A great “home base” for exploring Sedona. With a nice little kitchenette (with a 5 cup coffee pot that has filters to bring your own coffee or use their packs of coffee) and a great balcony and view. Spacious room that would work well for up to a week or two so of storage depending on the season. The breakfast was just fine, with a daily special or eggs, meat and toast was an option. Service was attentive and drinks and cereal was at a self serve bar. The location seemed to be just a couple of minutes to every spot in Sedona we wanted to go so perfect on that. I would say definitely a place we will strongly consider staying again if we are in Sedona!

The upside…….so breakfast was great every morning and the staff at breakfast was also great. Lots of great extras beside the main breakfast menu/food, like Starbucks coffee, oatmeal, juice etc. The hot tub and the pool were maintained and overall grounds are very nice and relaxing as is the fire...

Lots of great extras beside the main breakfast menu/food, like Starbucks coffee, oatmeal, juice etc. The hot tub and the pool were maintained and overall grounds are very nice and relaxing as is the fire pit. The downside……..beds are in my opinion past time to be replaced, very uncomfortable and sheets are like sleeping between 2 pieces of sandpaper. When we arrived the person behind the desk didn’t introduce himself to us, which I find odd for a B&B type environment. Parking a p/u truck can be a bit of a challenge based on the location, but it can be done, just be careful. Overall a great location as you are away from the hustle and bustle of the town but close enough to get to wherever you want to go. The view was great from our Room #17. Most likely would not return until they replace the beds and sheets, both of which are, at least to me, very important.

I was so excited about coming back but, well I will not recommend or return. The sheets and blankets were so stiff like sandpaper, good bedding to me is important. Of if you go bring slippers the floor is cold it is tile. There was dust on areas in my room. The drawer was broken. We told the guy at the front desk he was so grumpy never thanked us for telling him, and we told him we were checking out early he never thanked us or asked about our stay. If you are in the hospitality industry be nice to your guests! Well his negative attitude shows in the inn, no love. The lobby was so beautiful with a gorgeous mural but it is blocked with a jewelry display case.One positive great breakfast. Not enough to return.

Upon checkin to our room the door was open and not closed it made me very concerned there could be someone in the room. We went into the room and there was a cobb webb over the bed and there was a pillow case sitting on the dresser we could not tell if it was clean or dirty. We later that evening sat down to watch television in the living room area and the TV would not work and kept turning on and off. The next morning we stepped out for a cup of coffee and had our do not disturb on the door and someone went into our room and removed the pillow case on the dresser. We will not be staying here again

We can;t wait to return to this gem.

We spent two nights at A Sunset Chateau and wished we could have stayed longer. Our suite was absolutely beautiful - furnishings, decorations, amenities. We had a couch and chair outside with an amazing view. The grounds were lovely. Saltwater pool, fire pit in the evening, lots of little places...

We spent two nights at A Sunset Chateau and wished we could have stayed longer. Our suite was absolutely beautiful - furnishings, decorations, amenities. We had a couch and chair outside with an amazing view. The grounds were lovely. Saltwater pool, fire pit in the evening, lots of little places to sit and relax. The area is very quiet but close enough to the center of town and popular trails. And the breakfast! Both mornings it was delicious. And the staff was very kind even the morning we showed up a little late. Sedona is my newest favorite place and A Sunset Chateau is a big part of the reason why.

My husband and I could not have been happier. A Sunset Chateau is magical and romantic, with beautifully landscaped grounds, a pool and hot tub and daily complimentary breakfast . The breakfast was always unique and very good. The coffee was also excellent. I think all or most of the rooms have outstanding views of the distant red rocks. Our unit had a couch and chairs facing the on site foliage, patios w fire pit as well as red rock views. It was calm and serene. They send an email after you book with tons of restaurant and tour information which was very helpful. The airport mesa trailhead is just across the street for a good hike. For a walkable happy hour and super view, try Red Wall distillery.

We stated in June 2023 and I can't believe it took me this long to remember to review. This place is AMAZING. I'm sure Sedona boasts so many wonderful accommodations, however this is one I would stay at over and over again. The grounds are beautiful and maintained, and they have an almost mythical vibe. The pool area is calm and quaint. The breakfasts every morning were DELICIOUS. The service was stellar. The location was convenient. The room was so large, and the inclusion of a kitchenette was amazing. We definitely made use of it. I literally can't even come up with a constructive critique.

Check out their website; none of the superlatives are dishonest. I would certainly visit again.

Wow, this place is beautiful. We were welcomed by Amy at check in who was really helpful. we stayed in room number 4 which was spacious with its own kitchen, massive bed and a wonderful view of the mountains and a quiet setting. Breakfast was lovely and the staff in the restaurant were very attentive. My only negative was on checkout, when I went to hand the keys back the man at the counter was very dismissive, didn't ask if I'd enjoyed my stay and wasn't very friendly at all which was a shame but maybe he was just having a bad day!! other than that this place is a 5 and we would definitely return.

This place was incredible! Not only is it off the beaten path and quiet in the back but, the service is phenomenal. Everyone that works there is friendly and helpful. They even give you a list of places they recommend to see or do. The first night that we were there, they booked a massage for us last minute. I also really love how clean everything was. The breakfast was incredible as well. Everyday was something unique and southwestern inspired. If not, you could get some eggs and toast. The views and the jacuzzi really made it a great experience for us when we would come back from hikes.
