First stayed back in 2021 with some friends. Had no complaints way back when so when another deal popped up it was an easy decision to return. We've only stayed on the adults side. The hotel is well maintained on a great stretch of beach. Restaurants were a little hit or miss. The Mexican restaurant had the best mashed potatoes one day as part of the plating so then I ordered them as a side at other restaurants and they were fine, but definitely not the same. The pastor tacos at the Mexican restaurant were also just plain pork with some pineapple lol. To add to my confusion at the steakhouse the empanadas were seasoned and amazing. Dining management just needs to make it make a little more sense or consistent? Hibachi and sushi were solid. All that to say we did not go hungry just confused sometimes. Staff was a real diffienteator this time around everyone was super helpful and professional. Butler - Leonardo was on it from the get go. Got our dinner reservations and extra blankets super fast. Ran into him a few times out and about and he always checked in. Bartender/Pool service - Misael was super consistent on drinks at the pool bar all week. When you have a bartender who makes every drink different for a week you'll come to appreciate his effort. Martin filled in one day and was also top notch. When we weren't in the pool Isai was always running around checking on everyone. Entertainment group - Karla, Oliver, & Diana were always popping up for fun activities and got everyone involved. They also stuck to the schedule which is another minor complaint we've had at other resorts.

Just got back from another great trip to Majestic Elegance in Costa Mujeres. This was our 4th time at this resort and it may have been our best trip yet. The service at this resort is amazing - from the butlers to the waiters/hostesses/bartenders, maid service all the way to the maintenance folks. The resort itself is amazingly clean. And if you need anything, someone will have it for you. We spent most of our time at the Infinity pool where Jose, Alonso and Isai never let our drink cup get dry. Along with the activities group of Karla, Oliver and Jaime - all of them made each day enjoyable. Another highlight for us is the amazing food, including the selection of the restaurants. The Italian restaurant may be our favorite and the service from Carlos will never be forgotten. Second favorite would be Kabuki. And a very close third would be the Mar House where Charlie and Fred were absolutely phenomenal. The Mexican restaurant was great too and we actually changed the dates of our trip just so we could be there for Mexican Night on Friday. Mexican Night is difficult to describe how incredible it was from ALL of the food to the amazing entertainment. We had breakfast every day at Flavors. The selection of food (especially the omelet station) was great. The service there was awesome as well, thanks to people like Liliana, Alex and Erik. We also enjoyed the entertainment each night. My favorites were Queen and Michael Jackson, although I must admit we got kind of a kick out of the wrestling night. The new director of entertainment does a fabulous job. And of course, how could I not mention Victor. Victor is the bartender at the Tiki Hut Bar. He's got humor, he's got personality and he makes some great drinks. A very entertaining guy to say the least. And last but not lease would be our butler, Andres. Everything you could ask for in a butler: great service, but not pushy. Anything we needed, he was there for us. All in all it was another great trip. My wife and I are already thinking about dates for our 5th trip!!! Thank you Majestic Elegance!!!!!!!

Beautiful resort...service was excellent...the food and restaurants were very enjoyable. The only negative was that our suite was too close to the music at night...next time we will book closer to the beach.

To give perspective, we limit our resort trips (all-in) to under $6,000 in 2025 (indexed from our first resort in 2003). We have previously stayed at another resort in Cancun as well as resorts in Dominican Republic (Punta Cana and La Romana), Jamaica, and Cabo San Lucas. This resort was easily the best ever. It was the first resort with excellent food, at both the buffets and the restaurants, while previously we would have called food "good institutional". The bars have a great selection of liquor, with the Lower Lobby Bar offering top-shelf (Grey Goose, etc.). The resort is gorgeous. Our room was no less than stunning. The staff are outstanding. The most notable ones particular to our stay were: Angelica - hostess Sergio - bartender Jaime - pool Esther - pool bar Mary (Maria Fernanda) - pool Patricia - hostess Ahide - dining manager Juan Jose - buffet server Guadalupe - buffet server Oliver - pool entertainment Abril - pool bar IMPORTANT ADVICE: Both the French bistro and Japanese restaurant require reservations (the others do not), so you should make those immediately upon arrival.

We had such a positive experience at Majestic Elegance! The food was incredible, the sand and ocean were beautiful, our room was clean, and the resort staff was beyond amazing! Nothing bad to as besides an initial letdown at check-in. I did request three different rooms and unfortunately did not get them but again, not the worst thing that could've happened. Andres was our Butler and he was the kindest person we have met! He made our honeymoon so special. He helped us with reservations, scheduling, etc. If you get Andres, you will be set! Additionally, Angel and Alex (Beach Bar) were incredible! They always made sure that we had something to drink and would check in often. My husband always had a beer in his hand! Overall, the staff was amazing!! I cant wait until the construction is done so we can come visit again!

We booked a reservation for March 9 - 14 through their website and paid in full. 2 days before the trip we had a death in the family. We called the customer care number provided to ask to postpone the trip 2 weeks so we could attend the services. That is when we found out that the booking went through priceline and we had no contact number for the hotel itself. Despite having rooms available, they would not allow us to move our reservation. What is worse, is that it took 10 days to get a response because Priceline didn't have a good process for handling something like this. I hold the hotel accountable, because I booked through their website and there was no indication i was booking through a 3'rd party. It is also ridiculous that there was no way to contact the hotel directly. The hotel number on the itinerary was a travel agent who couldn't help. I feel they just stole my money since there were rooms available to accomodate the change.

We got to the resort after a long day of travel at 6:30pm. They did NOT have our room ready, in fact no rooms available anywhere in the resort... We were sent to a neighboring property for the night, basically cutting our vacation one day short, as we had to...

We got to the resort after a long day of travel at 6:30pm. They did NOT have our room ready, in fact no rooms available anywhere in the resort... We were sent to a neighboring property for the night, basically cutting our vacation one day short, as we had to spend the next day getting our clothes unpacked and getting situated. They did NOT refund any money, just paid for our night at the Catalonia- a much more basic resort; and gave us each a 50 minute massage and a "romantic dinner on the beach" (same food as Mar House, just on the beach) as compensation. We noticed at least 3 other couples dealing with the same issue that night. Did I mention they made us sign the resort waivers BEFORE telling us the bad news? I asked the reception at the Catalonia if this happened a lot, where the Majestic would overbook and send guests over, and she replied "sometimes"... On day 3, I got horrible food poisoning. Day 4 (and Night 3) was spent with a fever, body aches and horrible diarrhea. The last symptom remained for the duration of the trip. The day previous we ate lunch at the buffet at 2:50pm. The buffet was closing at 3pm. I'm not sure if I got sick from the resort, or by other resort guests, some of whom were using their FINGERS to touch food on the buffet, and eating it right in the buffet line! Besides fellow guests bad hygiene practices, we noticed that the cold food was not cold, and the hot food was not hot at the buffet. From then on, we made it a point to either eat at the restaurants (only one non-buffet open for lunch or breakfast) or when the buffet first opened for the meal. We did like the beach, the pools and the entertainment. The drinks were good as well. The workers were kind and polite. I will not return to this resort. I can not risk having 1 of 6 of my precious vacation days ruined by the resorts horrible over-booking practices. We paid a lot of money for this vacation and I wish it would have turned out better.

This place is really Magestic!! The a la cartes were delicious and the Michael Jackson show was EPIC. The entertainment has been fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff makes this place special, always eager and happy to please us! Thank you so much!

They always have activities planned day and night, thanks to the event co-ordinators (Jamie was amazing!) If you are looking for a great bartender, Maisel is your guy! He made the best drinks hands down, and his surprise drinks were 10/10! The restaurants were amazing as well; Fast, efficient and great food all around. They are always very cautious regarding food allergies. We tried every restaurant with no complaints. The buffets were typical resort food, which we ended up getting sick of after a week's stay.. but have nothing worth complaining about. Room service was good too, and we were made aware at the beginning of our stay that any room service typically takes up to 45 minutes to 1 hour, which we always received our room service within this time frame. We stayed in the ocean-view plunge pool (which is heated) and couldn't recommend it more. There was a slight mildew smell in the room (to be expected because of the pool and humidity), however they offered us a humidifier and our butler (Val) took it upon herself to spray our room with essential oils daily. I would recommend this resort, and would definitely stay again!

Outstanding! Awesome vacations! Second time at a Majestic resort. This time at the Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres (Cancun). Quite an exceptional resort. The site is fabulous. The staff is professional, yet friendly and always smiling. You’ve got a question; they’ve got an answer. Thanks to all staff members! We truly appreciated! Our butler, Rafaël, was great, meeting our needs whenever we asked for something. As for the room, we opted for the Club Junior Suite (outdoor jacuzzi) Oceanfront adult section – truly oceanfront view. It was worth every penny. What a view! Don’t hesitate to upgrade for the club option! A must! Getting back to the room… it was extremely spacious, comfortable, quiet and well-furnished (king size bed, 2 toilets, 1 bath in the corner facing the ocean (yes!), a lounge, a large walk-in with plenty of room to store all our clothes, a very wide balcony, etc.) The resort, not too huge, allows you to easily walk around and access all the facilities the resort offers. The food is delicious, and the variety of restaurants makes the dining experience diversifying. The service was great and the waiters always paying attention to please us. My advice, take the time to talk just a few minutes with the waiters, you will discover amazing people proud of their culture. The Mexican Fiesta night with the “gigantic” buffet was memorable! I must stay that you need to go the Blossom Spa even if it is only for a one-hour hydrotherapy circuit. The spa is relaxing and inside it is spectacular. The beaches are wonderful and almost without any seaweed as it is picked up early in the morning. You can walk for hours. Plenty of chairs on the beach for relaxing, enjoying the view, reading, whatever… vacation time guys! There are two infinity pools. Awesome both of them. The one for the Adult Club section is facing the beach. What else can I say. Perfect! Finally, I need to mention we bought this trip through Transat (Air Transat) but more importantly we do business with Club Voyages FP (travel agency located in Rivière-du-Loup, Québec, Canada). Every single time, Club Voyages FP has offered exceptional and professional service. I know a lot of people book their own trip online. But keep in mind that these people are the specialists. They know the resorts. They help you figure out what is best for you according to your expectations. And no, I do not work for them; I am just a happy customer! There is so much I could say, I am sure I forgot to mention things worth mentioning. Anyhow, just book and go!

We originally booked the family side as we couldn’t get into adult side and the lovely young girl at the checkin upgraded us to the club side as we were visitors. The rooms were spacious, the beach was beautiful and there were so many pools to choose from. Stretching with Oliver was relaxing, Tino the lobby bar waiter was always there with a smile ready to take your order and our butler Laura treated us wonderfully, also checking in on us and ready to help us in any way possible. The only con that I could say is that there needs to be a coffee station available before 7:00 am for us early birds otherwise it was amazing

The hotel and staff are excellent. We received top notch service from all the staff who were very friendly and helpful. What a nice way to finish the day with a cold bottle of cava and a hot bubble spa bath! The amenities are new and well kept with a high degree of cleanliness. The restaurants are all good with great service, food choice and quality. The beach front is very nice and you can take long walks up and down the costa. There is plenty to do (or not) with lots of pools, chairs (no running early to get one) and towel service. The staff was very attentive to our needs and frequently offered to get drinks and food etc. We truly enjoyed our week - the animation was top notch with something different and engaging every night! We most definitely have found our spot! Thank you Majestic!

Gracias Jacqueline, Jaime, Edouardo, Asel, Amanda and the Cowboy....you definitely put smiles on our faces. Really enjoyed DJ dance night.....would have liked more of that. Michael Jackson night was good, but the volume that night was too loud. Gracias Chan, our butler and Gloria, housekeeping. Spacious one bedroom unit with 2 bathrooms!! The sand beach was amazing!! Everyone was very courteous and made us feel like royalty. Shout out to Donovan, manager of El Mariachi, thanks for that personal touch....we feel like we made a new friend.

We spent that last week in March at the Majestic. It was our third time there and it never disappoints! The grounds are kept really clean and the food is always very good. We keep returning because all of the staff is so friendly and welcoming. Chris, our butler did an amazing job of checking in on us each day and taking care of whatever we needed. Victor at the Tiki Bar, Rolando/Grinch at one of the small swim up bars, and Erik at the Lobby bar all were very friendly, made excellent drinks, and we really enjoyed talking to all three of them. We ate dinner at the Steakhouse twice because of the great service we received from our waiter Francisco. We can't wait to return for our fourth time!!

Just got back from the Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres and it was absolutely amazing. The hotel and grounds are immaculate. The food is really good, I didn't come across a meal or restaurant I didn't like, but the mexican and steakhouse were our favorite. The mixed drinks were consistently great. The staff on all levels really made our experience a 5☆ experience. The entertainment staff are always ready to make sure everyone has a great time and so full of energy. A special shout out to Victor at the Tiki bar who was always smiling and made the best drinks/shots and always remembers what you like. My only complaint would be if there was a wedding at the Sky lounge area they would shut the entire pool down for a few hours at a time. My issue isn't that they shut it down but they give absolutely no notice. Staff just show up and tell you to leave, this can be avoided with a simple notice posted at the bar to let you know at some point you will have to find another pool and it would avoid any frustration trying to find another pool and lounge chair as you knew in advance this would happen. All in all, I highly recommend this resort.

We had a wonderful holiday. It was sunny everyday; unfortunately, the red flag was flying everyday. The sand was like walking in icing sugar and the water was lovely (we went in as far as our knees). The beach was well maintained and we had not issue getting chairs or towels. We stayed in the adult-club section, in a 4th floor suite with a plunge pool upstairs. The room needed a little updating, as pieces of plaster were falling from the wall and there were rusty spots in the washroom. In all fairness, I”m not sure how to mitigate rusting near the ocean! The towels in the room were awesome, and we never lacked. The upstairs deck was a very nice option, as was the plunge pool, which was more like a hot tub at the end of the week. The bed was very comfy, as were the pillows. The people working at the resort and the well maintained and clean property made the stay amazing. The food was AWESOME, even at the main buffet - especially the mashed potatoes! The house Merlot (Chili) was quite good. We had slightly unpleasant dinners at the French (fried chicken and raw steak are not French cuisine in my books) and Italian (delicious mushroom soup, raw noodles☹️) restaurants. The servers were overwhelmed with too many clients and didn’t have time to check in on us, so not really their fault. The Mexican, Mar House and Steakhouse were AWESOME. The art in and around the lobby is very interesting. The Majestic Mirage is being built right beside the Elegance, and we are thinking of going there next trip. We had never been to the Mujeres region, and it is so beautiful.

We recently stayed at Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres and had a truly fantastic experience. I feel compelled to address some of the negative reviews regarding cleanliness and service as they couldn’t be further from the truth. In fact, as many appeared at the same time, it almost felt like a coordinated attempt to tarnish the resort’s reputation. Our room was spacious, spotless, and cleaned thoroughly every single day by the maids (and our butler did an evening turn down service too!) . When we needed anything like extra towels, toiletries, you name it, it was brought to our room promptly and with a smile. We especially loved the jacuzzi and lounging bed on our balcony. A peaceful haven to unwind after a day at the beach. The food was consistently delicious and varied. One of the things we appreciated most was not having to make reservations (except for the Bistro and the Hibachi, which your butler can arrange for you). Our favourite was Mar House: fresh seafood by the beach and a great buffet at lunch. There really is something for every palate: Mexican, Japanese, Italian, and an Argentinian steakhouse. Don’t miss the outdoor Mexican Night, which offers even more authentic regional dishes, and the White Night, where the grilled seafood (especially the lobster!) is a highlight. There are bars galore: chic indoor spots, tiki-style beach bars, and swim-up options so you’re never far from a refreshing drink. We also loved the numberous small pools. I appreciated the longer one by the swim up suite in the morning for laps, and my favourite for lounging was the one near the Sky Lounge (though it sometimes closes early for weddings). The beach is gorgeous: soft white sand, turquoise waves, and barely any seaweed. It can occasionally be tricky to find a shaded lounger or Balinese bed, but I saw staff removing towels from “reserved” loungers that had been left unattended for hours, which was reassuring. There’s no shortage of activities: yoga and stretching on the beach each morning, aquafit, games, and even crafts (I adored the crafts. Wish there had been more of them!). The gym is well-equipped, and I highly recommend the yoga session at the cenote – such a unique and peaceful experience. The spa is stunning and the treatments were lovely, though quite pricey, so I’m not sure I’d splurge again. Evening entertainment is lively and varied. We loved the lucha libre night – what a fun and original idea! The mariachi band, Mexican dancers, and live rock music all added to the festive atmosphere. Yes, the music can be loud and goes late into the night, but you’re on holiday so it’s all part of the charm. What truly made our stay special was the staff. Everyone we encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely eager to make our holiday enjoyable. We felt so well looked after throughout. While we can’t remember every name, we want to give a special thank you to Asael and Jackie from the animation team for their energy and kindness, Ithiel for the wonderful yoga session, Victor at the Tiki Bar for always keeping the good vibes (and drinks!) flowing, Dalvien and Julian at Mar House for their exceptional service and friendly smiles. Last but not least, Katia, our brilliant butler who made everything so seamless. If I had to offer any minor suggestions for improvement, they’d be small details that could make a great experience even better – like having salt and pepper readily available on the table, and serving breakfast coffee in an insulated carafe, ideally left on the table so guests can help themselves and enjoy it at their own pace. The coffee at the lobby bar was good but a dedicated all-day coffee shop with cakes and ice cream would also be a lovely addition. Lastly, the daily schedule could use some attention – it was occasionally inaccurate and at times contradicted the information on display boards around the resort, which unfortunately meant we missed the foam pool party. Not all gym activities were listed either, so I only discovered the incredible cenote yoga session near the end of my stay – a real shame as it was a highlight. All in all, Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres was everything we hoped for and more. Clean, friendly, fun, and relaxing – we wouldn’t hesitate to return.

On my honeymoon, Beautiful resort and having a blast. At the pool, met Diana and she was very nice, out going and pleasant! Everyone here is very nice and welcoming but you can tell she loves her job! We chose the right place to come in Mexico!!!

She had our room decorated 3 separate times, always a nice surprise. Let me start this review by first thanking our Butler, Alexander, Luis at the Glee swim up bar, and Amanda with the entertainment team! these Staff made the stay here very wonderful! this resort is a major contrast to any hotel in the Hotel zone in my opinion. for the price, you really get so much more. Lets start with the review! The Welcome: The ride is quite long from the airport, about 35 to 45 minutes with a private transfer. and the cold towel and welcome drink really set the pace for a wonderful stay! we booked with the Elegance club and opted to stay on the adult side. we got a much nicer reception and check in with snacks and showers available for earlier arrivals before you get your room. this is also where we met our Butler, Alexander. he gave us a quick tour of the main building and a room tour with a complimentary bottle of alcohol for our room(I didn't even touch the bottles(I drank too much outside the room). The Room: We stayed in a Plunge pool suite and this room blew my expectations away! it was big and spacious, clean, everything in working order, with a great mixed view of the main pool and ocean view! the plunge pool was great and was also heated! perfect for after hours or early morning dips. the curtains do a great job at blocking sunlight and room service can be ordered through the Tv. the only thing I wish the room had was 2 robes instead of 1, but it wasn't something that docks points. And also, if there's any events such as weddings, it does get pretty loud. a little more soundproofing would be nice. Getting Around the Resort: Everything is easily walkable on resort property. There are boardwalks to get you closer to the beach, and there are multiple elevators throughout the room buildings. the Hallways are very open concept, but are protected from the sun and remain cool. However, anything you want to do off property, don't even consider walking as there is nothing close by and not worth it. The Pools: there are 2 main pools, The adult only infinity pool is quite small and the water temps very cold, but it has decent shading in the swim up bar and some beds with shade in shallow water. The Family pool has 2 tiers with a swim up bar section and a upper reverse facing infinity pool. Both pools have good entertainment and music with the adult side obviously, catered towards adults. There are also many other side pools with swim up bars and swim up suites attached to it. the water temp varies here, but there are also less people at these pools which i found quite nice. The Beach: this beach is fantastic! we had no seaweed for the majority of our stay and the waters were quite calm with gentle waves. there are many beds and chairs for both elegance club and family side, but you have to get there early to find any with good shade. There are a good amount of water sports available for an extra cost, such as jet skiing, parasailing, paddleboarding, Kayaking, etc. The Food: -Don Jaume steakhouse 5/5 the steaks here and Salmon fillet are amazing. they were cooked to perfection with good flavours and presentation. -Mar house buffet 3/5, Dinner 5/5 The buffet was your standard buffet, nothing crazy to write about, nothing bad as well. The dinner however, was amazing. we had an amazing waiter, Charles, who explained what the catch of the day was, as well as his recommendations. the Seafood was very good here, especially the catch of the Day, Sea bass. -Il Botaccio Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner 5/5 The breakfast and lunch here is only for elegance club members, and I would recommend coming here for breakfast over the buffet, unless you prefer the variety the buffet offers. the Dinner choices here are also great! -El Mariachi Loco 3/5 The Mexican restaurant wasn't bad. but there was also nothing crazy to write about. It was decent food and quite delicious. -Beach Grill 4/5 They only offer burgers and hotdogs, but offer a nice alternative for lunch other than a buffet. i would like to see them offer maybe 1 or 2 more items other than burgers and hotdogs. you can Also spot a lot of Iguanas around here! -McJestic 4/5 The late night spot for fast food. it was really good and definitely hits the spot for something you can take back to your room. - Room service 4/5 Just note, elegance club members get room service included in the all inclusive, so definitely take advantage of it if you are staying at the adult side. it was quick and efficient and tasty, I do wish they had more Variety of food. -Kabuki N/A unfortunately did not eat here so i can't give a fair rating. Blossom Spa: I really love the atmosphere and experience this spa offers. they have a really cool indoor Cenote pool with calm and cold waters, and offer a beachside massage as well. definitely recommend booking here for the extra cost. Entertainment: There was a lot of entertainment and events held throughout the day. many crafts and workshops and games were all scheduled throughout the day. I really liked learning and making Mexican Bracelets with Amanda, and learning how to make guacamole with one of the Chefs, Joy. Overall if you are thinking about this resort, I would highly recommend coming to this resort as I had a wonderful Experience and hope this review helps you get more insight of what to expect. I Cant wait to be back here and to also see what their Sister Resort, which is opening soon next door, has to offer!

FANTASTIC!! My wife and I just stayed for a week at the Majestic Elegance. The whole hotel was so clean and looked after - no litter, no leaves in the pool, the floors always gleaming. The staff do a wonderful job. Our check was smooth and seamless. It was handled by Ariadna - who polite, welcoming and upgraded us to a beachfront suite free of charge (for our anniversary). The room and the view were amazing (see attached) We were in the Elegance Club section of the hotel. Our butler was Victor, who was polite, helpful and informative. The restaurant servers were efficient, polite and very helpful. Special mentions for Guadalupe, Aide and Oscar for their fantastic service. Some of the pools were quite noisy with daytime activities and music, but there were enough pools and chairs to move away once the noise started. A few times there were noisy, drunk (Americans) drinking in the pool, shouting, screaming, and being generally oblivious to other guests. On another occasion, we were on the beach in one of the bed/tents down there. It was peaceful, with the sounds of the waves and birds singing…. Then a couple came down blaring their rap music out of a speaker, which caused several people to leave and other to glare in annoyance. Again, oblivious to the irritation they caused to tens of people who were enjoying the natural sounds of a peaceful beach! Explore the resort and get your bearings early in your stay. There’s a fitness centre, games room, sports bar, various shops and bars. Overall, a wonderful stay and great experience.

We literally just got back tonight from six days at Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres . I cannot express enough what a Wonderful time we had while staying there . From the moment we got out of the shuttle , we were greeted with the most friendliest smiles. The staff came to us with warm towels to wash our hands and a welcome drink . What a great touch right from the start. We were then taking to check in , we stayed on the club side so we had our very own section to check in . This process was easy peasy . Our butler , Aaron greeted us with a huge smile and so very respectfully . He gave us a tour of the resort and answered all of the questions we had . He took us up to our ocean front plunge pool suite . All I can say is WOW!!! This club level room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Our view was incredible the ocean was right in front of us . Aaron deserves the highest rating we give him a 10 out of 10. I think that the highest rating is a 4 so in this case we give him a 4 out of 4. He was so attentive all week and he was an excellent communicator daily and he treater us like royalty. As for the food , we give this resort a very positive rating for the food . We dined at the flavors buffet multiple times for breakfast and we were never disappointed. They had a wide variety of food and fresh squeezed juices . This is such a difference from all the sugary drinks we have here at home . We dined at the French restaurant (the bistro) the service was impeccable. The food omg!!! Deliciousness all the way . Our server was Jose. He was so very polite and friendly. He was extremely efficient and I highly recommend him to his superiors. All of the staff were smiling and definitely love what they do. The Italian restaurant, IL Bottacio was delicious as well . We enjoyed the staff and food for breakfast and dinner . Yashet was an excellent waiter for breakfast time . Geovanni was our waiter last night and he made us a special pasta table side and we really enjoyed that . As for the Don Jame steakhouse, we had the filet . Our filets were so flavorful we wanted to go back the next night . Staff again always smiling and very efficient and attentive at what they do . A definite positive for the steak house !! You gotta go and have the filet mignon. I can’t remember our waiter but I think did a google review for him the night we went there to eat. We also dined at the Mar House . Plenty of options to be had . The special events- we were there for white night /fire show . What an amazing experience. We were in plaza independencia all evening. We enjoyed this event in its entirety. Majestic Elegance has a fun and entergetic crew. They are very engaging with the audience. Huge shout out to them too . We LOVED the Foam Party !!!! We had never experienced anything like it ! So much Fun !! I had a hydrotherapy spa session yesterday, oh my !! Just what I needed before leaving . This is a must do. Totally worth the money . Salvador took me through and explained the different areas and made sure I had the best experience. I even swam in a half man made half natural made cenote. I then had a massage with Beatriz . The massage was so relaxing . Beatriz gives u a beautiful massage experience. Thank u The Queen tribute and Michael Jackson show was excellent!! There is always something going on in Plaza Independencia. We loved it! The cleaning crew do an awesome job and getting into your room and clean it up on a daily basis . Overall I would give Majestic Elegance a 10/10. We just got off the airplane and arrived home , but we want to go back already . We will be planning another trip probably next year. Spa was beautiful and we used the water circuit and had massages! Usually we get tired of the food by the end of the week. These restaurants and even buffets had wonderful variety. Top shelf liquor. My husband and I are just wrapping up our trip at the Majestic Costa Mujeres. We were in a club plunge pool suite. We wanted quiet so we were put in building 1. It was perfect for us. We had an ok view of the ocean even though it wasn’t guaranteed. This building faces an open area with a neighbor resort in the distance. It was just what we were looking for. There seems to be construction on the other side of the resort. The family side. Not sure how that is affecting those guest but it has no affect on the adults only club side. We have been to many resorts and this had the best over all food for an all inclusive. The beach and water was perfect on our stay. Blue ocean and no seaweed. We could not ask for more. Last but not least the butler service was the best we have had! Andres is attentive and sees to every need! For lunch at the Mar House buffet Jorge, Roa, and Aide were great. Mariana Mendoza, the Club Manager and our assigned handsome butler Andres made this trip to celebrate my bf's momentous 50th bday the most memorable one! They both went out of their way to ensure that a small bump that happened was rectified and that we were satisfied and happy the rest of the trip. This hotel is very lucky to have both of them! We even got a surprise memento - a special personalized letter with a very touching gift (turtle figurine and a basket of fresh fruits). Mariana really went overboard just to make sure we were both happy and continued to check on us and even made special arrangements by securing the swim up room on our last night that we were requesting from day one. She defines what a manager is and an asset to this hotel. Andres on the otherhand kept on checking on us to verify if we have any questions or concerns and was very accommodating throughout our stay. As for the restaurants, they're all good but the best one was the Bistro that offers a unique fine dining experience. Special thanks to Mateo and Jose who both gave us excellent service. These two really made this dining experience an unforgettable one. Mateo thank you for sharing your story with us and good luck to you my man! Youre a great guy! 5 day stay in May. Overall our experience was very positive. The resort is quite new and fresh feeling. Beds are very comfy, beach area is beautiful and food was excellent for an all inclusive. Pros: Beds comfy, room very large. Food - excellent for an all inclusive from the restaurants to the buffet Drinks - good quality (1800 tequila, Titos etc available most bars) Cleanliness - this is a sparkling resort with great attention to detail Spa - we did the hydrotherapy which is extremely reasonably priced and I would highly recommend Swim ups are swimmable (you literally could do laps if you wish!) Beach is beautiful - they do a very professional job of managing seaweed to the point that you would not know it is an issue Resort is new and very clean Tiki Bar (Victor) is a game-changer. Such a great bar and service - he made our day everyday Cons: Not sure if it was just our butler but they do not use WhatsApp but their own app which seems very glitchy. We were not able to get in touch with our Butler most of the time we tried and he only worked certain hours. This is a resort I would say booking Elegance Club for the butler service to be highly recommended. We just dialed "0" most of the time. Wifi worked very most of the time but I had to work all week and had many times I was not able to connect. I am not sure if it was just me or my location. Resort pools are small but we eventually figured them out - there is an adults only pool which is very nice but small, the main pool I found quite uninviting and an odd layout. There was another pool but it had zero shade. Outside of that the swim up pools are public. Though we had a swim up room I found most people claimed the chairs outside of our area which we did not mind whatsoever as we almost always just ended up meeting them. Again not sure if this is a pro or a con, just a different approach to pools. Lobby bar which has excellent drinks and a beautiful area only only had 10 chairs but room for likely at least 20, I found that very odd (almost felt like the pandemic again!) Why not have more chairs Majestic?? Overall a 5 star experience as the little quirks were outweighed by the other excellent experiences. We have stayed at their sister property in Punta Cana twice and had an equally awesome experience with most of the staff. Thanks for a fantastic stay Majestic - we will be back (hopefully for the newly opened Mirage in Costa Mujures we saw being built!) Thanks again Majestic, and safe travels all.

We opted to stay in the Club and actually got upgraded to a nicer room upon our arrival, which was a lovely surprise! The resort is very clean and just beautiful. The staff is so friendly and they go to great lengths to ensure you’re enjoying your trip. Special shout outs to Leo our butler, Edoardo and Jackie on the animation team, Erik the bartender who led a poolside mixology class, Maria and Jhonathan at Mar House, and Agustin the hibachi chef at Kabuki. We definitely recommend getting a reservation at Kabuki, it was a blast! We were on the fence about whether or not springing for the Club was worth it before arrival, and we’re so glad we did, the perks are endless. Perhaps the best one is having a bar right on the private beach! We’d really love to come back to Majestic one day.

Great week at Elegance Costa Mujeres! If you want a relaxing vacation, this is the place to stay. Food is great, service was amazing, pools and beach are relaxing, and rooms are comfortable. Tip: Get a room in building 1 to avoid looking out onto pools or construction. Food, 5/5: il Bottacio for breakfast as a Club member is amazing. Every option on the menu is a win. Make sure to ask for sides from the buffet like hash browns and any breakfast meat you want. Steak dinner was a favourite, followed by French. Teppenyaki was a bit too salty for my taste. Pool/Beach, 5/5: Pool was the preferred option for the week with the heat and it had a nice wind tunnel effect. Beach was great though from 9am-12pm. Pure pool bar was our preferred setup. Morning fruit/healthy smoothies and afternoon swim-up bar. Service/Bars, 5/5: No matter where you are, there’s a bar or a server within 2 minutes. The staff make sure you’re taken care of. Room/Housekeeping, 4/5: Housekeeping was fantastic. They left the room cleaner every day. Our room was very nice. But the plunge pool wasn’t that useful to use. The rooftop got very hot during the day so we only used it once throughout the week. The wind was strong on our last night and blew the water off the edge. This cause the jets to continually go off and keep us awake. At 4am maintenance had to turn the water off. Bad experiences: this is our experience, but the reason for the overall rating. 1. The medical center was a bad experience. I’m not even sure if the individual was an actual doctor. My wife needed medical attention for an ear infection. We ended up being sent to Cancun’s Hospiten and was told it was actually tonsillitis. It was simply a bad experience and I don’t recommend either. Go to a different hospital if necessary. 2. While a private romantic dinner on the beach would be nice, do not book the Sky Lounge option. Service is very slow as the server has to do the beach and the Sky Lounge. And order the surf and turf. Some shoutouts for the week. - Ahuitz, thank you for everything you did this week my friend. I cannot wait to see you again. - Marisol, thank you for being the brightest start to our day. They were very involved with the people, getting everyone involved and excited for the events throughout the day and at night. The nightly events were so fun. We got to see a Michael Jackson tribute, they did a white night party, a Latin night, Mexican wrestling. It was all so much fun. The food was great! I didn’t come across anything that I didn’t like! The room was very clean and comfortable. My husband was a fan of the pillows but the sort had like 4 different options of pillows so he was able to switch his out for something that would be more comfortable for him and our butler (Renee, who was great!) had it delivered to our room before we got back for the night. While we were waiting for our transport back to the airport, we were already looking to book our trip back to this resort next year! We will for sure be regulars at this resort! Our stay for 6 nights was from 12/2 through 12/8. Our room was Elegance Club Swim Out W/Outdoor Jacuzzi (1000 ft.² ) Our room was Elegance Club #4015 at the end near the walkway and had a view of Mar House and the Sky lounge. Honestly we wanted building 2 or so we thought, but couldn’t have been happier as this suite might as well have been categorized as an almost ocean front or at least the best ocean view room for a swim out. We originally booked an Elegance Club OV King suite but upgraded by contacting the resort prior to our arrival to upgrade and do Champagne and birthday decoration add ons. It was VERY appreciative that the room was decorated with the Moet Nectar Imperial on ice walking in upon arrival!! Room 10/10 Food 10/10 (will elaborate more) Drinks 10/10 Service 10/10 Beach 10/10!!!! Entertainment 6/10 (they canceled the silent disco for whatever reason still unknown) Pools 7/10 if that. That’s probably being very generous. Thank goodness for our amazing swim out!!!! The entertainment and pools overall we enjoyed so much more at TRS Coral sharing with the Palladium side. The room itself that we specifically had, the beach and the food is what made the stay exceptional. I have previously stayed at Majestic Elegance and Majestic Colonial in Punta Cana years ago and the pools & entertainment there in the DR from what I remember was far superior. I found the lobby itself very underwhelming compared to the DR resorts. New furnishings (stains, looked worn) for the lobby itself probably would amp up what really is the hub for the entire resort. We participated in the poolside Guacamole class and that was amazing!!! Then one night at the Mexican (we ate there twice) they came table side and made fresh guacamole with a sample of 3 or 4 sauces as well as an appetizer before ordering from the menu. We were completely impressed with Don Juame steakhouse (ate there 3 of the nights) especially the Filet and the Chilean Salmon Filet coated in orange and pistachio crust!! The Mexican restaurant we ate at 2x and that was very good! Breakfast at the buffet one morning was very good but the a la carte at Il Botaccio was over the top scrumptious!! We would be curious how the new Majestic Mirage right next door, which is still being developed will appeal. The location only 40 minutes from the airport is ideal and I will say Majestic Elegance has the prettiest beach ever and so huge!!

We stayed at Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres in May 2025 and had the most incredible experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, welcoming, and attentive. The staff truly go above and beyond to make you feel special. The resort itself is absolutely stunning — the pools, the beach, and the lush landscaping all felt like paradise. Our room was spacious, clean, and luxurious with a beautiful view. The food was consistently delicious with great variety, and the specialty restaurants offered some really memorable meals. What made it extra special for us as a couple was the peaceful, romantic vibe. Let’s talk entertainment team. I miss the foam party on Thursday but saw the host and all his passion and energy put into making the guest have the ultimate experience. On Saturday, I had the opportunity to go to the foam party. The same host was there. What an experience. Remember the name JAIME RAMIREZ. He did the water arobics first and then into the foam party. I tell you, you’re talking about a guy that can keep the energy going JAMIE is the guy. He will make your trip to majestic elegance worth every dollar you spend. The restaurants staff was also great. ANGEL and GUADALUPE would not let your drink be empty. They too put their heart and soul in what they do. Housekeeping staff was amazing. Daily cleaning, fresh towels, just refreshing to come “home” too. Last but not least our assistant, Rubi. Wow, you need something, she’ll get it for you. Always checking in on you and giving you the event schedule for the next day. ALL the staff here always always greet you and ask you how is everything. I haven't written a review in awhile...I fear this is going to be a LONG one! My husband and I stayed at this resort for our anniversary in May 2025. We were there for 1 week and booked a junior suite on the adult side of the resort called "Elegance Club". I had been wanting to try this resort for a few years because I had only heard positive things about it so we were very excited about our stay! It truly did meet and exceed out expectations! We arrived at the resort very early and were escorted to the Elegance Club check in area/lounge. We were given a welcome drink of juice (no alcohol) which was very refreshing. Since we were so early, our room wasn't ready so we changed in the lounge (they have excellent private facilities to do that). The person at check in told us to come back after 2pm as our room should be ready by then. They offered to have a butler escort us to the buffet but we asked if we could just go to a pool instead...she said the butler would show us where the pools were. The butler who went with us walked us to the door leading outside from the lobby and pointed and said "the pools are that way" LOL. We asked about which way the adult pools were and she admitted she was very new and that she wasn't sure. No biggie, we just went on our way! We headed to the infinity pool on the Elegance Club/Adult time (which is where we ended up spending most of our week). I had read some slightly negative comments about the pool layout being strange and that they weren't large enough for the size of the resort....that is somewhat valid. For a resort this size I would expect there to be a much larger main pool area where as this resort is somewhat broken up into smaller pools (many of which have swim out rooms on one side...those are open to for guests to sit/swim from the other side but that felt somewhat intrusive to us). Anyway, all of that aside, as "pool people" the infinity pool worked well for us! We ended up having so much fun at the pool that we didn't go back to check in until about 3pm (which honestly, I had planned because that was check in time and I didn't want to have to leave the pool only to find out the room wasn't ready yet). Obviously, you hope when celebrating something that you MIGHT be offered an upgrade...that didn't happen...but we ended up really liking our room. We were in building 4 (which over looks the family pool) and closer to the lobby end of the resort. This meant a longer walk to the pool/beach but very well located for restaurants, the lobby etc. which worked well for us. I will say that that location (any of the buildings close to the lobby) you will hear the nighttime entertainment in your room. Something to consider if you go to bed early. The room itself was very nice, comfortable beds, good AC, big. The only things I would say is that there isn't really an area to put a large suitcase (there are spaces for small to mid-size ones). And the water temperature can vary quite a lot in the shower (without you changing it). The room was cleaned well daily but the fridge often wasn't filled. We also found the do not disturb light/button a bit confusing (you would press it, it would turn red...so you would think the do not disturb was on....but it would often just change back to white...so you thought it was off. Our first day we had a note on out door saying they couldn't clean because we had left the do not disturb on. And other times it was red when we ordered room service (so they would leave it in the box) but they still knocked and wanted to come in. Seriously, not a big deal (and it might have only been our room) it was the first time we had stayed at a resort with a room service box and the more digital do not disturb system so I was oddly looking forward to it. I loved the box for dirty dishes but the old school door signs might be easier! Our butler was really nice and very responsive. I got the feeling he thought we were told about things that were included at check in (aromatherapy in the room. pillow menu, bottle of alcohol, reservations, what restaurants we had access to etc.) which we weren't. This is probably because we didn't agree to go the the buffet with the person after check in....but we ended up having to ask him a lot of questions. You can also find information on their app (and I had done a fair bit of research before arriving as well). They use a WhatsApp style app to communicate with you, so make sure you have space on a phone to download that. He arranged an anniversary display with balloons, towel art and rose petals one night and left hats and shirts in the room another night. Those were both very sweet and appreciated! The grounds are beautiful and well maintained (very clean). It is a pretty compact resort which is easy to navigate. The restaurants are all pretty close together, so not too much walking. The beach is really beautiful (wish we had spent a bit more time down there). Soft white sand, not too much seaweed and the water was relatively calm. The food was really good overall. I have to say I wasn't a HUGE fan of the breakfast options. The buffet, there were lots of options but I never seemed to find anything I really loved (and the servers were just really overworked in there). The Italian (which is an Elegance Club perk) was better but it had a relatively small a la carte menu. Lunch we are not big lunch people on vacation but I will say do NOT miss out on the beach BBQ...those burgers are so (SO) good! We also enjoyed popping into one of the club lounges for a snack at lunchtime. Dinners at the a la cartes were all great! We tried the Steak House, Italian, Mexican and Japanese ones and liked all of them a lot! The dress code (mainly long pants/closed toe shoes for men) seems to be a bit...all over the place right now. Originally we were told the steakhouse and the French needed them, that changed to the Italian and the French (I think, we didn't try it). I totally think resorts SHOULD have dinner dress codes but I have a hard time with this one....a man wearing nice dress shorts and a golf shirt is turned away but a man wearing track pants, a t-shirt and a baseball hat is okay? Room Service had a lot of options and arrived within the time frame they said. The drinks were great at all the bars (very large selection of top shelf liquors which were all included....you just need to specify/ask) for what you want in your drink. Don't miss out on the 2 beach bars and the piano bar (amazing coffees in the morning and even better espresso martinis in the evening!) We did the hydrotherapy at the spa and that was well worth it, the spa is beautiful! The service was very, VERY good overall. I can honestly say other than a few mornings the service was incredibly friendly and attentive. A particular shout out to Misael at the Infinity/Club swim up bar....he is AMAZING. Very good at his job, makes great drinks, friendly...truly a stand out to us and a credit to Majestic. I wish I could remember the name of the bartender at the piano bar most mornings...he made amazing coffee drinks and was also very sweet to me one morning when he saw I was struggling with ear pain (he brought me hot water to hold on my ears because his little daughter had the same problem and that helps her). He took time to talk with all the guests (who wanted to interact) and teach words in Spanish, again amazing service. We are not huge night time entertainment people but it is actually really good here! The Queen Show and the Mexican wrestling especially. Also enjoyed the bands after the show a few nights. And the sports bar had a great selection of events on many TV's. I will say that while this a split property (30% family/70% adults) there really weren't very many children while we were there. I do think this resort is best suited for couples (and friend groups) and families with small children. Despite a cool looking teen activity room I think older kids (like 8 to 16) might be bored. So, lastly...a few suggestions....these aren't complaints but there is always room for improvement! 1. It would be great if there was food service to your pool lounge chair (even if a very small menu and only on the elegance club side as a perk). There are lots of options for lunch but I just feel like this would be an added bonus for a resort of this level. 2. The pool chairs....we noticed every morning there were several chairs with just the Majestic beach bag everyone gets in the room on them. We realized that the staff was doing this to hold chairs for people (to get tips). I actually don't really have an issue with that (no different than a guest holding a chair and I'd be happy to tip if I arrive late to the pool) but the problem was the staff wasn't monitoring the chairs they had left things on (so many days they just sat empty because guests don't want to cause a fuss by moving what they think are other guest's belongings). Once we realized this...we just moved the bag and took the chair (which confirmed our suspicions because no one ever came back for their bag). 3. There should be a way to tip your butler (and the spa) on a credit card. We feel really bad that we didn't tip our butler...we were off the resort one day (thought we would be back before he left), he was off the next day and we left to go home the day after very early (well before he arrived). We thought about leaving him cash in an envelope but that seemed like it might not get to him. 4. Make the do not disturb system a bit more simple Sorry, that was long! I would definitely recommend this resort. We travel to all inclusives a lot (despite my lack of recent reviews...been more into YouTube lately) and this has been one of out faves. We both really hope to return soon!

The staff Abraham at the beach pool bar, Alejandro and Don Jaume, Pablo at room service, Diego and Filberto at the Mexican restaurant have made our trip that extra special. They made us feel like family everytime we come back. And we can’t forget Andres our personal butler for the week that took care of all our needs and did something special for my birthday and our Anniversary the same week. We spent most of our day by the beach and Abraham was amazing. He looked after us everyday at the beach. Always smiling and made the effort to chat and get to know us everyday regardless how busy he was. We felt like we made a new friend. Awesome customer service. And same goes with his team at the bar which worked hard everyday to make sure everyone was hydrated. lol Alejandro we met the first two times we were at Majestic elegance. We always enjoyed the conversations and as well excellent customer service.Again he did something special for us both nights we went to see him and his staff. If anyone is looking for a hotel that is not too big and loves the food, pool and amazing beach. This hotel is the best bang for the buck. As me and my wife have gone to a lot more expensive resorts than this one with lesser service and food was just subpar. Give this hotel a try. You will not be disappointed. This is a wonderful resort! The beach is beautiful and for the most part our service was great. We had no issues with check-in as we did the elegance club and they were so kind. The welcome drink was fantastic. We had the elegance club rooftop plunge pool room and it was amazing! We loved being able to have our own pool to relax and also used it at night. The only con is that it is not cooled so it can get very warm during the day but we still loved it and used it constantly. So far as the room goes, the bed is one of the most comfortable we have ever stayed in and the pillow menu was great also. I slept like a baby every night and it was quiet. Martha the maid did a wonderful job each day with housekeeping and making sure we had what we needed. Alexander our Butler helped when we asked but it seemed like more of a request line only during working hours rather than a butler service which is no fault of his. We did love the rose petals and sweet note on the bed that was left during our stay. Food was what we expected for an all inclusive. The standout for us was the steakhouse and mar house dinner (surf and turf). The beach was beautiful and we had no issues getting a spot each day. Baez who did our beach service was fantastic and we enjoyed talking with him and learning more about the island. The entertainment was fun! The Michael Jackson show, White Night, and Mexican night was great. Tito and the entertainment team work so hard and make sure everyone has a great time! The fire show was our favorite! We also loved being able to play pool and darts at night in the sports bar. We loved the club lounge and used it constantly as it was always stocked with water, sodas, alcohol, snacks, etc. and was always immaculately clean. We enjoyed sitting in the hammocks at night and listening to the ocean after we ate dinner. Items we feel need improvement but in no way ruined our stay: We feel there could be more breakfast and lunch options other than the buffet and the Italian restaurant. The buffet food needed to be covered more as there were flies, etc. that would get on the food. We did have issues with getting nespresso pods and drinks restocked in the fridge in our room unless we asked. The shower in the room was great but the soaker tub did not fill up very quickly/at all and had a lot of wear/tear so we just used the shower. On the beach we witnessed a couple pay off a staff member to reserve seats in the morning which was not necessary or needed because there were several beds available and is not fair to other paying guests. There are no bathrooms on the beach so if you need to go you have to walk back by the pool at the resort. Not a super long walk but something to consider if you need to go often. One thing to note is we noticed large feces floating in the ocean water which was disgusting. We have been to several all inclusives in Cancun, and this is the first time this has happened. As others have been told also, it’s from a neighboring resort and no fault of this resort but just something to keep in mind as it was definitely not from “sea-life” and caused us to get out of the water a few times. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would recommend as it is more budget friendly than a lot of other all inclusive resorts and never felt crowded to us.

The resort was beautiful and clean. The food was great and our butler Alexander was fantastic. We will definitely be returning! Would be great if you could keep the wrist bands as a keep-sake but it was definitely a great experience and we can't wait to come back.

The fridge was only stocked once without us having to ask for service. I was told to make sure the room wasn't "red" (locked) which it was not. One day we scheduled an excursion that we had to leave by 7 AM. Due to the fact we were going to be gone all day, we wanted to eat. Unfortunately, none of the places to eat opened until 7 AM. Room service began at 6 AM so I tried to order that. Unfortunately, I was told it would take more than an hour to receive it so that did not work either. I walked down to the lobby where they normally stock pastries and yogurts and to my surprise, two workers had donuts and other items on a cart and were stocking the table. I explained to the workers that I had to leave for an excursion and intended to get food for my wife and I. I was told that they "did not open" for another 15 minutes and therefore, I could not have any food. I found it outragous that the workers would not give me a couple donuts and juice for my wife and I...Food that was just sitting on a cart. So we left and were hungry most of the day until we got fed on the trip. The room was nice and everyone was friendly. The plunge pool was really great. We were very impressed by the entertainment. Overall, I would recommend this resort but maybe try a different one.

First and foremost, the resort and staff here are phenomenal. The food is amongst the finest we've had at a resort. The room was clean and comfy and close to the amenities. We always felt safe, relaxed and well taken care of. They even had a Mexican market night with traditional foods including desserts. The restaurants are fantastic. The steakhouse is a standout. WE loved the cigar lounge too. Breakfast was fantastic and there was never a lack of food and treats to be had. We had a wonderful time here. It's a bit of a walk everywhere on this resort because it's huge. Top shelf booze, great food and wonderful beaches. The sand dunes made for interesting cabanas - we saw some people trying to shovel their way into a comfy beach situation. One thing worth mentioning: while we were swimming in the ocean, on two different occasions, we noticed human poo floating by. We were told it was turtle poo but we knew better. 100% disgusting but not the resorts fault. We found out later, it's from the neighbouring island where they dump into the ocean. Disgusting. Like "I'm not swimming again" kinda disgusting. Again, not our resorts fault but definitely worth mentioning. All in all, feces aside, we had a wonderful time here. Highly recommend if they can deal with the unwanted "sealife" from the adjacent Isla.

Everyone and everything was fantastic. Especially Amanda and Henry. Amanda from entertainment made everything so fun! Our butler Henry did a fantastic job of taking care of us with everything we needed around the resort! I will definitely be coming back

Angel was very kind and helpful throughout our whole stay at the beach! I would highly recommend that you visit with Angel to enjoy your stay at the beach! He was very attentive through out our stay. He also made sure we had plenty to drink all day!!!
