the bar in this hotel. Nice view and wonderful cocktails. My wife and I really liked this place. We came in late in the night and our check in was very easy and took no time at all. The room was small but had all the amenities we could ask for. Very clean with all new furnishings. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and the pool and dining areas were very nice. The hotel is down the street from a few malls which we visited, and across the street from a market. We were quite happy with our stay here and recommend it for those visiting Bangkok.

Ray and Ian were very accommodating. They ensure that we have a pleasant stay even if it is only for a day. Check-in was smooth, they even let us check-in early. Lobby smell is very welcoming and air purifier is everywhere. Ray made the stay very homey.

Very helpful and kind staff (especially Ray!), always available and provided precious advice to better enjoy Thailand. Extremely clean and comfortable room, loved the soaps. Extra point for afternoon snack with local ingredients, delicious!

Wanchai was also wonderful—always smiling, assisting with our luggage, and helping to arrange our rides around Bangkok seamlessly. The room looked just like the photos, though it was a bit smaller than expected. That said, it was still comfortable and true to the description. The bed and pillows were exceptionally fluffy, giving us amazing sleep every night. Room service was prompt whenever we needed extra towels or water. Highly recommend this hotel! It’s conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to explore nearby malls and attractions.

Housekeeping was good. The concierge service guy Ray was meticulous. I left out a chocolate milk and he reminded me if I would like to retrieve it. Kudos to Ray this a great experience at this hotel and I will Definitely be back once again. This is the best

We really enjoyed our stay here. Breakfast was lovely, lots of options. Very nice view from the pool, perfect place to relax. Staff very friendly and attentive, we dealt with Ray in particular. The gym was small but had everything we needed. Would stay again!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this quiet, clean and well maintained hotel. The staff were exceptionally helpful, responsive and friendly. The fresh afternoon appetizers in the lounge each day were much appreciated along with the amazing rooftop pool.
