We wanted to share about how classy the Garza Blanca Resort was in Puerto Vallarta. We stayed 4 weeks at Garza Blanca. We ate all inclusive for 3 weeks. This resort hired top notch chefs! I am writing this review to give compliments to the staff members mentioned below by name. Thanks to their personal, dedicated and caring service which gave us a wonderful vacation. Believe me on our first day back in Arizona in our 55+ village, everyone was asking how our vacation was. We are sharing our love for Garza here and in AZ. Dao Restaurant was our FAVORITE!!! David and Alberto gave us friendly and attentive service. Bocados Steak House made flavorful and tender steaks. We were pleasantly greeted by hostess Jessi, such a sweet gal! Our waiters through the month gave optimal service: Thank you Martin, Angel, and Julian. Also, thank you to our suite maid called Cynthia. Our room was so tidy! Cynthia had a permanent smile on her face as she cleaned and served our needs. She always decorated our bed with towel characters or fancy scarf designs. We stayed on floor 6 where she cleaned in building 2. We also appreciated the butler staff. We had Alejandro, Roberto, Felipe C., Zuno & Jose V. When I met our butlers, I said why have a butler? It wasn't long and I found out! They made reservations for us, they solved problems, and answered questions. Install whatsapp on your phone so you can easily connect with them. Irving and Alehandro were polished waiters at Hiroshi. We ate breakfast daily at Blanca Blue. Thank you Chef Rodrigo and Miguel for all of our delicious food. We can’t say enough good about the waiter’s and hostesses, Abigail, Emily, & Mariana, and manager, Elaine! Elaine and Abigail came to the exit door when we were loading for our airport ride to offer a personal goodbye for photos with us. Really? Now that is going above and beyond, gals!! Our favorite waiters were: Humberto, Christian, Pablo, Alexis, Luis, Junior, Ronaldo, Mario, Francisco and Omar. A standout evening was a romantic dinner on the beach arranged by Fabian and served to us by (think Adrian?) That dining experience had a goal to PLEASE. Thank you to both! At the concierge desk, manger Lorena, assisted us with reservations. Great job! Liz was a new employee and she checked us in, but she still was familiar with Puerto Vallarta as a long time resident. Mike, chef, hosted a delicious ceviche class…such fun! The swimming pool was a daily highlight for us. The pool attendants Salvador, Ray and Tito helped us reserve pool lounges. They were lifesavers for us. So you see the staff are there to serve and even call you familia putting their hand on their heart.

We went to Garza Blanca for our tenth anniversary. The staff were the highlight. All of the amenities were excellent. The views were gorgeous. I would recommend the Mexican dishes over the American ones. Bring a bathing suit on the waterfall hike. Try to get a room with an ocean...

Make a reservation it you want to have dinner at the steakhouse.

Roberto Gallardo made our trip so much better. He and his entire team was attentive to our needs. Honestly we are coming back just to see him. The food was also really good. Reservations at restaurants are recommended and they fill up quickly.

We had a fantastic stay at Garza Blanca Puerto Vallarta! We booked this hotel and stayed for a week for our honeymoon. It was so incredibly luxurious and we had the best time here. The staff were so friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for you. A special thanks to Ronnie who led all of the activities we took part in and was so friendly and funny! Thanks also to Cesar who helped organise some amazing activities for us outside of the hotel which made our stay so memorable. This resort is honestly fantastic. The facilities are great and have everything you could need to relax and take care of yourself whilst you're away. There has been every effort made to ensure that every little detail has been thought of. The restaurant's were also fantastic. We thought we would only have access to three restaurants as part of the all-inclusive, it turned out we actually had access to five and everyone of them we ate at was delicious. In particular the Chinese restaurant DAO had the most delicious house noodle dish, I wish I could get this at home! The setting is absolutely beautiful and peaceful and if you stay in a beach facing room you will wake up to the sound of waves on the beach every morning - absolute bliss. Thanks so much to all the staff at the resort, we will definitely be back!

We have been visiting Garza Blanca for many years and it has never failed to deliver. The food is consistently great, the apartments are of high quality and clean (thank you Zoila Garcia) and the location perfect with daily views of Whales and evening sunsets. However what makes this feel like home are the staff. As they are so good it is always difficult to name particular individuals but this year we were there for two weeks and so I made a list of staff who went above and beyond and where they worked. My boyfriend & I had the BEST time at Hotel Garza Blanca PV. I got us this all inclusive trip as a Christmas present. We were extremely well serviced by Ivan at the pool all week. We loved our water fall tour guide/hike. The staff was lovely throughout. Unfortunately as soon as we arrived back home in the states my credit card was charged $175.72 USD for a supposed dinner we ate on our last day? Expect ZERO way of getting customer support from this hotel on the phone before you arrive or after you leave if something goes wrong. I have tried calling the resort every day since our departure. I have sent dozens of emails. One month later -still no response. Only an email with a receipt that doesn't show any details / context. So here I am still fighting a $175.72 charge when we were on an all inclusive plan and only purchased a $15.04 bottle of sun screen during our stay. The fact that this, a public post on trip advisor as my final plea for some customer service, is sad. Hey Garza Blanca PV- answer my emails or answer your phones.

The entire pool staff is wonderful! A special thanks to Ivan Solis for always making sure we were set with food and drinks! Ron and Salvador went out of there way to make sure we were happy with the perfect lounge chairs and plenty of towels. The bar staff Aqua Blues was terrific. We would have a wonderful Espresso Martini before heading off to dinner.

Big shoutout to Gio and Arturo (Bocados Breakfast) for taking care of us during our March 2025 trip. Their service and attention was great. We went for breakfast there every morning because the food was great and the service even better. Would definitively go back. Carlos & Diana.

Great food at the steak house( Bocados). Lobster tail really great! Drinks great pineapple storm with tequila amazing drinks. The view in the patio is amazing. Recommend doing dinner at 6pm yo watch the sunset. Great service by Martin, Esteban and Ricardo
