Very disappointing stay! This place is not 4 stars, and our room was not the 650 sq feet as described. This is a run down, worn-out slum that I would never stay at again. There was patched (badly) holes in the walls, literally writing on the wall, probably from the maintenance guy measuring for a new towel bar, and missing baseboards all through the unit and a dirty rag under the sink when we checked-in. I would recommend avoiding, many other options in Jackson.

This is far from the luxury accommodation they advertise, rooms are old , stale and very worn .
We paid $750 aud a night , and it’s almost a dorm.
Bulbs missing , toilet seat was loose , grout missing in ceramics , stains on furniture.
The NOISE omg , the first night we had a party above us until 2am , and there’s no staff onsite after 9or 10pm , they give you an emergency phone number for after hours that nobody answers.
Complained at reception day 2 to be told it won’t happen tonight those “ loud” customers ( they obviously knew) had checked out.
Breakfast is a crappy grab and go ( after 7am ) , so no good if you’re there for the national park and want an early start .
We asked for extra coffee the 2nd morning , was told it would be in the room , but had to go to reception later that evening to collect ourselves ( only 1 caffeinated coffee in room ) .
The 2nd night , it was like a domestic assault was happening down the hallway , loud screaming and arguing until nearly midnight, doors slamming and lots of name calling very aggressively. Once again the emergency number didn’t get answered.
Coupled with our room was over the car park , and people were smoking just under us and we could smell it every 30 minutes, we decided to checkout a day early.
We explained to the receptionist our problems and the fact we had pre paid and were so unhappy we actually going to forfeit $750 Australian dollars we were that unhappy , and she giggled , took our keycards and said “ well it’s all been happening for you guys “ laughing.
We complained via bookin.com , got a “ we’re try and do better next time” like that helps us , and we also got email from the operations manager , asking me too “reach out “ which I did explaining what had happened , and I’ve had no response a week later .
DO NOT LET THIS PROPERTY RUIN YOUR HOLIDAY.

Only truth on the website was that they charge full amount 30 days before arrival. There is no lobby, just reception , no manager on duty, breakfast is cold grab an go, terrace is furnished with random used patio furniture and unfunctional Fireplace. The worst is the stained and ripped carpet everywhere, specially in the room. Have to put towels on the floor. Also, can hear every move from the upper floor. Bed and pillows are lumpy. Nothing “luxury” about this place, false advertisement. Do not trust the photos, probably taken not recently or edited.

Hotel in heart of Jackson
Great hotel minutes from the town square . Staff is very nice. Rooms are nice & clean. We would definitely stay again. They include a small breakfast in the morning. We ate dinner there and it was excellent. Easy to walk everywhere and 20 minutes from Tetons.
Small hotel located a short walk to shops, restaurants and bars. Our room was comfortable and clean. There is some noise coming from the street but that is to be expected in a downtown area. Grab and go breakfast included local quiche, there was fruit, muffins, cereal and other selections....

The White Buffalo Club is unwilling to work with customers who had flight cancellations due to no fault of their own. They refuse to issue credit for a future stay, so we're just out for the hotel fees due to airline issues. Not a great way to run a business.

We had a wonderful time at the white buffalo club. We stayed in a miller park room and it was very clean with everything we would possibly need in the room. Heather and Savannah at the front desk were helpful and pleasant and the housekeeping crew always greeted us with a smile. The location was perfect for lots of restaurants in the square- all walking distance but we did also enjoy having parking at the hotel. In the morning it was very nice to grab a muffin or bagel before we headed to Grand Teton. It was a wonderful trip!

I would say that our stay was average, maybe a little below. I would not say it was a luxury hotel by any stretch of the imagination. It was an average hotel. It is about two blocks from the square so pretty convenient to the downtown area. The hotel is in serious need of some TLC with stained carpets and beat up furniture. The elevator was dirty. The evening front desk associate was great, very professional, and knowledgeable of the hotel and what was near the hotel. The hotel is on the corner of two streets and so it was very noisy and kept me up half the night. There may be rooms that do not face the road, I am not sure. The bed was firm and the pillows were not comfortable. The breakfast was free but very simple and again, not consistent for a luxury Hotel. I have stayed in worse and I have stayed in better. Jackson and the State of Wyoming have crazy high taxes and fees so for 700.00 a night total, I would not stay here again. A couple positives. Free parking and internet.

We ate at their restaurant. The servers were extremely busy but had a smile on their faces throughout the. Food was extremely savory and the deserts were delectable.

I booked a stay at the White Buffalo Club for a night about 10 days in advance. The plan was to fly into Bozeman and spend the next few days exploring Yellowstone only to end up in Jackson to stay at the White Buffalo Club to fly out of Jackson Hole the following morning. However, the night prior to flying to Bozeman, we had a family emergency and couldn't make the trip. I called several of our hotels we booked and either received a full refund or a credit for a future stay at their hotel. I called around the White Buffalo Club(which was the farthest out and our last hotel of the trip) the next morning (which was around 6 days prior to our stay) and was told that the hotel had a THIRTY DAY cancellation policy(even though their website states 14 days). I explained that this was a very unfortunate situation where we were at the hospital with a loved one and asked if they could make an exception and even give us credit for a future stay. Nope, the woman on the phone who had no compassion and was rude continued to beat the "we have a 30 day cancellation policy with no exceptions."
I can't say anything about the actual state of the hotel but I would definitely not recommend anyone booking this hotel based on this horrendous customer service. Stay ANYWHERE else.
