Stay Somewhere Else

No just no! This was my second time in Vegas so granted I guess not alot to compare to, but I've stayed in many hotels. This felt like a disaster from start to finish Overpriced huge for what you get Desk persons - not helpful Elevators, 2 of 8 working...

Sad State of MGM GRAND Las Vegas

The MGM Grand is looking really dated. It is still not cheap to stay here. There is tape on the floor keeping the carpet together, only 4 elevators work, so there is a long line. They do have security that will take a portion of the line through to the...

Relaxing and good vibe

The staff were friendly and the room was cozy. They gave us food credit for our anniversary and my wife and I couldn’t have been more grateful. Made our anniversary extra special. Tap sports bar is a nice place to have dinner and watch sports at the same time.

Very good stay at a decent hotel, I think.

This was the first time we had stayed at the MGM Grand and honestly I thought it was a very good hotel with some quirks, but overall a positive experience. We spent a few extra dollars and reserved a Spa Suite with a strip view. This room was almost 700...

Not so Grand at the MGM Grand

The experience started great as they were able to check us in early. I will admit I didn’t expect much with a complimentary stay (expect the resort fee), but this was awful. We got a room facing the green lights (obviously annoying, but could live with it given the circumstances)....

Good Choice

It's a really nice hotel that has basically everything you want. The food service is great, rooms are great, views are great, parking is pretty easy, and has a monorail station. My two hiccups were the elevators are rattling and janky. And I don't feel like you have personalized service....

Under construction

First of all the staff was excellent. Just not enuf of them. Check in was slow. They try to get you to use self check in, which I hate. The rooms need a remodel which is what is happening. A lot of carpet needs replaced through out the hotel. The...

MGM standard

Abysmal customer service from start to finish. Check-in alone took an infuriating 45 minutes. I waited over six hours for basic amenities like towels to be delivered to my room. The pool is grossly overcrowded, making it practically unusable. Bottled water in the room is an extortionate $22. Every minor...
