Marina Inn at Grande Dunes

Frequent flyers here to the Marina inn. Always enjoy our stays and our time spent at resort, including Reflections. Jill one he bartender there is attentive, on point, provided great service and pleasant all around. Hope to see her again on our next visit!

Tricia in Reservations was excellent, and the hotel is wonderful. We stayed last year and rebooked for this year. The best part of the stay was having the shuttle come and take you to the part of the beach that was designated just for the hotel. Great service.

My husband and I decided to take a mini vacation and we initially found a Groupon with a deal to stay at this hotel. However, to make a long story short, Groupon gave us some issues. The staff for making the reservations were EXTREMELY helpful. I want to personally thank Trish and Gail for their amazing customer service. Trish and Gail helped us upgrade our room with no issues. They were more than pleasant to talk too. My husband and I both felt that just from talking to them we knew we would be coming back to stay. When we arrived the room was immaculate!!! I cannot express enough how beautiful and clean it was. Our room overlooked the marina. The bed was so comfortable. Everything and everyone we came in contact with here at this hotel made this experience one to remember. My husband and I will be returning in the fall.

From the moment we arrived until the morning we left we experienced’Customer Service Excellence! The Valet greeted us with a smile, unpacked our car and off we went. Our check-in process was seamless and included Hot Chocolate or water with lemon! Our room 610 was spotless. I appreciated the make-up area. The balcony had a Cana view. The hotel offers an array of amenities, outdoor infinity pool, indoor pool, bar, shuttle to beach, restaurants and spa. A special ‘Thank You’ to Michael and Joseph.They went over and above to assist my husband and I. They should receive an award for their Customer Service Excellence!! Refreshing . They are the reason we will return. The team at this resort is a TEN+. Kindness goes along way!! We will recommend to all our friends. If you have plans to visit Myrtle Beach-we highly recommend the Marina at Grand Dunes. You will NOT REGRET your decision!

On 30 Dec, my wife and I went to Myrtle Beach for our anniversary. Checked in to the hotel we booked online, which was a well-known chain. The service and cleanliness were atrocious. Considered on driving two hours back home at 2 o'clock in the morning after dealing with refund matters. The booking agency stated we would have to personally go hotels for vacancies. Because of the time of morning. Drove to the hotel, Marina Inn, at Grande Dunes. A beautiful, well-kept hotel with a warm, pleasant atmosphere in appearance and from the two employees. It was like sunshine in the middle of the night. Tired and exhausted, Cheryl and Joseph were so polite and accommodating. We couldn't believe the space and inviting beauty of the room. My wife stated to Joseph that we would be staying here any time forth. I agreed and am so thankful for the time there. Thank God for such a gift. We definitely recommend this hotel. Thanks for your hospitality.

Marina Inn is a lovely gem on the Grand Strand! Quiet and unassuming, this hotel offers a significant sparkle when it comes to personal attention and polite courtesies. We were greeted immediately and check-in was a breeze! Sam (“Sam I Am”) ensured our belongings were taken to our room safely and offered a brief run-down of the amenities along the way. With hot tubs, pools, spa, restaurants, and plenty of area attractions, we knew this was the perfect locale. Sam guided us through the room amenities, beautiful view, complimentary robes, spacious bathroom, large television, and made sure we felt comfortable. A true gentleman with an infectious laugh, and definitely a trusted ambassador for the Inn! Our room was clean, the perfect temperature, and picturesque view (overlooking a gazebo and lush green grass—-wedding anyone?). The whole hotel carries a sort of old world charm and comfortable friendliness you don’t find too much anymore. It’s worth checking out…and say hello to Sam if you do!

When we vacation in Myrtle Beach, there are two things that we always remember: 1. Stay in North Myrtle Beach. 2. Stay at The Marina Inn at Grand Dunes. We have NEVER been disappointed staying here in the 10 years that we have been coming to Myrtle Beach. This time was no different. Things started off rough with a booking issue with our room, but Jolly, who worked the front desk got Scott, The Manager involved and things were fixed so fast that I had no idea what had happened while I was helping unload the car (My wife filled me in later). And that takes me to one of my favorite people on the planet: Sam, the Valet. He ALWAYS remembers me and my wife by name and greets us when we drive up to the front door. Incredible. He even remembered that we didn’t come last year. All of this as he greets us at the car. He is a true “People Person” and a consummate gentleman. His presence has truly been an asset to The Resort. Everyone knows and loves Sam. We love Marina Inn at Grand Dunes and will always return here whenever possible. Please check the place out if you’re in the area. 😎
