My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful visit to St. Lucia and beautiful accommodations at Serenity at Coconut Bay. Our room was well-appointed and very clean; our Butler was friendly, helpful, and attentive; the restaurant had delicious food and lovely staff; and we enjoyed a fun excursion off property to Hotel Chocolat. We definitely plan to come back!

From the moment we arrived at Serenity, we had an amazing experience! The room, facilities, restaurant, and grounds were well maintained and clean. From the moment we arrived at Serenity, we had an amazing experience! The room, facilities, restaurant, and grounds were well maintained and clean. Our room was comfortable, clean, and always stocked with fresh towels. As great as the resort is, it would be nothing without its amazing and accommodating staff! Our butler, Kaisha, was great at making sure we were well taken care of during our stay. We were also assisted by Alli and McCarthy who helped check us in and made sure we were settled into our suite. Kevin, Ray, and Toya were great on the bar, and were able to mix up amazing tropical drinks and recommended some fun things to do on the island. The food at the Greathouse restaurant was above expectations! From delicious fresh caught fish, amazing breakfast smoothies, and several themed dinners (the rum tasting and Caribbean fete night really stood out), we were left satisfied after every meal! If you want fresh coconuts, be sure to ask for them with your butler, bar staff, or Jonathan who harvests them directly.

I don’t like writing this review because serenity is such a special place. The accommodations were 5 Star, the food met or exceeded most Michelin star restaurants (Thank you Kevin). Thank you to McCarthy who was the best butler we have ever experienced. Mr. Chin please do not change this small venue and very intimate retreat you have created an exceptional experience with amazing talent. This will now be our annual destination, sorry secrets and sandals this venue is in a league of its own.

We had an amazing week celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary! Privacy, pool, food were amazing and the staff was absolutely fantastic. They know you by name take excellent care of all your needs anytime of the day. We will be back with our family. Thank you!

Serenity at Coconut Bay was the absolute perfect place to celebrate our honeymoon. Its location close to the airport made it extremely easy to get to, and allowed us to go from “wheels down” at the airport to “drink in hand” at the resort within about 30-40 minutes! The accommodations at Serenity were beautiful, and the room felt like it was newly built. The room was very quiet and peaceful, and we loved the waterfall shower and comfy bed. We also loved the outdoor space with the patio and private plunge pool, and we decided to have our breakfast delivered to our outdoor patio almost every day. We even had one “floating breakfast” where the staff delivered the meal on a giant tray which floats in the plunge pool. That was something we never even considered as an option before this trip! The rest of the resort was great, with easy access to a very quiet private beach, and a beautiful pool deck with cabanas and a spectacular bar setup. We ate almost every meal at the restaurant on-site at Serenity. The menu was vast, and the food was absolutely delicious. We were able to try all sorts of different meats and fishes, and had a variety of “local” staples as well as versions of dishes from other countries. The multi-course meals were so good that we had to pace ourselves while eating our appetizers, salads, and soup, to ensure we would have room for the entree and desert! Most of all, the service from the staff was impeccable. From the room butlers, to the bar and restaurant staff, to the culinary staff, to the maid service, and even the spa employees, everyone was exceptionally warm and accommodating. By day 2 of the trip, it felt like almost everybody knew us by name, and when staff would ask us, “How was your day?” it felt as if they genuinely cared about our answer. I could not recommend a better place for a couple looking to spend a honeymoon trip, and we will certainly plan to return to Serenity for a future anniversary celebration!

Almost three weeks later and we are still sad we had to leave. We booked the Grande Plunge Pool Butler Suite and our stay included the Grand Romance package. The food, drinks, in-suite couples spa massage, excursions, activities and the people were all amazing. Truly 10/10 experience. Kert, the absolutely best, was our personal butler for our stay. Before arriving, I expressed to him all the decorations/activities that I would like for my wife’s birthday. Without any reminders or questions, Kert excelled above expectations. Attention to detail was superb. We cannot thank Kert and the staff enough for all the time they put into for not only making our honeymoon extremely memorable, but also making my wife’s birthday the best yet. The hospitality from everyone on the resort was exceptional. Also, want to give a special shout out to Toya, Delon, Charles, Patrice, Trisha, Kevin, Ray, and everyone else we encountered during our time there. You all made our experience very special!

I just got back from Serenity at Coconut Bay and I had the most amazing time. The staff there were the most accommodating, kind, thoughtful and sweet people I’ve ever come across on vacation. I did challenge them with the difficult task of executing a proposal for my girlfriend and they went above and beyond connecting me with decor vendors and photographers and everyone did an outstanding job. It was executed perfectly! Kaisha was our butler and she did an awesome job. Even when we made last minute requests and changes, she was always accommodating and waiting for us with a smile. She was my right hand through all of the proposal planning and I literally couldn’t have done it without her. Whenever she was off duty, Neri took her place and was just as accommodating, smiley, kind and helpful. Cornelius and Dwayne were our drivers for excursions and were extremely informative and helpful during our time with them (taking our pictures, holding our things, meeting us wherever we were). The food was really really good and Ray and Kevin had the drinks flowing at the bar & always had smiles on their faces and were happy to see us. Abigail and Lilia gave us a couples massages and both were absolutely perfect. Highly recommend the beachside spa services! Shekina at the main Coconut Bay resort took a liking to my fiancee and I and treated us like family, greeting us with hugs and warm wishes everyday. I felt so strongly connected to the staff here, they really did make us feel like family. All in all, great food and drinks, good party vibes at coconut bay, relaxing and peaceful vibes at serenity, amazing spa experience, and lovely staff! I definitely think when we visit St. Lucia we will be staying here again.

I stumbled across this resort a few years ago while researching resorts in St. Lucia and was ecstatic to finally visit for mine and my husband’s 10th anniversary this April! We were so impressed with the spacious and comfortable suites, beauty of the resort and country, fresh and delicious food and cocktails, and guest focused, friendly staff. We loved the intimacy of the resort and surroundings, the themed evenings and activities, and all of the extras included in the Grand Romance package (complimentary with a 7 day stay or longer). The only aspect that fell slightly shorter than expectations was the butler service. While Ethan was extremely nice and fulfilled all of our requests, he was not as proactive and engaged as we were expecting. I’ve read countless reviews about intuitive butler service and we were not left with this impression based on our experience. Our favorite team members were: Ray, Kevin, Delon, Jonathon (the coconut man), Ali, Sabby, & Toya. Overall, we had a wonderful week in paradise and hope to be lucky enough to return one day.

We stayed here for almost two weeks for our honeymoon. This resort offers a honeymoon package that includes so much! The resort itself is stunning. Everything is kept pristine. I love the "boutique" feel. It never felt crowded. The food was DELICIOUS! They had rotating specials so meals never felt repetitive. Even the room service menu was really good. Our room was beautiful. We made use of our plunge pool, lounge chairs and hammock. There were days we wouldn't even have to leave the room. This resort thinks of everything you need to ensure you have a relaxing and romantic honeymoon. Now the most important part that makes this place so magical....THE STAFF! The handwritten notes and thoughtfulness that goes into their daily routine makes this place unlike resort we have ever visited in the past. We are so happy we didn't choose the commercial resorts like Sandals. I know we would not have received this amount of attention and hospitality. Everyone was great and always greeted us with a smile but I have to give a huge shoutout to our faves NELLA, TOYA, SABBY, RAY, and KEVIN. They go above and beyond for guests. They quickly became like family and knew us by our names. The effort and details they put into their customer service is phenomenal. Our butler DANIEL deserves his own shoutout. Daniel was so polite and friendly. From the start of our trip to finish he didn't miss a detail. He knew the drinks and snacks we liked and always made sure we were stocked with them. He would check in to see if we needed anything. He planned our itinerary which was so helpful and well planned out. He even picked up a hat outside the resort that I couldn't find and was looking for as a souvenir. Daniel is amazing at his job and I would definitely recommend him to other couples. We are already trying to plan our next trip back. There is NO place like this. Thank you to Serenity and staff for making our honeymoon a trip we will remember for the rest of our lives!

Kevin & Ray at the bar were so fun! Hilarious, always in a good mood, excited to see you and can often times be found dancing and having a good time. They’re contribute handsomely to the fun and energetic culture that exists around the main pool/resort areas. The nighttime chef is an all-star. One day we went deep sea fishing, caught some Mahi Mahi and brought it back. The chef cooked it that night, thought I would only get one style of preparation but he went above and beyond, surprised us with 3 different, unique styles that all tasted AMAZING! Above and beyond. A 5-star chef no doubt. And lastly the men & women who served us at each meal and throughout the day - Lee, Tyler, Jessa, Toya, Sabby - they took the time to get to know us personally and made us feel at-home and like part of the family. My wife and I stayed at Serenity for our honeymoon for 10 days and could not recommend them enough. Everything was beyond our expectations. The food was excellent for every meal. Even the all day snacks at the pool or room service was very good. We were originally worried that there was only one restaurant on the premises, but we got everything on the Greathouse menu and it was all excellent and we went every day. The daily breakfast to the room is also a great way to start the day. Delivered on time each day. You also have access to the bars and restaurants at Coconut Bay, which we did one night, but Greathouse is the best. The property was very clean even the bathrooms by the pool. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. A/C worked great. The private plunge pools in the room were also great to relax in. On some days they have special lunches, dinners, and activities like live music, karaoke, and different classes of which I recommend them all. The lunch and dinner events they have on some days of the week are just as good as Greathouse and add variety to the food options if you are worried about eating at Greathouse too often (which you don’t need to worry about since everything on the Greathouse menu was very good). I have been to quite a few all-inclusive resorts in the Caribbean and always worry about the quality of the food, but this was the best all-inclusive food I’ve had in my experience. We were always kept busy if we wanted to be or had lazy days by the pool. The service was next level. Our butler Kert was amazing. He took care of everything for us including booking dinners and any excursions we wanted to do. He made our whole itinerary for us for the week when we arrived that we could adjust if we wanted to, but he was spot on. He made everything so easy and even left us some surprises in the room. He stocked our fridge with waters, sodas, and alcohol each day and checked in on us if we needed anything. The entire staff is so welcoming and made our time there so great we can’t wait to go back. Big shout out to Kevin, Toya, Ray, and Hannah. Friendliest people that make your time there so fun and welcoming. The drinks were good, quality liquor and definitely not watered down like some all-incisive places do. The place is run seamlessly. Highly recommend a day in a beach cabana and a massage in your room. The sushi making class with Lucy was also a lot of fun and delicious. The resort is 5 minutes from the airport so super easy drive which alleviates some stress of catching your flight home.

Serenity at Coconut Bay is like stepping into a dream. We left the commotion of the airport behind as we took a quick private limo ride to Serenity. Already we were starting to unwind. Our butler, Davidson, met us at the entrance and welcomed us with coconut water. The staff is genuinely welcoming and friendly everywhere we went. Davidson reserved all of our adventures on site and off. The Drive and Fly Buggy Tour through the rainforest was a fantastic adventure! David’s always made sure we had a bubble bath to return to after a busy day! I felt so pampered and spoiled! Our beach cabana day was a private luxury. Away from the bustle of Coconut Bay we thoroughly enjoyed the cabana shower to rinse off and the cooler and food of our choice delivered by Gina who stepped in seamlessly for Davidson that day. We enjoyed a few days at the pool with soothing music and the company of people from all around the world. Serenity is never crowded because there’s only room for 36 couples! My husband enjoyed the pool loungers but being sensitive to the sun I opted for a cabana. We also did the ATV Tour. I was a little nervous initially because I never drove one before but after a few rounds of the practice trail I was ready! The guides were very attentive. There is so much more to say. Our overall impression was of a complete staff that made us their priority, inquired about our days and remembered our preferences. At the end we felt like we were leaving friends behind. Our Serenity vacation is the best trip we’ve ever been on. See you next year friends!

Serenity at Coconut Bay truly lives up to its name, and the reviews on TripAdvisor tell the story. My wife and I spent 7 nights at Serenity in April of 2025 for our babymoon, and I couldn’t imagine a more perfect choice. The suites are unbelievable, massive units, the food is delicious, and the service is the best we’ve received at any resort we’ve had the pleasure to stay at. The Grand Romance package is a must, we very much enjoyed the beach cabana, pool cabana, massage, private island excursion, pool cabana dinner etc. We especially loved the private feel of the resort, it was so easy to slip away when we wanted to be alone, but there are plenty of opportunities to be social as well. We loved the nightly entertainment and activities such as the Rum Fete and Dinner Under the Stars. They also have multiple daytime activities (Tacos & Tequila was our favorite). What sets this resort apart is the service; our butler, Davidson, was unbelievably accommodating to my wife’s pregnancy, planning our week to ensure that she was comfortable and able to participate in everything we were looking for (pre natal massages instead of regular, chocolate making class instead of mud baths etc). The people at Serenity truly care about crafting a memorable experience for you, and everyone was beyond friendly and accommodating everywhere we went (shout out to the Great House waitstaff, bartenders etc). We also loved the touches of coming back to drawn baths in our room and various cute towel animals and kind notes, it made us feel very special. If you’re looking to take a romantic vacation with your spouse for any reason (honeymoon, babymoon, anniversary, just because) - you’ve found the perfect place. Serenity lives up to its name in every respect, 10/10 and we will absolutely be returning.

Just came back from our 3rd trip to Serenity and we will def be going back for a 4th! Most relaxing place ever! The food is AMAZING ~ very unique and beyond tasty! Drinks are incredible ~ shout out to Ray and Kevin ~ best bartenders!! Our butler for the 2nd year in a row, Kimberly, went above and beyond and made our stay perfection! We wanted for nothing! She is the absolute best!! All the staff at Serenity makes you feel like family. Do yourself a favor and book your vacation here! Your biggest regret will be when your trip is over!

This was our tenth holiday at Serenity. We were fortunate enough to stay when the hotel first opened in May 2017 when we decided this was a superior hotel where we would like to return as frequently as possible. Since then we have seen the hotel mature in a thoroughly positive way, giving it a deserved reputation of being one of the best 5 star hotels in St Lucia. The main asset of the resort is the staff, at all levels. Their primary aim is to make its guests feel part of a big Serenity family, which we firmly feel part of. It would be hard for them to make us feel more welcome. This is one of the prime reasons for our frequent returns. For us, the butler service is not one of the key features that makes us return to Serenity however, all the butlers we have experienced over the years have been brilliant. This year was no exception with Quade looking after us so very well. Without being intrusive he made sure that everything we asked for was done in a very efficient, effective and timely manner. Coupled with his very pleasant personality we couldn’t have asked for more, Our room (sanctuary) was very well appointed and kept scrupulously clean. The outside area was totally private which was perfect for enjoying the lovely warm water in our plunge pool. Having our massage in the outside area was especially enjoyable. This sanctuary experience is another reasons we enjoy Serenity so much. Dining and service at The Greathouse was as good as always. The fixed menu is varied and there is a chef’s special every day. However, Chefs Roy and Rifer were always willing to produce a bespoke meal if required. There is also a very broad bar and snack menu containing some very tasty light bite options if you don’t want to dine at the restaurant during the day. Additionally, meals can be prepared and served inside your sanctuary, for that extra special occasion. As usual we took the opportunity to use the cabanas on Paradise Beach. For us, they make for a perfect day, providing beautiful views to Maria Island and a great level of privacy even though they are right on the beach. There are also cabanas around the Greathouse pool but we prefer the beachfront cabanas. The resort works very hard to keep the beaches as free as possible from of the naturally occurring Sargassum weed problem that is endemic across the Caribbean. Other than one day following an overnight storm, the beach cleaning tractors kept the beach virtually weed free and the level of weed in the water was minimal. Returning to the staff, there are so many who made our stay so memorable it would take too long to mention them all. However we would like to especially thank the Serenity manager, Chris Chin, who is responsible for much of the resort’s current success. Additionally, Quade our butler, Patrice and Christie our day and night room service ladies, Ray, Charles, Chefs Roy and Rifer, Jakim, Natoyah, Tyler, Lee, Delon, Hannah, Natasha, and Ginel from the Greathouse Restaurant and Bar and Jonathan the coconut man must be mentioned. And of course Kevin who plays such a large part in the success of the resort in his many roles of barman, waiter, entertainments hoist and sommelier as well as being so charming and talented. Our thanks go to all of them and, of course, all those we haven’t mentioned, for making our stay such a wonderful experience. As we hope you can gather, we feel that Serenity is a great place to go for a holiday and we recommend it unreservedly. We look forward to our next stay at Serenity.

Our Butler Kimberly went above and beyond, Kevin and Charles at the bar made the best drinks, Toya and Hannah were so sweet and always made sure we had everything we needed. The food at the Greathouse is amazing - breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The entertainment at Serenity and Coconut Bay was wonderful every single night. We enjoyed the beach cabana, relaxing pool, plunge pool, deep sea fishing excursion and the sunset tour. The vibes were perfect every day and night. We can’t wait to come back.

Serenity was the perfect place for our Honeymoon! From the second we arrived, we felt like royalty. They greeted us with welcome drinks and stored our bags while we waited for our room to be ready. Our butler, Daniel, prepared our week's itinerary for us, and packed it with a great mix of excursions & relaxation time! Some of our favorite activities included the ATV tours, Beach Cabana Day, and the In-Suite Massage. The food was amazing. The best food we've had at an all-inclusive resort! The entire staff was so friendly. They catered to our every need. We highly recommend staying at Serenity. We already can't wait to come back!

Just returned last night from the most fantastic week at Serenity. Even before we set foot on the island, our butler Davidson was in contact to make sure that we would have everything that we needed. Our flight was delayed by 6 hours, and he stayed well past his shift to meet us at the airport, escort us straight to our room to check-in there, and to ensure that we had a delicious gourmet meal delivered to us to enjoy privately after a long day. Throughout the week, he was quick to check in, and respond to our every whim, but we never felt like he was hovering or being intrusive. His back-up Ali was incredibly sweet, and even gave us a guided tour of the entire Coconut Bay resort. Our room was stunning and the outdoor private space to lounge by our private pool, sunbathe, shower, and dine was just perfect. We started several mornings with room service for breakfast and even had a massage in our private oasis. Housekeeping was on point and completely inobtrusive - they managed to get in and out twice a day without us ever seeing them, and left sweet notes, towel animals, and always some sort of romantic surprise - from a bubble bath with champagne and charcuterie - to flower petals on the bed - to romantic music and a "fire" on the tv. We even had laundry done a couple of times during our stay and came home with nothing but clean clothes in our suitcases. The overall resort amenities were top notch - the private restaurant for Serenity guests was truly gourmet and everything we tried was delicious. Sabby, Devon, Kevin, and Ray kept the drinks flowing and were quick to assist with anything else we might need - even including a polish of our sunglasses! The pool side cabanas were lovely and had just enough privacy. But even without a reservation for a cabana - there were always plenty of lounge chairs and beds for everyone without needing to reserve anything. The spa was amazing and we took full advantage of it - Krystal and Toya truly stand out for their massages - they left no knot un-treated. We were there multiple times, and the staff was always friendly and professional. Our only complaint was that the gym (which is part of the larger Coconut Bay resort) was in need of some serious maintenance and upgrades. Many of the machines weren't working or were off kilter in some way. But, in the grand scheme of an amazing trip, we hardly noticed. Finally, I want to acknowledge our driver, Spencer who took us on a fantastic tour of the island and gave us a real glimpse into the beauty and abundance of the island. He made our day off resort truly special and even acted as our photographer so that we had some great photos of our adventures. We loved our time there - truly a spectacular honeymoon - and we cannot wait to go back!

Wow! This is by far the most beautiful and luxurious resort we have ever stayed at. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff who are unfailingly polite, friendly and helpful. The word 'no' does not exist at Serenity! We came here to celebrate our 30th anniversary. We had the smallest suite but it was more than adequate. Everything was spotlessly clean. There were always plenty of toiletries and fresh towels. The bed was extremely comfortable. We really enjoyed our patio with the plunge pool. There are just a few suggestions I would make to improve the room: it is not very dark at night - I had to wear an eye mask every night. There need to be heavier blinds as well as blinds on all the windows. Also I would have liked a better reading light beside the bed. The water in the shower and tub was warm but not hot. These are very minor things that did not interfere with our enjoyment of the room. Our butler, Kaisha, was phenomenal! We can't praise her enough! She checked in with us several times a day, whether at our room or at the pool where we spent the afternoon. She could not do enough for us. I had 2 of the best massages I have ever had at the Coconut Bay spa which Kaisha booked for me. Do not hesitate to treat yourself! The food at the Great House was 5 star every meal. The menu was vast - something for everyone. We enjoyed eating there and never had a meal delivered to our room. As we are early risers, we were often the only people at the Great House around 7 a.m. The staff there were always friendly and welcoming. No request was too onerous. Don't miss the wine tasting and cheese paring with Kevin. You have to book in advance but there is no extra charge and it was very interesting and a lot of fun. We were one of the older couples there (69 & 75). Many of the couples were on their honeymoon. One of the nicest aspects of Serenity is that it is indeed serene. Only soft relaxing music is played at the Great House and at the pool in the afternoon. Nobody was loud or rowdy. People do more or less keep to themselves. If you are looking for a place to party and meet others, this is not the place for you. The entertainment every evening at dinner was outstanding particularly the fire eaters!! We have been to many of the islands in the Caribbean as well as Mexico. This was also our 5th time in Saint Lucia. But Serenity at Coconut Bay is by far the best place we have every stayed. A huge thanks to Chris Chin and his team for making our holiday one to remember!

We visited March 28-April 4 If you’re reading this, then you’ve heard about Serenity? It’s like a dream come true! From the stunning surroundings to the mouthwatering food (and trust me, it’s amazing!), to the spacious and luxurious rooms, everything is top-notch. And the staff? They’re absolutely incredible! You’ll be greeted by your personal butler as you arrive, and we were lucky enough to have Kert for our stay. He was friendly, helpful, and made our stay a breeze. It was wonderful to know all our activities were being coordinated for us, and done in a way to perfectly balance activity and relaxation. And when I wanted an extra spa treatment, he was able to book it so it didn’t interfere with anything else. We felt so spoiled!! As you head to the pool and bar, you’ll probably meet Ray who’s always smiling while wearing all his hats - from making drinks (and jokes) for you to replenishing towels and relaxation to all around the pool. And Kevin is always having a good time and cracking a joke making sure everyone is having fun and ensuring nobody is wanting for anything! He does a great wine tasting class and pops in and out of other events as well. He’s a true rockstar who’s sure to leave you with a smile! The Great House restaurant is the only one on-site, but their menu is top-notch with a variety of dishes, and there are even special nights with unique menus. You’ll have a hard time making a decision, so it’s the perfect place to try everything throughout your stay…or just stick to your favorites. And the service? Oh my gosh, it’s amazing! Lee, Tyler, Ginel, and Sabby really stood out to us, greeting us whenever our paths crossed, even outside the restaurant setting. They made us feel like friends. The housekeeping staff is also incredible, with daytime cleanings and nighttime turndown service daily, replenishing your towels every time. And the towel animals and notes of inspiration they leave for you each morning and night? They’re the perfect touch! Big thanks to Trisha, Vaniah, Garvey, and Christy for all the fun creations and wonderful messages. The grand romance package was a fantastic way to enhance our stay which added some fun experiences both on and off the resort. The winds were a bit strong during our visit, which made the beach water a bit rough, but it was still perfect for kite surfing if you’re up for it or just as a spectator. We had a great time watching from our beach cabana, but one thing we didn’t see on the beach was shells! So if you’re a collector, you may be disappointed. The best part, though, was meeting other couples who were also staying at the resort. We made some amazing people and had a great time together. Overall, Serenity is an incredible resort that offers a truly unforgettable experience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and romantic getaway. I can’t say enough about this resort - it is top-notch! The staff and food are amazing. The beach is nice, though the water is a bit rougher than the Caribbean side. The only thing I could say is that the beach might not be perfect, but it’s still beautiful and we had a blast all day. Most of our time was spent in the pool, relaxing, chatting, laughing, and deciding on the next drink Ray is going to whip up for me.

This is our second review of Serenity, after returning from our 5th stay in early February. It has taken awhile for us to write this review, why you may ask… because its hard to find new words to describe perfection! Everything about Serenity is amazing, the food at the Great House, entertainment, the beautiful grounds and the plunge pool suites. To quote from our previous review “What really sets Serenity apart from other resorts is the staff. Each year we return it feels as if we are coming home to see dear friends/family.” Every member of the staff is wonderful and goes above and beyond any expectations you may have. Thank you all for making us feel at home! A special thank you to McCarthy, who again spoiled us! Kevin, Charles, Ray and Lee you are the best bar staff ever! WOW!!!!!! As I sit at the airport writing this review, I wish we could relive our trip. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we were truly treated as “Serenity family”. The resort is absolutely beautiful, from the rooms, the pool, and the views. The food is AMAZING- from the Great house to the food at the bar, we loved every meal we had. Their drink menu is extensive and includes about every drink you could ever imagine!!!!! The most special part about this resort is the staff. We wanted to shout out Ray, Kevin, Lee, Toya, Tyler, Johnathan, and Natasha for their top notch service. These staff in particular made us feel so welcomed, went above and beyond for us, and made our trip so enjoyable. (Thank you guys!!!! We miss you❤️). Toya Kevin Ray and Lee were so much fun at the bar and poolside. We loved seeing them around the resort. Ray went above and beyond with drinks and service, and polished our sunglasses numerous times!!! Johnathan (the “coconut man”) treated us to many coconut drinks we thoroughly enjoyed. Tyler provided amazing service at the Greathouse throughout our stay, but especially at our last night of dinner. All staff we encountered were so warm and welcoming. Chris was so accommodating when we missed the first day of our trip and allowed us to move the day we missed to the end of our stay, we appreciated it so much. McCarthy our butler, went to great lengths to make our stay spectacular. (McCarthy- if you’re reading this, we miss you!!!!). He anticipated our every need and ensured our relaxation. We truly cannot wait to come back to Serenity as it was one of the best vacations we’ve ever been on. We loved all the classes and activities (cocktail class, sushi class, wine class, etc.). We learned so much and were very entertained! We love Serenity and will absolutely be back in the future and can’t wait to see the amazing staff and stay at the beautiful serene resort again. This was our third time at Serenity and it was as amazing as ever. The trip from the airport was so fast and easy. We were welcomed by McCarthy who offered us fresh coconut water. When we got to our room, the bath was drawn and we had a bottle of bubbly and a cheese board, my absolute favorite! This is the place to go if you want to forget about everything and genuinely feel like people want you to be happy and relax. Anything we needed was only a phone call to McCarthy away, who even responded to a text from my personal phone on the way back from fishing to have lunch for us in our rooms the moment we returned. Kevin is always amazing. The wine class was so much fun. Our anniversary was on Karaoke night. We were given a chocolate mousse at the bar and we were sang a special song by Sabby, Hannah and Toya which made the night so special. Also shout out to Delon for the rum old fashioned. Chris Chin, you should make this a dinner drink. I can’t say enough for how great of a place Serenity is to visit. We will absolutely be back.

Stayed here recently and had an incredible time overall. It’s easily one of the most relaxing, well-run resorts I’ve visited. There are just a few small opportunities that kept it from being a full 5-star for me. Highlights: The staff truly made the trip. Sabby, Kimberly, Jonathan, Kevin, Lee, Ray, Charles, and Natosha (and honestly a bunch more we’re probably forgetting) were warm, attentive, and brought great energy to every interaction. It felt personal in the best way. Drinks? Strong. Food? Surprisingly consistent. Pools? Spotless. Service across the board was top-tier—luxury without the pretense. Opportunities for Improvement: We booked through Costco Travel and missed out on some key pre-arrival communication—nothing major, but a smoother handoff would’ve helped. The rooms could benefit from blackout curtains; that Caribbean sun doesn’t play. WiFi was out for over a day, and the TV situation is dated—no streaming, no guide, just good old-fashioned channel surfing. Also, a better indoor social space would go a long way. When it rained, we wanted to hang out somewhere dry that wasn’t our room or the outdoor bar. Just something to consider for future upgrades. Other Notes: Skip Coconut Bay unless you’re dying for summer camp vibes. Rain and sargassum were part of the package, but that’s Mother Nature doing her thing. Final Word: This is a strong 4/5, but a real 4.5 in spirit. With just a couple of tweaks, this place would be even more elite. We’d come back in a heartbeat.

My wife and I went for our honeymoon, we arrived in St. Lucia there was a car waiting for us at the airport and within 5 minutes we were greeted by Ali at the front doors of Serenity with a coconut water and away we went to paradise. From there, Ali made it her mission to make sure that we had the best honeymoon ever and was exceptional throughout our 7 night stay. We had a coordinated daily schedule given to us upon arrival and spent the next 7 days eating and drinking some of the best cuisine and cocktails imaginable. Ali was amazing, and if you are reading this thank you so much for everything you did for us throughout. Over the course of our 7 night stay, we lived in absolute luxury, the food I cannot even begin to describe how good it is. As someone coming from New York, I am a food critic but this resort has the best all inclusive dining options in the entire Caribbean. The staff, could not be kinder and by day 2 they all knew us by name and probably treated us both the best we have in our entire lives on a trip. From the chefs, to the bartenders (THANK YOU KEVIN FOR THE BEST COCKTAILS I'VE EVER HAD) to housekeeping, every single employee at this resort was incredibly. By my 3rd day, Dellion had my coffee waiting for me in the Greathouse every day around the time I woke up. They truly make you feel like family and like they have known you forever. The rooms are amazing, the pool is amazing, every single thing about this place is true 'White Lotus' style luxury. As someone who has never experienced a 5 star luxury resort, I don't think Serenity will ever be topped for either of us and was an amazing start to our marriage. Leaving Serenity was not fun, but my wife and I have already made a pact that we will go back to experience the best trip we have ever been on yet again. I would give Serenity six stars if that were possible! My wife and I decided to book Serenity for our honeymoon. Our experience completely blew us away, so let me share a bit with you. After you arrive at the airport and get through customs, you'll meet with their transfer assistant, who will call a private taxi to transfer you from the airport to the resort. We got to meet Tari, who was enthusiastic and super helpful. The ride from the airport is very short, and we were in paradise before we knew it. We were greeted at the front entrance to Serenity by our butler, Nerissa. She helped us out of the car, took our luggage, and immediately handed us fantastic drinks made in fresh coconuts. We both got different drinks, with my wife getting coconut rum while I had spiced rum in mine. Nerissa walked us around the grounds, explaining every location and every accommodation available to us. She then took us to our private suite, which left us speechless. The room was immaculate! We had been looking at pictures since we booked, but they did not do it justice. The outdoor area was beautiful with a view of a mountain peak and a large pool just for us. Inside the room, everything was spotless, and we had white robes waiting for us. We often joked that the room itself could've been the honeymoon, and we would've been more than happy, but of course, there was more. The grounds around Serenity are, in fact, paradise. You can freely walk to Coconut Bay or Harmony if you choose, but we never wanted to leave Serenity. The staff was extremely friendly and would chat with you while you walked around to see how your day was and if there was anything they could do to make your stay any better. While sitting by the pool, you can get drinks or food, but staff will also be walking around with special snacks for the day, which are always incredible. Ray even came over one time and offered to clean my wife's and I's sunglasses as we sat by the pool. We booked the romance package, which came with unbelievable excursions allowing us to see the entire island and experience everything Serenity had to offer. My favorite was the private island tour. Serenity will arrange a driver for you to tour the island, going to scenic landmarks, botanical gardens, waterfalls, and even the mud bath is included in this excursion. Our driver Emos, talked us through the entire island, teaching us about the different fresh fruits around the island. He handled taking pictures at each stop and painted us at the mud baths while taking pictures at each stop. My wife's favorite was the beach cabana. We were originally warned that the seaweed was going to be bad, and we were offered a shuttle service to another part of the island if we weren't able to enjoy the cabana. Luckily, there were workers constantly clearing the beach, and we were able to get into our private beach cabana. While out there, we still had access to room service for food and drinks. The view was incredible, and this was easily our most relaxing day. Serenity's grounds, food, and excursions are all incredible, but the highlight was the staff. Patrice and Rosie serviced our room every day, leaving behind a beautiful space in addition to thoughtful notes and beautiful towel creatures that changed daily. Ginel helped over the phone with room service orders. She was always cheerful with recommendations for food or drinks. Ray at the poolside bar crafted delicious cocktails and always greeted us with a smile. Jessica and Kevin were a great pairing for the poolside Creole class, accompanied by some delicious fish cooked by Jessica. Kevin later organized a poolside game and kept the energy coming as the best MC of the trip. Last but not least, our butler, Nerissa. She organized our entire week and worked hard to ensure we were always taken care of and got everything we wanted out of our honeymoon. She went above and beyond helping us arrange a last-minute one-night stay when our flight home got canceled. I can't thank her enough for this, as we thought we would be stranded at the airport. She was so sweet, and we were so sad to leave her. Ultimately, I cannot recommend Serenity enough. If you are on the fence, just do it. You will not regret your decision. This was the most beautiful and relaxing vacation my wife or I have ever taken. We were thoroughly cared for at Serenity and can't wait to eventually make our return trip!

We had the premium suite and we loved the size. The beds are extremely comfortable. This is a resort where they really do value you to make sure you have a very intimate honeymoon and yet private with your significant other. The butlers are amazing and will do anything for you! Super helpful and recommended many things to do while in your trip. Whether that’s the catamaran, the volcano/island tour (highly recommend), the cabanas, etc etc… they are a top tier service and can’t say enough good things about. Now the food, my goodness. May be the best food I have ever had at any hotel in my 33 years of living. EVERYTHING was amazing and delicious (all inclusive too) so they do a great job of asking for allergies, what you enjoy to eat and so on! Top Tier Food! I could go on and on about Serenity and our experience. We would go back at some point in our marriage! This place is also SUPER clean and again they just go above and beyond! (forgot to mention) I would ask for our Butler again if we could. That service was just outstanding! If you do the island tour- you will not have to worry about “views of the pitons and beach” as they take you around to see them! First off I want say for those of you that want to make sure you have an amazing experience front to back, beginning to end, choose Serenity at Coconut bay! I have never been out of the country before and this seemed like a once in a lifetime opportunity to take my new wife on the best honeymoon possible, it was! I had to get that out of the way. Disclaimer we had the grand romance package and got the biggest room. I apologize now. This is going to be a long review but it’s so good it desirves it. I was not paid to write this review. The staff All of the staff are fantastic! A special shout out to Nerissa, our butler. She did such a great job and highly recommend to be your butler if you have to privilege of doing so. She was attentive to our needs, planned so many things out for us, and truly made us feel special in so many ways. Kevin and Delon at the pool bar were a blast. So my wife and I don’t drink alcohol, but they made up mocktails that had other guests jealous. The drinks were so good. The staff act like a family and treat you like it too but completely professional all at the same. Everyone makes you feel special and have a great time doing it. I’m talking drivers, butlers, kitchen staff, house keeping, entertainment, maintenance. Interactions with them all have been great! I felt very safe as a westerner coming here and greatly enjoyed my time. They go out of their way to make sure you are having a wonderful time and feel special. We loved the animal towel pets and so much more. I won’t share pictures as to spoil it. If you know you know. The food I come from a family on my side and my wife’s side that don’t like to eat out because we cook so sooo much better at home. You authentic Italians, Eastern Europeans, Puerto Ricans, Mexican peoples know what I’m talking about. The food was fantastic here! You have one main resturant on site at serenity, (in opinion is the best) called The Great House. It’s upscale eatery that something special every night. Then you have access to all the other restaurants ( I believe 7 officially and 9 unofficially) that are offered at Coconut bay. There are so many different cultural cuisines going on it’s hard to choose from! They are soo sooo good. Also there are many many bars so you are never far from a drink. The jerk treehouse is a hidden gem. Don’t let the name or area it’s located in fool you (the kids area of coconut bay). Its seriously great island food. I could go on and on. Location The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. There are so many flowers, trees, wildlife everywhere making for a fun adventure. Small lizards are most common and the flogs at night are truly special. We also saw humming birds, dogs, cats, horses, donkeys, and more. Everything is within a 5min walk and if don’t want to walk, golf carts are available. It truely is only a 5 min ride or 1.7 miles to and from the airport, a huge plus comparing to other resorts. USD and XCD(eastern Caribbean dollar ) are used USD is widely accepted and English is most commonly spoken. Read up local laws before you go. Weather was amazing. When it rains, it rains a little bit and stops. The it was cloudy or party cloudy most of the time for us. This was late May. The beach No it’s is not the icon of sugar beach but it is very good soft sand, clear water with lots of palm trees, hammocks over the water and more. Though it technically is a public beach, not once were we harassed by local guys selling excursions or saw anybody doing that. There is beach security. The beach is well maintained. I know the algae blooms plague the Caribbean but the resort does an excellent job at cleaning the beach every 20mins or so. Price and avaiblity Our stay was about $1,300 a night and was worth every penny. Other rooms at coconut bay start at about $600 a night. There is the harmony part of the coconut bay resort (adults only, not really) but I wouldn’t waste your money on that. Serenity is head and shoulders above it. If have the money, it is very well spent on Serenity Other things to consider I spent the better part of a year diving into many manyyyyy resorts and locations. I read many pages of reviews and called resorts in the locations to find information. I looked into EVERY Caribbean island, the Pacific Ocean, Indian Ocean, Mexico, Middle American and South American countries. We wanted a beautiful beach, reasonably priced, great food, chill atmosphere, adults only, private, walkable, all inclusive stay for 7 nights without being a cookie cutter corporate resort. We also wanted a plunge pool, butler services, an outdoor shower, AC, clean drinkable water, hammock over water, personal safety, and other luxury items This was a hard thing to find. Trust me. Some of the other resorts I considered before deciding on Serenity include, Jade mountain Sandels (ALL of their resorts) Zoetry Windjammer Sugar beach, a viceroy resort Some local places Much more Souvenirs are easy to find and purchase on property. If want something a little more personal and local, the city is about an hour north but local sellers come to the resort on certain days. Mosquitos are just part of life in the Caribbean. Get use to it. Every resort deals with it. Serenity does what they can with fogging the property every so often. I would still bring some extra repellent if it really bothers you. Ants and other vermin are surprisingly not an issue at all here. US and European outlets are available. Water is very safe. Local people are very friendly. Side note and friendly tip. Book early. We booked two years in advance and barely were able to book our stay in peak season. It was so worth the wait though. Summary Serenity at coconut bay has been around for 20 years and deserves all the praise it’s given. It just strikes the absolute right balance in every way. If you don’t want corporate sprawl of Sandels or total isolation, book Serenity. Serenity at Coconut Bay was absolutely exceptional. From the amenities and food to the service and location, everything embodied the feel of a true 5-star resort. We stayed for five nights in the Grande Plunge Pool Butler Suite to celebrate our 6-year anniversary, and from the moment we arrived—actually, even before we stepped foot on the resort—everything was taken care of. We were chauffeured in a private vehicle just five minutes from the airport, and upon arrival we were greeted with a welcome drink, cold towels, full bag service, access to the hospitality suite, and encouraged to start enjoying the amenities immediately. Our suite was straight out of a dream. The private plunge pool was large enough to comfortably fit four people, and we had a beautiful private gazebo, hammock, wet bar, and outdoor shower. Inside, the layout flowed effortlessly from a cozy seating area into our king bed with a pop-up TV, spacious closets, a vanity area, and a luxurious bathroom with a rainfall shower, two-person soaking tub, and private water closet. Our butler, Nerissa, was the heart of our experience—checking in on us daily, making dinner reservations, keeping our fridge stocked, and even running out for sunscreen and Tums when we needed them. We miss you, Neri! The service throughout the resort was consistently warm, attentive, and personal. Everyone we encountered—from the Great House to the bar to the poolside staff—treated us like family. Huge shoutouts to Charles at the bar, Toya, Sabby at the Great House, Jonathan and his “Jonathan Special,” and Kevin, who made Sunday Funday an absolute blast. We also want to thank Chris (GM), Dania at Coconut Bay, Sadie at Serenity, and Denver, our amazing server, for going above and beyond throughout our stay. On our final night, a private cabana dinner by the pool turned into a fairytale moment thanks to Sabby, Sadie, and two other incredible women who sang to us and made the evening unforgettable. The food at Serenity truly exceeded expectations. Dining at the Great House was a highlight of the trip—the meals were fresh, flavorful, beautifully presented, and remarkably high-quality for an all-inclusive experience. We were consistently impressed by the variety and execution of every dish. The resort also offers amazing amenities, including a private beach with luxurious cabanas, a serene spa, live nightly music (steel drums, jazz, and more), and tons of fun activities. While we only made it to Sunday Funday (which was a blast—thank you again, Kevin!), other offerings included wine and rum tastings, sushi-making, painting with a twist, poolside cookouts, and more. We also took part in the Couples Island Escapade excursion—do not miss it! Our guide, Davis, was incredible. He took us to the Soufrière Drive-In Volcano, Sulphur Springs, Toraille Waterfall, Diamond Falls Botanical Garden, and the most breathtaking lookout points. He even picked mangoes for us along the way! It was one of the best tours we’ve ever done, and Davis made it feel completely personalized and unforgettable. And to top everything off, we got engaged during our trip—thanks to the amazing Serenity and Coconut Bay teams, who helped us plan the dreamiest proposal at the wedding gazebo. We will cherish this trip forever.

We visited Serenity in 2021 (12 nights) and almost chose it for our honeymoon the following year but decided the world is too big to revisit the same place 12 months on.....mistake! We should have absolutely picked it for our honeymoon.... Fast forward 3 years and we spent another glorious 12 nights at the beautiful Serenity - like a home from home. The same luxury experience with some lovely new additions - but the thing that makes Serenity, so serenity - the people. You can have the finest linens, the most beautiful pool, the best 5* food, but without the people - you're just another 5* hotel with a great Instagram account! If you want true 5* that's so luxurious, there's no time for taking videos - then this is your place. It's like the best kept secret. So can we all agree to keep it quiet??? But in the meantime....we've booked 18 nights in November 2025...because you can never have too much of a good thing x

We were at Serenity for 1 week to celebrate our 25th anniversary. Staff and food and our room were excellent. Kevin and Ray at the bar were excellent and the servers and staff at the Greathouse restaurant got to know our names and were very welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. Only 3 other comments 1 - we filled out the pre-arrival form but were not contacted before arriving by our Butler. I was expecting to be contacted to discuss any special requests , but that didn’t happen. 2 - the gym which is over at Coconut Bay was below standard. I like to spin and while there were 3 bikes, none were plugged in or had plugs available so I could not adjust the tension at all. I know not everyone cares about exercise while on vacation but having working bikes seems pretty simple. 3 - we got the romance package as part our trip but didn’t want to do every one of the pre-planned activities. Would have been nice to have a couple of other options available to suit our needs, and if we had been contacted before arriving, that could have been discussed. Overall, Serenity is the best resort we’ve ever been to, and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Just was hoping for a bit more when considering the price point of Serenity.

Truly a magical place! The food is outstanding, the accommodations are top notch. It is the staff that make Serinity such an amazing place. McCarthy was our butler and anticipated every possible desire before we ever asked, simply amazing! We will be back!

The best experience for a honeymoon you could imagine. Chef Jessica is great and all of the food was absolutely phenomenal. I can’t say enough good things about the staff here from the bartenders, to butlers, to cleaning crew - everyone is always smiling and happy to help!

My husband and I had such an amazing time at Serenity celebrating our honeymoon. The entire property and experience caters to quality time with your significant other. The suites are INCREDIBLE!!!! We were in the premium suite, and the privacy and personal touch are like none other I've seen. Our butler Daniel made sure we had everything we needed, and wanted!!! Could not have asked for a better person to make our experience amazing. The Greathouse staff including Sabby, Delon, Natasha and Tyler greeted us with generosity and a smile every time we walked in. The service and the food: fantastic! Staying 7 nights allowed us to do the Romance Package. Worth it!! From the in-suite massage, couple's escapade, the private beach cabana, and the romantic cabana dinner, we loved every moment. It was so hard to leave. We thoroughly enjoyed the quality time, and would recommend to any couple wanting to pamper themselves while having the most amazing views and romantic experience.

First off, arrival could not have been easier. A car was ready for us at the airport, which is only a 5-minute drive from the resort. We were immediately greeted with coconut drinks and check-in information while our bags were brought to our suite, which was stunning! The room was spacious and clean, and it was so nice to have a private outdoor space for the days we wanted to enjoy the sun and the pool while still having some privacy. It was also convenient because there was scattered rain while we were there, and we could wait out the weather in our room. We tried some of the other restaurants at Coconut Bay, but The Greathouse was our favorite. The food and drinks were consistently good, and the atmosphere felt easy but still special. A special shout-out to Sabby and Tyler, who were both so friendly and fun every time we were there! Last but not least, our butler, Daniel, was the best. He was kind, attentive without being intrusive, and immediately felt like a great friend. We will miss him! We highly recommend Serenity and hope to return for another incredible trip!

My wife and I travelled to St. Lucia for our belated Honeymoon and boy was it worth the wait. Serenity at Coconut Bay was everything we were hoping for and more. We were expecting amazing, but what we experienced was even better than that. From the moment we arrived we knew we were in good hands. Our Butler Daniel was exceptional. He was always there when we needed him and his friendliness and attention truly elevated our experience. Whether it was signing us up for events, dinner reservations, or anything in between, Daniel made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of! It was a pleasure to get to know Daniel. We would love to see him again on our next trip back. Overall, I would recommend a stay at Serenity as soon as you can.
