What a dreadful hotel …the room decor was old and grubby and in need of a complete refurbishment. Thankfully the air conditioning was working as it was particularly hot when we stayed. Arriving on a Monday we were not aware most restaurants were closed so we asked the staff if they could help us book for dinner. Sadly the staff at reception were completely disinterested offering me the phone to call around various places that I had already contacted myself ! Pretty diabolical service in my view…. Good location to the falls …but thats about it really … I would NEVER stay here again.

Visiting the Falls for the first time. We chose the Double Tree because of its location and it did not disappoint. Everything was walking distance, the location was perfect! The hotel staff went above and beyond.. Tim was very helpful, taking time before I got there to give lots of good information over the phone! Noel got us checked in, stored our luggage and called me personally when our room was ready! We were celebrating our 29th anniversary and she gave us an upgrade to a river view room which was amazing! Marcel greeted us warmly when we got back to the hotel that night with food recommendations and a complimentary drink voucher! Lucian at the bar made a great margarita and an amazing old fashion! The whole stay was amazing and a great way to kick start our vacation! Finally Sasha got us checked out with a friendly smile! Staff was incredible! Highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed here while attending a concert at the casino. It wasn't far from the event center. Our room was clean and the bed comfortable. The staff was always pleasant. I highly reccommend the breakfast buffet in their dinigroom. We had a table by the windows and found it so relaxing. The bar was nice before heading over to the event center and was great for a night cap. The only thing that would have made it better is if there were robes and slippers in the room. I checked before hand so I brought my own but would be nice to not have to pack them. Everything else was great! They had free cooffee in the lobby and free cookes. I couldnt have the cookies because i am celiac so a gluten free option would be nice. Shout out to Sasha at the desk and all the staff. Great service!!

No bell boy so you have to carry all your luggage to the room and then get back the luggage trolley to the reception. 2. No milk option for lactose intolerant person - this is surprising and this is probably the 1st time I am hearing this in years. Also, no efforts to even try to get it for someone who is allergic to regular milk. 3. If you want water, come pay and get from the reception. They can’t deliver to your room and charge it on room. In few hours already a no on everything, to be honest I don’t know why I paid 700$ for 2 nights. They need some serious lessons in hospitality and need to hire more people! Give this hotel a miss. No point paying 700$ and getting no service! There must be better options, cheaper than this!

There is bike rental about a half mile toward the Falls which is self-serve. The restaurant in the property has pretty good food, and there is a pool and hot tub. The rooms are spacious and very clean. I would definitely stay there again.

From the front desk to those working in the restaurant..everyone was very welcoming. Will definitely stay here again.
