Nestled deep in the Rocky Mountains, Vista Verde is a unique luxury ranch experience for all seasons.
The ranch offers accommodation in secluded, romantic log cabins and deluxe lodge rooms. Each cabin has a fireplace or wood-burning stove and a private hot tub on the deck to relax in while enjoying the panorama of the national forest and the star-filled sky.
Enjoy gourmet meals in our cozy dining room as well as a wine tasting and a cooking class with our talented chefs. Most dietary restrictions are easily accommodated.
Summer activities include guided horseback riding, hiking, mountain biking, fly fishing, paddle boarding, yoga, and more.
Winter activities include back country skiing, snowshoeing, horseback riding, sleigh rides, ice fishing, and more.

Dining:
Three meals a day are served in the Main Lodge, out on the patio, or on the trail. Hearty ranch breakfasts range from power bowls to buttermilk pancakes alongside fresh fruit and pastries. Lunches vary from burgers on the grill to hearty salads and fish tacos. And dinners alternate between casual family style bbq cookouts to multi-course gourmet events. Most dietary restrictions are easily accommodated.
